7/26/23 The pharmacy gave me the wrong medication and I took it for several days before I realized. They were quick to fix the situation but I'm still suffering side effects from being on the wrong medication and without the one I needed. Beyond offering a refund for the medication I didn't have, they did nothing to fix the situation. I do not know what the long-term effects will be of having the wrong medication. I am strongly considering switching pharmacies.The pharmacy staff are always lovely and helpful. They will do their best to get you the best prices on your meds.

Our Liberty Ky CVS is one of the best I have been too. That’s why I continue to shop at our local CVS. Customer service is outstanding. Also, I love the xtra bucks. My only wish is that the xtra bucks would have a longer usage date on them.

Great place to get good deals. The customer service is wonderful. If you can't find what your looking for they are always willing to help. Aisles are always clear of clutter so you can walk through and shop easy.

Pharmacy staff is especially rude. I have had several instances where I wait forever, get my medicine, and get out the door only to realize that it's not all there - and then have to wait another 20+ minutes for them to get it ready. The tech was especially rude that day, but I have had several other instances just like this one. I keep meaning to switch pharmacies!

i 100% recommend this place they are usually on the pricey side but they have great customer service and a very clean place and can find things super easily!

The woman who was supposed to be helping my sister in the pharmacy had a very nasty attitude and wasn’t very helpful. She was very huffy and kept rolling her eyes. She ruined the store for me and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

The pharmacist this pm before Thanksgiving was very rude, unprofessional, confrontational. I have reported her to the General Pharmaceutical Council.The pharmacy tech was no better, left me standing at the counter.
