It's a clean business, very helpful staff and always has alot of inventory on the shelves. If they don't have it they'll get it for you. Just check with the technician Nick or Levi, they're both good guys. Very friendly and will do what it takes to make sure your a satisfied customer. Best selection of Sthil equipment around in surrounding areas. I've bought 2 chainsaws here myself. I'd recommend anyone needing anything to visit this store and give it a try. Nick will go out of his way to make sure your needs are met. He's seriously a good guy and his willingness to help is a plus.

This place carries things the other two hardware stores don't. However there are two more hardware and electrical stores within a mile of this one that are better options for wood and paint.

My wife and I are new to Kentucky, and have twice stopped into Ace for things we’ve needed for the house. Both times, Nick helped us with what we needed; first a power washer, and then a chainsaw. He is a top notch salesman, and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He clearly takes pride in his job, and that is refreshing to see. We will surely continue to patronize this location for our future household needs.
