Great job, nice location, clean inside and out. The reception is personable and friendly. They take care with our chihuahua. Also accommodate special requests (travel certifications). Everyone we have had the pleasure of interacting with seem to truly love their job!

I had a great experience! The staff were all so friendly. Dr. Darnell gave my pup a thorough exam and explained everything very clearly. She really put my mind at ease that my dog will be well taken care of. I 100% recommend this place!

Evelyn is just the best! She has helped us with Mas' tech appointments for the last many months. Traveling in a car is VERY hard on him and she has been so compassionate plus really gone above and beyond cleaning him up. She has answered all of my questions and been so friendly and professional. Thank you so much Evelyn and thank you VAH for having such great staff!

I took Piper to them about 8 years ago and they saved her life. She was premature and had 4 kinds of worms. The staff are terrific, caring, attentive to the issues I explained. I did have a lapse from their clinic, there was another vet I had been seeing, whom has since retired. My most recent reset to Village was for my Lily Cat. And they are open and honest with your visit estimated costs for treatment, they tell you what is absolute. And Lily could have been an overnight visitor for evalution but instead of insisting on it. They called me with the option to let her stay with them or she could come home for my own surveillance. When I chose to pick her up, they were very understanding about my finances. Lily Cat got better because of their care. That's why I brought my Kitties back to them. And I will remain to take my Purrbabies to Village Animal Hospital!

Village Animal Hospital is an exceptional practice; we highly recommend them. We've been with VAH for over 25 years, since before Dr. Sears purchased the practice on Village Drive. They have cared for over 10 cats and dogs for us over the years, and another 6 cats for my mom.Dr. Sears and Dr. Darnall are the best. They really know their stuff and stay up to date on the latest in nutrition, medications, vaccines, and diagnostics. Both doctors are skilled surgeons and dentists, they've done quite a few procedures for our little ones - all successful. The vet technicians are terrific as well. They are super nice and very loving to their patients; you can tell they really love animals. At the same time, they are highly qualified, skillful medical professionals that really know what they are doing.Same with the office staff, they are super nice and easy to talk to and always knowledgeable about the pet you are calling about - always very professional and helpful.

We have brought our pets to this business for the last 13 years. Dr. Sears and Dr. Darnal are both worth the trip to Village Animal Hospital, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Sears and Dr. Darnall are wonderful! They are both thoughtful and fully engaged in providing the very best care for my fur babies. They explain things fully and are never rushing through appointments. I have brought my pets here for over a decade and tell everyone I know about this amazing vet office. Thank you!

I brought in my kitten, Madison to be seen because she was sick. When I first walked in, a girl that I presume worked behind the desk, looked me up and down and gave me a dirty look, so right off the bat, things were starting off rocky. I overlooked that, and regarding my cat's care, they seemed to do everything they were supposed to, but at one point, the vet came in the room and told me that my kitty had "flea dirt" She went so far as to take a special comb and show me said flea dirt. I felt like a child being scolded. They didn't even find any actual fleas on her, but nevertheless, I was judged by the vet and the vet tech. I was shocked at the snotty demeanor over this. No animal parent enjoys feeling judged. She isn't an outside cat and all the other cats have been treated for fleas, she is still a kitten so that's why I hadn't treated her yet, but that didn't prevent the attitude I received. As I was leaving, I got my keys out as that is where my credit card is, my keychain is basically a wallet, so I was getting my wallet out because I needed to pay. The vet tech acted very leery as if she thought I was going to run out without paying 🤦🏼♀️And was giving me clear instructions on where to pay, as if I was a freaking idiot. The overall snotty demeanor of three different women: vet, vet tech, and the girl as I was walking in, is enough for me to know that I will never give this place another dime of my money. I will say that John who was working the desk, was so very polite, polite and concerned on the phone when making the appt., very polite when checking in, and very polite when making a follow-up call to check on my girl. The people at vet office need to take some cues from John and realize that caring for animals should not be their only concern, treating humans with respect is also a must. Cats and dogs don't have pocketbooksI would also like to add another issue I have with them. At one point, they checked Madison for dehydration by pinching her skin. She was in fact, dehydrated. I had told them upon checking in that she wasn't eating and drinking so this wasn't a surprise to me...but the way the vet and vet tech exchanged glances with this "clutching their pearls demeanor" was something else. I. Told. Them. She. Wasn't. Drinking. Just pointing out another way in which I felt judged. As if I can make my cat drink water or something. These ladies are uppity, judgmental snots. Just a heads up to anyone who may be reading this. They also sent me home with a flea treatment that was required to wear Medical gloves. Who has Medical gloves at home? I guess they were too lazy to take 60 seconds out of their day to apply it. I have used flea treatment on my animals dozens upon dozens of times and never have I dealt with flea treatment like the stuff they sent home with me. It got all over my hands and wouldn't come off no matter how many times I washed them. They sent the cheapest, most toxic flea treatment home with me, but they charged the maximum price for it. It's a racket. I have never been more diaappointed in a vet's office in my life

I have been taking our baby Mochi to Village since we got her, and I can say without a doubt they are the best veterinary office I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Every member of the staff is so kind to us, and loves Mochi as much as we do. They are so helpful, even to a helicopter/hypochondriac dog mama like me. Dr. Darnell has been a blessing, as well as the entirety of the staff. No matter how big or small the issue, they go above and beyond to help our precious baby. If I could give 10 stars I would, i HIGHLY recommend them.

I have only extremely positive things to say about the medical, technical, and support staff at Village Animal Hospital. My very senior dog has been a patient of this practice for about 3 years and we can always rely on their knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive care. To give a small example: my dog has become barely tolerant of her nail clips-- we can't do them at home, and I wouldn't trust a groomer to be mindful of her arthritis and aging issues. With Dr. Sears and her team, my dog gets several technicians scratching and petting her all over as a distraction so she can calmly get through the trim. This is one example of how they work diligently in unison for my pet's needs. I've also been impressed and grateful by their careful Covid precautions. From the cute art in the waiting room to the on-point, kind staff to the caring, top-notch medical care, this office has everything I want and need in a vet (which is a tall order, I assure you). That reminds me -- they're great with overly protective pet mom's who always have a list of questions, too!Dr. Sears and her team are wonderful.

Best vet in town. Seriously. The staffs are extremely nice and takes care of your pets better than you. Dr. Darnell is so caring and I will always trust her with my dog. My dog went through a surgery with her and had other issues that I took there to see. She seamlessly took care of all my dog’s issues! She is honestly the best in town. I recommend village animal hospital for your pets!

We have been bringing our girl to Village Animal Hospital for over 3 years. When we rescued our pup, we weren’t sure which vet to go to, so we went with a friend’s recommendation and we are so glad that we did. All of the staff are great: very knowledgeable and welcoming. Sometimes I want to call the office just to hear the voice of the woman who answers the phone lol! We have seen all of the doctors and don’t hesitate to make an appointment with whoever is available because they’re all great. We have also done two years of the Wellness Plan for the unlimited nail trims and free office visits. Village is great with scheduling appointments and communication in general. Highly recommend!

As someone who works in the pet industry, I couldn't be happier with Village Animal Hospital. The whole staff is consistently friendly and helpful and the veterinarians, Dr. Darnall and Dr. Spears, are always professional, knowledgeable, personable and compassionate. Something I appreciate is how upfront they are about the cost of their services; I always receive an honest cost breakdown and estimate before my dogs are treated so there are no surprises. We've been seen for routine check-ups, accidents, and even to help us let go of our terminally ill Greyhound (on short notice on a Saturday) and each time our appointments couldn't have gone any smoother. I can't recommend Village enough! Thank you VAH!

Very good local Vet Clinic treated my puppy Rex with care and patience.I was happy that they were able to see him so quickly on a weekend, The staff was fast and friendly, and the Doctor was informative about her opinions on ceartin points of interest. My dog doesn't let other people pet him. We rescued him from a cage and he was badly malnourished. As a small puppy we brought him to a trainer and it was difficult to train him since he had some fear problems baked I to him when we got him at about 4 months old. They had the correct tools to muzzle him gently and feed him cheese and that helped a bunch. Next time we will sedate him so they can do there job even better than the last time which I feel will be a great job.I will recommend this Vet clinic to anyone who loves there pet like family. My Rex goes everywhere with me and has never been alone and will Never be put in a cage again since he has so much trama from them.

My partner and his family have been seeing Dr Sears for quite awhile, while my pup and I were new to them I couldn’t be more happy with the care she receives. Dr Darnell, Dr Sears, and the whole team are always phenomenal and always go above and beyond. Every Vet Tech I encounter are so compassionate, and the wonderful receptionists are so helpful and lovely!

Some people would consider my dog temperamental but he just has a lot of anxiety that comes off as aggression if you don’t know how to talk to him & comfort him. I explained the situation/how he is to the techs & they genuinely cared enough to listen & do what made him feel safe. He was sick & while we hate having to put him through the stress of a dr visit (that all dogs have) we knew we had to. He’s only ever been seen once at this clinic & he was still able to be seen same day which is amazing. I was very happy to see that he was calm & comfortable enough even to take off his muzzle when being taken care of by the doctor & techs. My wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our little boy feel better & comfortable while doing so.

Dr. Sears, Whitney and everyone else at Village are like family. It is obvious that everyone at Village are assets to society. You all believe that all lives matter...you make both the "pet parents" and the fur babies comfortable and confident in your abilities. Pickles, Raisin, Marshall, and I all love you guys! Keep up the good work.

I must say this was the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. From the receptionist Ashley, the tech John and Dr. Darnell . My dog received such good care. I felt the love they all have for animals . They treated my dog so well. Did their best to ease and comfort her and kept me informed about what needed to be done to ease her discomfort . I can’t thank you all enough !Your clinic needs to be the example other clinics try and follow !

Everyone at Village Animal Hospital is so kind and professional. I really felt that they had my cat’s best interest at heart and their passion for animals was obvious, which is very important to me. They were very upfront about all costs of different treatment options and made sure that I fully understood what my options were. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends with pets!

Dr. Sears and her staff are amazing. We've been struggling to find out what's been causing issues with our dog since January and no one has been able to figure it out. Dr. Sears has really taken the time to evaluate Susan and is very knowledgable, compassionate and thorough. You can tell that you're not just a number here, you aren't rushed and we really appreciate that. Susan also had some pretty extensive things going on with her teeth and once we picked her up, it was amazing to see how clean and shiny they were. Dr. Sears is an exceptional doctor.Ashley is always super friendly on the phone and in person. She's always accomodating and helpful anytime we need anything. The vet techs that we've seen have all been nice and helpful as well. When Susan was there for a long time they called with updates and kept us in the loop. The Village truly provides the best care and the best experience from start to finish, which is hard to find these days.

I absolutely love Village Animal Hospital. They are bar far the best veternarians I have ever worked with. The doctors always thoroughly explain what is going on with Moose and they provide a variety of treatment options that are effective and don't break the bank. I will always bring my pets here.

These are the most kind and caring people you will ever meet. Sadly, we had to put one of our cats down due to kidney disease and they did everything in their power to help us through. A few months ago our senior cats passed away at home, and we only trusted Village Animal Hospital to take care of her final arrangements.Thank you so much for being there in our time of need!
