They are great with my grumpy girl ,Kayla. She used to be so good for the groomer, but as she's gotten older, she's become cranky for them. Patsy handles her so well and I dont worry any more about her spa days.My antsy pug Daisy hates getting her nails done, but the way Patsy and Jeff work together makes her feel secure and at ease.

I adopted her 2 yrs ago as a puppy and she's been coming here every since for nail trims & grooming. She's an german shepherd/alaskan malamute mix so you already know about the hair. Her experiences there have always been good. Patsy & Jeff are excellent, friendly and professional. I have even called on the same day & was able to get her in for her nails trimmed. I love their work and have recommended them to whoever asks me where I take my girl.

Best grooming Cooper has ever gotten. 10yo golden retriever. He was a mess after moving and needing to find a new groomer. They did a fantastic job. Really great. When I tell you these people are the kindest, I mean it! I had an awful experience with PetSmart where they canceled on me for the 3rd time as I was on the way to the appointment. After a month of trying to get my mini husky groomed, I gave up and called around. I told the owners of the frustrating situation I was in and without hesitation she allowed me to come in, see what we should do to groom my pet, then said, "I'll squeeze her in." My girl looks beautiful and my day has been made because of their grace and kindness!

I have taken several of my dogs to the Trim Room over the last several years and have been pleased with their services every time. Most recently I called on Friday Dec. 9th to schedule whenever their next opening was for. They had a opening the next morning at 9. Which worked great. I did not expect to get in that quickly. Patsy and Jeff did a great job with my toy poodle and I would recommend them to anyone needing their dog groomed. Very down to earth and friendly!

Best groomers in town and the best prices too. DO NOT GET YOUR GROOMING DONE AT ANY VET, THEY WILL TREAT YOUR DOG LIKE A PART ON AN ASSEMBLY LINE. The folks at the trim room really do treat our pets with a lot of love and care during their time there, and to be honest a lot of other so called groomers in town should be taking notes from them.

I’ve been taking my dog here for nail trims for almost four years and every time Jeff does such a good job. My dog isn’t very well behaved for trims but Jeff handles him like a champ. The cut on my long haired Chihuahua looked awful. There were dark spots showing on one side where the clippers went too deep. And they cut off all her cute feathers... They did excellent with her nails, tho!

I think this place is awesome. I’ve had great experiences there and Rocket always comes out looking great. He has sensitive skin and always itches himself after I give him a bath, no matter how many shampoos I’ve used. When he goes here he has zero scratching after is super soft and damper. My favorite thing is the availability is great, I don’t have to wait a week like other places. Prices are extremely reasonable and they even give him adorable bandanas I’m horrible with names and didn’t get the women behind the counter but I believe the other gentleman’s name is Tom who is awesome.

I love the trim room! They always get you in quickly and they are spectacular at what they do. Cherry on top is they don't cost you an arm and a leg to beautify your pups! I recommend them to clients at the vet clinic I work at all the time, and they're the only place I will take my dogs for grooming.

We've been taking our dogs here for a year or so. These people truly love dogs. Ours can be a little rowdy and afraid, but we don't get the side eye or rude comments. Truly the best place for nail trims and hair trims for your babies!

Incredible experience, as always! This is probably the 6th or 7th time we have brought our dogs to The Trim Room as every time is a better experience than the last! We absolutely love the entire staff and our dogs, as dramatic as they are feel comfortable and don’t act out (husky + husky/GSD mix). We are beyond grateful for Jeff and the entire staff for being so kind, loving and amazing to our dogs!Let me tell you, we have gone to the super bougie doggy spas, tried Petsmart + Petco, and everything in between. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my floofsters as I do at The Trim Room.The Trim Room is owned by hardworking, kind people and will continue to get our business for as long as we live in Kentucky!

Pasty is always professional and friendly. She really loves her job. My girls lol well one of them loves going to get her bath and nails trimmed. My other girl wants nothing to do with water. They never acted like they were intimidated by my oversized spoiled Rottweiler baby, or my moody lab mix. Prices are reasonable, place is clean, and they love your baby. Highly recommended
