Life savers for my dog. If I could give 6 stars, I would. My dog collapsed and was diagnosed with Adrenal Gland cancer. It is a rarer cancer. There was a medication by pet hospital prescribed for this type of cancer. No pharmacy had it within a 450 mile radius. I found Rood & Riddle online showing available. I called, and it initially showed not available. The person worked with me, and asked me what I was seeing; and it initially wasn't coded right in their system and we found it. They followed up with my hospital. There were two issues, and they got back to me quickly to get answers. This was Friday morning, and they were able to compound it and get it to me where I received it Saturday morning by 11 AM. I wish every organization ran like this. I extremely appreciate their service, and will use them as my pet pharmacy and can't recommend them enough. The owners and workers here should be very proud. Thank you

Love this place. Customer service is the best! We had Fed Ex call us about our package being undeliverable but they couldn't help us at all. Called Rood and Riddle and someone named Kat went out of her way to solve the problem even though it wasn't her company's fault. Highly recommend Rood & Riddle!

My experience with Rood & Riddle was good until I had a problem with a delivery that was left at the wrong door. I am now left holding the bill for a $140. mistake that a FedEx driver made. Despite the fact that there should be an insurance claim for the mis-delivery, Rood & Riddle was not willing to pursue the matter with FedEx, and apparently I cannot file the claim (I tried) because it's the shipper's responsibility. I've had a couple of packages go missing over the years, and I've never had another company tell me it was just going to have to be my loss like this.Use this company if you are 100% certain you won't have any trouble receiving a package. Otherwise, proceed with caution, especially if the medication you are ordering is expensive.

A great place to get your pet medications. We picked up our cat meds here. So, it is nit just for horses. Plus, during the summer you can drive their driving tour and see lots or horses. The driving tour is posted on easy to follow signs as you enter with multiple stopping points for pictures. Excellent place to volunteer as well.

I had a great experience using this pharmacy. I am living in Utah and had a prescription for my kitten filled through Rood and Riddle. I received the prescription in 2 days. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

We ordered Chondro Care for our pet some time ago and found it did a lot to improve his joints and enhanced his ability to walk. The last time we ordered some, however, it arrived with odd black chunks stuck to the inside of the bottle. The more we shook it, the more we could see. We contacted the company but were told this was likely just caused from the ingredients separating. When we poured some out into a bowl, however, we found it was gritty and did not want to give it to our pet. I asked if the company would like us to return it so they can see it for themselves, but they never responded. We won't order here again.

The Pharmacy's way to operate is really disappointing. I ordered Doxycycling for my horse while the vet was standing next to me and took the phone to approve the prescription so I could give my credit card info at the end of that call. 5 days later when I called to find out what was going on they asked me for the vets approval for the prescription again. The following day I called again to ask for an update on my order and this time they had no recollection of my credit card info, we did it all again...I was told meds would arrive in 2 days most, my card was charged that day but ....a week later and my horse still has no antibiotics...Everytime you call for assistance, no one seams to have a clue and they can't resolve the most simple task.I personally will never order with them again. They are not reliable at all....I wonder if the quality of their products is as bad as the quality of their costumer service.....NOT GOOD!!!!

Getting to work there and use the services has been great to learn everything that goes into a high quality compound and also great service. Maybe a conflict of interest but I would definitely continue to use them even if I didn't work there.
