I had such a wonderful shopping experience. First time fostering a dog, so I was clueless. He stayed with me from start to finish showing me safe products for the dog like chew bones, dog treats and shampoo. He literally spent nearly 30 minutes with me making sure I had everything I needed for my first foster dog.

Petsmart is a joke. They said they trimmed my dogs nails. They didn’t. He’s a small pittie about 45 pounds. He’s a sweetheart and scared of the world. Literally a pen drops and he loses his calm and hides. I watched them get him up on a table and stand with him, hold the nail tools to his feet and talk to other employees while he licked their hands. They literally did nothing and told me after. Half hour that he moved way to much to finish and that the “partial job” they did was full price… I called her out on it. I watched the entire time thru the glass near an isle. She didn’t even do a thing on his nails. His nails got done somewhere else for less after that. I do not recommend taking your pets there without taking pics first and then after or even letting your pet out of your site. They are just lazy. I will not shop there ever again.

One of the best pest shops in Lexington! Very helpful & friendly staff. They have all price points covered. Awesome pet food brands that you know and also newer brands to try out. I hear they also match online pricing. Check out Amazon first but always try and buy locally. Also SIGN UP for email alerts for deals and discounts. You will receive significant discount offers all the time. I buy all my dog's needs here. from Jolly Balls and Kong to treats and food.

Brought my dog in for a bath and to pick out some toys. The self service bath station is so nice, and a great price. He had so much fun running around sniffing everything and the employees were so sweet and supportive of whatever he wanted to do. He came out PRANCING. Never seen my dog be so pleased with his purchases!😂❤

Great store! Saw a couple cute kittens as I walked in and then was able to buy some treats and toys for my dog. Bought a split elk antler that my dog cant stop chewing on. Friendly staff that is eager to assist you if you need help. Highly recommend!

My dog has Cushing diseases and your store is one of the few that carries the Honest dehydrated (grain free) chicken pumpkin sweet potato food I buy for her. I use to have to order it.. She is in her last stages and had stopped eating. I introduced her to this food and she loves it! She even started playing with her toys again. Her qualify of life has improved so much. The store is so clean and organized we were able to find everything we needed. We were also able to bring her in to let her pick out a new toy. We will definitely be return customers.
