My pharmacy experience was terrible. I went to the drive-thru because I have a child in my car with pneumonia who feels awful. We sat in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes and then they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have one of the prescriptions that he needed. Then I guess the person there is new I'm not sure what the situation is but she couldn't figure out how to swipe my credit card there's nothing wrong with my credit card. I just used it so we left with no prescriptions because that was the only option I had. I didn't think I would have to pull out cash because of an incompetent worker. I will not be back to this pharmacy and I suggest you stay away as well. There was a huge line again as I was leaving, with nothing. Oh also it would have been nice if when I called the pharmacy I could have gotten through to a human. It would only let me speak to automated messages and I knew it was only one prescription but I didn't know why I couldn't speak to a person to figure out that they just don't have what he needed in stock, a cough medicine. Hopefully we can get a hold of Costco pharmacy in enough time tonight..

This store relies on its self checkout. There is almost never any cashiers. It has a cave like feel. Not a very warm and inviting store. The worst part about this location is they allow spectrum sales people to harass you when you enter. They don't like to take no for an answer. I am going to turn around going forward if there is spectrum sales people in the lobby. I would rather drive a few miles extra and give other grocery stores my business that have to be subjected to that harassment.Kroger should rethink how they operate this location.

Took my 85 year old mother to get her groceries, I myself have an urostomy and not supposed to lift anything and had to bag our own groceries. Literally saw 20 employees up front and none helped Alex even called on loud speaker for baggers no one showed up. This place is getting ridiculous everything going up and still have to bag up yourself. PITIFUL PITIFUL PITIFUL JUST SAYING!!

Every time I visit this location, I end up having to leave behind refrigerated items I really wanted (particularly around the cookie dough/vegetarian section) because there is so much mold in the cooler that it’s actually transferring to a lot of the food packaging.

Are you excited about having the company with the worst service in Lexington approach you while you're trying to shop for groceries? If so, this is the store for you. The partnership between Kroger and Spectrum provides plenty.

Just in town for a couple days on business and I need to pick up a couple things. Wasn’t terribly impressed with how inside the store condition was but I’m not here to live or sleep... just to pick up some drinks.

This Kroger is OK if you must shop at a Kroger. As far as Kroger, I find their prices inflated so that you can get fuel rewards.

I had a horrible experience, the cashier did not say a word to me which is fine I don't expect retail workers to always be perky and happy when they arent paid enough but what really has inspired me to write this 1 star review is the bagging person who refused to let me not use plastic bags. I have THOUSANDS of plastic bags at home. I don't need any more. It's the same amount of work for me to load my car and unload it with a basket at home. The Richmond Kroger let's me load without bags all the time!

Nasty, no buggies, trash you have to kick out of the way to enter. Worst store by far. Been going since the day they opened, and as for myself and others I know, we drive out of the way to visit a different store for a cleaner and more convenient time to shop. Another store gone to self checkout and no cash back. Oh..meat selection is awful.

My 3 year old had to use the barhroom and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING and I was the first person in there this morning (I was there waiting to get in to get last minute Thanksgiving stuff). We went in and there was feces all over the toilets…. And if that wasn’t fecal matter then those bathrooms have not been cleaned in a LONG time… there was toilet paper that looked like someone had wiped some fecal matter on…. This was the MOST disgusting Kroger bathroom I have EVER been in and I’m usually not impressed as is…. 7am bathroom trip where I have to hang my daughter over the toilet with her pjs wrapped around my arm and I REFUSED to let her touch ANYTHING…. We washed our hands with cold water from bottles in the car afterwards…. And if I was to need the changing table I also would have just had to figure something else out like changing my child in my cold car because it was also filthy….

Probably the worst Kroger in Lexington.I will say the staff is pleasant and their selection is improving, but it is still pretty much the worst compared to every other Kroger in town.Frequently there are no carts available at either entrance. During the months I had a foot injury, every time I tried to use a scooter they were all out of order.

Had to give one star to review or I would have given it a neg 3. Horrible horrible place. Never any carts..never enough lanes open with cashiers. They try to herd you through the self checkout and refuse to allow cash back. Bathroom hasn't been nice in over 3 years at least. The lay out is not at all convenient and they will change it on you within 2 months. The meat selections are very limited compared to all the other krogers. Most of the people I know are taking more time to drive to Richmond road. I refuse to go back to this Kroger and have taken my prescriptions else where as well. Horrible place. The sign says they close at 9. So if you do decide to go...better get there by 8. They lock the door around 8:15. Did I mention this place is Horrible?

I order a 48 piece chicken 12 wigs,12 legs,12 breast and 12 thigh the chicken was horrible taste like it was fried in old grease didn't have a taste and it was very soggy I will never go back

Kroger's floral department was excellent! I ordered different personalized corsages over the phone at the last minute and my order was ready not 24 hours later! From the kind patient, & helpful person taking the order to the personable morning crew who had it ready for me to pick up- the whole process took 2 minutes. In that short time they complimented my outfit, checked to see if I was satisfied with my order, rang my order and asked for a return visit. -impeccable service from KROGER!

Its a good neighborhood store , it even has a Starbucks inside as well as a liquor store .The store itself anytime I've been there has been clean well lit and stocked to the best of their abilities.I generally go through the self check out and the people that man the self check out area are always friendly.

I went into the store and found items not included in my click list order that supposedly weren't in stock available in the store. Neither the associates that walked out informed me what wasn't in the order nor did the click list manager attempt to fix the problem. When I suggested that I be able to pick up the two items that were in the store, the click list manager says I would have to purchase them and that the money I've already been charged (two days ago) online is only a "temporary hold" and that the items on the app for this store "only shows what available in the store not what's in stock. If it's got a label and barcode, it shows online." Its RIDICULOUS that the items that could be picked the same day (I picked up at 10:31 a.m.) could literally not be picked up. Why have items listed on your app for this store if they're more or less guaranteed not to be available? Why say the items weren't available when they LITERALLY are in the store. Why not attempt to make it right when clearly you have things and just aren't including them perhaps because the employee goofed instead of saying that "they weren't out when they tried to pick it." There's no way a manager could know that on every order, especially when there's no quality control to check for employee discrepancies. Will not be ordering online again.P.S. Instead of charging the order the day of, like Amazon has perfected, I'm told it will take 5 to 10 business days for a refund (or release of the temporary hold on, same difference) on the items not included but charged in advance of my pickup. Terrible business model, and I'd know as I've worked in systems that control virtual inventory control quality assurance. Your system needs some major overhauls.

I have ordered groceries from this store for Hometown Pickup.. multiple times my order has been messed up/ out of stock items.. once the driver was 30 minutes late and then today the driver did not show up at all! The only stores solution was to give me a refund that I would have to wait 7-10 days to receive! I’ve been on hold with Kroger for an hour and a half and they still have not researched a solution. I’m so mad!

Bad service & hometown pickup does not show up happened to me twice and no one showed up. Bad store and pickup delivery overall + first girl said we picked it up and we did not and second girl said the dude said that no one showed up when we did. The time was 8:00pm to 8:30 we were there from 7:55pm to 9pm. Kroger is a disappointment.😡

Pickup is horrible. Order was cancelled because they were SO far behind. Never received a refund and actually got over charged instead. Have shopped here for years - but the service has gone majorly down hill. Never any carts inside anymore, multiple products that show available on the app are not actually in stock, etc. 100% DONE with Kroger.
