This is greedflation. After shopping at other grocery stores I've realized Kroger has practically doubled their prices on products. Very disappointed!! I found multiple items where Kroger had marked goods up at least $4 to $7 more. Kroger of course shows record profits during this time. Congratulations!! Can't shop here anymore!! $9.99 Kroger. M and W $5.99 or less

I have been shopping here for a very long time. Today, I just want to share some pictures of their floral department's showcase floral arrangement as I think it is so pretty.And I have added their current $7 a dozen for roses on sale. :)

Kroger was out of free hand wipes at door, & only had five of the item that i wanted eight of, quit carrying 3 of the vegan products that brought me back to kroger after decades shopping elsewhere but i get a few things here only bc best price on those

Take caution as parking incidents happen frequently with people in rush. Hit 2 times at this location and 1 at TC location. 5 stars as they have improved with asking if people need assistance with groceries to vehicle and personable communication by cashiers. Some products are out frequently during UK sessions like breakfast items and creamers.

Great store. Selection seems a bit weird compared to the other stores in the city, and I suppose it's because it's trying to hit a niche with the college and downtown area (who can go a short distance to the Kroger on Richmond Rd for a larger selection.) Still has everything someone could need (I struggled finding corn starch recently is all... still no dice). Staff is super nice and helpful. Deals are great. Florist excellent. Great selection of outdoor gardening stuff (!?) Sushi is excellent. Deli is awesome and has many different selections. Murray's Cheese inside which is excellent. Bakery has fresh bread selections daily. Huge meat idle with all the choices, and an on site (butcher?) Who offers an extended selection and deals. Has cookware that is affordable and durable. Has office supplies (everything someone would need) Seasonal isle is relevant and stays well stocked. Everyone here is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! This Kroger location is overall excellent!

Awful parking lot first of all. Second of all, me and my boyfriend just wanted to get some beers for the UK game and the weird self check out girl wouldn't let us buy any because I didn't have my id with me, because he buys all of our groceries. Why would I need my wallet if he always buys. Use some common sense Kroger. We are almost 30 years old btw.

This is the closest supermarket to UK... it has all what you need in higher quality than competitors ... there is a Starbucks inside with a limited seats.. I like the most their fresh produce, especially packed fruit and vegetables

Pretty nice store. It's kind of cool that they have rooftop parking. If you park up there, you take an escalator down into the store, then when leaving with your cart, take an elevator back up to the parking area.

The staff here is so sweet. If you come in often they will recognize familiar faces and always and they’re always so helpful. The only downfall to this Kroger is the parking. It is almost always incredibly difficult to find parking here.

It's a decent Kroger, but if you do not live near downtown lex, steer clear. It's always busy because there is no closer spot to buy groceries.The parking lot is a hellscape, and the chances of hitting something or someone with your car is not insignificant.The produce and selection of food is good, the staff are nice considering they are being worked to the bone.I struggle to get my order fulfilled properly when I order online.

They've stopped putting seasoning on the rotisserie chicken why I don't know. Boiling chicken, throwing it in a bag and charging $8 for it is beyond ridiculous.I have to assume since I've seen it like this a dozen times there's poor management, they don't care or both. I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

Kroger now requires you to have their app on your phone so they can collect your private data. You can't get the advertised prices without it.It's not enough that I've had a Kroger Plus card since 1999 and they have my entire purchase history for that period down to date, time, and geolocation, now they want to follow me around and sell my consumer behavior data as well.Count me out. I'll never shop at another Kroger as long as these are their policies.I know few care about privacy but for those that do, vote with your wallet.

I came to this Kroger at 630am to get in and get out quickly. There were hardly any customers but when I rang my own groceries up at the self checkout I put a 20 dollar bill in. It took it. I put a 2nd 20 dollar bill in. It threw it back out. Tje lady that assisted me told me they had trouble with that machine all the time. Shr tgen proceeded to take my money at the main terminal and it was showing I paid nothing. She then had to call someone for help who opened the machine and found a 5.00 bill crumpled up and my 20.00 bill which was smooth. I said the 20 was mine but the t is not. So they counted my 20 as paid. That register shouldnt even be open and you cheated another customer out of 5.00. Horrible experience at a sun morn early visit with plenty othrr working registers.

Great food and great prices.The store can be very busy at times being so close to campus, but it's my favorite Kroger in Lexington. The employees are kind, the store is neat and clean, and they have the biggest self-checkout. Parking may seem to be limited, but all you have to do is go to the parking lot up top. There's always room up there.

Everything here is pretty good. No longer serve the lunches, great pizza, nice selection for non meat eaters. Do have Starbucks. Parking is not so great at certain times but its better than it was. Be sure to try the rooftop for parking. Accesible by bus however.

This location has got to be the better one in Lexington! Staff are always friendly and greet with you. When you need any help finding something specific the staff are quick and happy to help you! Parking is probably the most convenient as you have the choice of parking out front or on the roof! Store is very clean inside and out overall experience with this Kroger has been a solid 10/10

All you need to know about this Kroger location is the main doors have been broken since Christmas, and it’s now February. Unbelievable.I stopped by to get pepperoni the other day and they are selling ones with an expiration date of December 2022. Again, it’s February 2023. This place is bad, and the parking lot is a disaster.

Great people that work here. Jocelyn was particularly excellent. The scale at checkout was broken but she handled the situation diplomatically and was able to execute a workaround under pressure. She was friendly and worked hard to find a quick, effective, and intelligent solution. They're lucky to have her.

Used to be a great store. Management now more interested in profits than keeping a safe environment for their staff and customers during covid. Many customers don’t wear masks and management does nothing about it. they have posted on the front door that you have to wear a proper mask to enter.They told me they are afraid someone will shoot them if they enforce the mask rules issued by health dept and state. Always overcrowded- making lots of money and I guess that is their priority.

We met a man named Rob. He was warm and very welcoming. The store has everything and I mean everything you need. We are from NEPA, we don’t have a Kroger’s in pa. The store It was clean and well stocked. Great place to shop. Friendly people!
