Petsmart would not groom my dog because he was 2 pounds over her weight limit. Made an appt. Made an appt. With Feeder Pet, it was my fault that I picked wash only. I asked the associate Emily if she could cut as well. She said yes! What excellent customer service! She cut him just like I wanted! Good job, Emily!

Really appreciate that they sell live feeder mice and rats. The workers are always super nice and knowledgeable, and the store is clean.

I only take my two standard poodles here. They are lovely, accommodating people that do an excellent job every time. You can specify cuts and they work with you and exceed expectations. One of my dogs is very anxious and jumpy and she always comes out looking great. I recommended family here and they love it too! Remember to always tip your groomer because they EARN it when they go above and beyond with your dog here! ❤️

Hunter did an EXCELLENT job! She made sure my sweet girl was comfortable and had a good experience. Additionally she asked a lot of questions to ensure that the grooming was completed to my taste and expectations. My baby looks great and came out of her appointment very happy. I highly recommend Hunter and her grooming services. We will be going back to see hunter again!

My dog, a border collie mix, is 4 years old, and we had never taken her to a professional groomer before today. She was very nervous and April took her time working with our pooch. I’m so glad she was as patient as she was. I was one worried fur mama! I called to check in about halfway through her appointment and they were very polite with their update. She was there a little over 4 hours, and looks absolutely amazing! She is clean, dematted, and her haircut looks lovely. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Our groomers did such a great job with all our dogs! They split our 13 year old's from into 2 sessions (free of charge) to accommodate his age and energy level and treated our girls great. We brought our puppy back for her first real grooming today and she looks adorable! We'll definitely be back!

Omg! I can’t say enough about how positive my experience e was from scheduling, reminders, reception of my dog for grooming. Hunter was so kind to my dog.She took the time to make him feel comfortable before I left . When I returned , he was in good spirits and looked beautiful ! He actually gave her dog kisses goodbye. Does it get better than that??? I think not:)

Riley was very personal & caring w/ my Poodle. He loved her & it was a first visit!The job was quick, professional & a beautiful cut! I listened to her conversation w/ the client in front of me & it showed she cares & offered suggestions! I plan to make this our permanent groomer!

We just moved to Lexington so it was my puppy's first visit to this groomer. I dropped him off for a bath and was told it would be two hours. I got a text an hour later saying he was finished. It took me 15 minutes to get there to pick him up. When I arrived, the groomer was gone and my 7-month-pld puppy was alone in an empty dark room. When I inquired about getting my puppy, the worker complained that my puppy had been crazy. I'm not sure what he meant by that, but I would be crazy too if left alone in the dark in a new place. We will not be using this groomer again.

We love Hunter ! My dog is super sketched out with practically everyone, and she takes her time with him and cleans him up well. I know he’s in great hands with her. And he always looks so handsome when she’s done with him. Definitely would recommend !

Hunter did amazing with our 10 month old Aussie who had never been groomed before. He looks amazing and we are supper happy with his cut. Would definitely take your Australian Shepherd there for grooming.

My 3 year old Boxer Mix (Nicky) hates getting her nails trimmed. She always has at least 2 groomers to get this done. My first trip here for grooming and APRIL did an amazing job! She got her nails trimmed perfectly and she did it all by herself! We will be coming here now and hope that she is there!

My boy is a pound rescue and never been to the store much less groomed in any way, the staff at feeders supply was amazing with him. Even though he was a pit, none of them looked at him or treated him different but instead loved on him. Was an amazing experience to say the least and I appreciate all whom welcomed him with open arms as he is a huge love bug.

Took our two dogs to the walk-in grooming salon for a nail trim. They had staff there ready to help & we were done in short time & will continue to get my dogs nails trimmed here! I did confirm prior to arriving that proof of Rabies is required which is normal for all pet grooming salons.

I took my Leonburger in to see April. He hadn't had a spa day in a year due to Covid, so he was in need of some extra TLC!! April did a wonderful job and will be our new groomer. Do not act as though they are experienced groomers, scared and unsure of what to puppies that are inexperienced with grooming. Worker complained to customer about another worker not being at work or lack of coverage. Do not recommend if you have a rescued puppy who your trying to get use to being groomed.

I must say that I am very very pleased with the service my dog received at Feeders Supply Grooming Salon. Quannie is the ABSOLUTE BEST..!! My dog was traumatized from her last grooming at P#$S---T and would not allow anyone close to her with clippers. When I picked her up from Quannie, she was happy, tail wagging and allowing Quannie to play with her. They are great with your pets and take the time to gain their trust. Mimi will be back and oh, she smells AMAZING..!! Thank you Feeders Supply.

The groomer did a great job. She was also fast. My dog hates being away from me so time is important. I will take her back. The only one thing is $. You upgrade for services that i normally pay that is included. Next time i know.
