My Aunt Lynn Lindsey recommended this pet store and I was pleased with the size wash bays for my lab but what I thought was really cool was the walk in shower stall and a nice elderly greyhound was using it next door. This makes dog mom lives so much easier Thank you,#1BadAmbo

I would like to give them a good review, but due to the assistance manager was so awful I just can not. How there kind be so many good people there and him to be employed, especially as management is shocking. Will not be back because of him and will recommend no one go there due to him and his actions. Sorry to the rest of you. Upper management should know and do better.

Went to buy a dog bed. I can’t believe I ever brought my dog here to use washing services!!!After looking at 3 different dog beds, all covered in rodent droppings… I was disgusted at all the poop in what seemed to be every bed! I am disappointed as I genuinely liked bringing my dog here to be washed. I will never again bring him here or purchase anything from here! Biohazard for sure!

Well, walked in this store for the first time. There were maybe 2-3 customers in the building and plenty of staff—enough that should have noticed this dead bird. I was with my son who was absolutely horrified by this. I informed the tall staff member that there was a dead bird in the cage. “Really?” He said and strolled over to the cage. “Yea,” he continued. “We’ve had those birds for a year and we have no idea how old they are when we get them. That sucks.” I mean— wow? Absolutely shocking experience. I will never go here again and will certainly never recommend someone purchase a pet from this place. They obviously don’t take care of these animals or even notice if they are dead!

I came in recently to grab some dog food, treats, etc. the tall skinny man who I believe was a manager was fantastic when showing me around the store giving a wonderful walkthrough, i was impressed with how well kept the store was.I would also like to thank the pink hair'd woman who greeted me and proceeded to share some of her dogs favorite goodies!! Everyone in the store I came into contact with were very helpful, and all had high spirits!! I'm in disbelief at the previous reviews and have to say, I think they may be referencing a different location.10/10 experience, Franklin loved his treats she recommended, i enjoyed shopping around the store. The sales associates are not knowledgeable about products that are being sold. They act very childish and more interested in playing with one another than helping customers. Worst of all the assistant manager is extremely unpleasant. I will drive the extra six miles out of my way before return ever again. This place has really gone down hill.

This place has everything you could need for your furry friend... But they've been recently selling rats labeled as "Blue Russians" that are literally variegated/hooded black rats (which look absolutely nothing alike). Not only are they falsely advertising the type of rat, but this means the rats are nearly TWICE as expensive.

Great experience! Amazing the difference in stores. Went to the feeders in my town trying to find a few fish. No one was interested in talking to me much less helping me find some specific fish. This location was quick to help. Everyone I have interacted with over the last week at this store has been amazing. They all clearly love animals and their jobs. The customer experience has been great and I will continue to do business at this location. Thanks

I have two very different reviews for this store. The first would be zero stars when the manager is in the store. She is always scattered—when you can even find her— and the staff always seems SO stressed out when she is there. The second would be five stars when Robert is working. You’ll notice I know his name.. that is because there has not been one single time I have been in the store when he is working that he has not come up and spoken to me to make sure I’m finding everything okay. The staff is always more relaxed when he is working as well, laughing while they work and seem to really enjoy working with him. The store is also so much cleaner and better organized now, too, and I really appreciate the small pets area being more than just a few items like most other pet stores.

Showed up to use the self wash at 720pm, walked my dog in the grass outside to make sure we used the bathroom first, and the guy at the front counter was busy when we walked in. At 731 I asked if a self wash is available when he said they close at 730. NOWHERE can I find that time online or in the store. Only by his word of mouth. The front desk employee was rude and inconsiderate. He didn't even offer other times or to put me on the schedule tomorrow, and before I was out the door, was on his phone.

Super friendly staff with an awesome store kitty! I got my kitten some CBD here for when she became a queen and we had to wait for surgery. Great place with a wide variety of fish and exotic pets and birds. Dog grooming is popular here.

The pet wash is supposed to be open until 8pm. I went at 7:45. The staff closed it at 7:30. It was closed early clearly for the convenience of the employee. Horrible customer service. I will not be back. I hope the owner of the store reads this review.

Great place to go for food for your reptiles, dogs, cats, anything really. They have live bugs. Crickets, worms, dubia roaches.. all the good stuff at a decent price and close to my complex. They usually get their live feed in on Thursdays (the staff lady said before, if hasn't changed) sometimes they are out, so don't come here if you're far and haven't called first.The staff is also very friendly and I prefer to go here over the big pet stores and stuff cuz I was getting pet smarts hornworms and they were already dead. Heck naw lol.The last batch I got of crickets were soooooo loud too. Maybe that means they're healther haha idk. Must've been a happy bunch. :pEither way, great place with a pretty decent selection. :)

Dear Feeders Pet Supply,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with your grooming services. My family and I have two standard poodles that we had scheduled appointments for grooming services at your store. Unfortunately, we experienced two consecutive cancellations on the day of the appointment, causing a great inconvenience for us and our pets.The first cancellation occurred yesterday, when we brought our poodle Ahri in for her appointment. During the appointment, Ahri seemed fearful and uncomfortable with the groomer. My wife, who was with me, also noted that the groomer seemed to be acting in a discriminatory manner towards us. Shortly after the appointment, we received a cancellation notice from your store, without any prior warning or explanation.We decided to give your store a second chance and scheduled appointments for both of our standard poodles today. However, we were again informed of cancellations on the actual day of the appointments. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration for our family, as we had made arrangements to ensure that our pets could be groomed on these days.I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect for our time that we have experienced from your store. We have been inconvenienced twice and have had to find alternative arrangements for our pets' grooming needs. I also cannot ignore the discriminatory behavior that we observed during Ahri's appointment.We will be taking our business elsewhere and would appreciate if you could find groomers that are more reliable and respectful of their clients' time. We also ask that you address any potential discriminatory behavior and ensure that all of your employees are trained to treat all customers with respect and dignity.

I'm so glad I don't have to drive across town to get good pet food anymore. They have a good selection, and the prices are reasonable. Ordering from a popular online pet supply company doesn't save enough money to make it worth the hassle. I also like supporting a KY owned business. I'm always greeted when I walk in, but they don't hover while I browse. However, all I have to do is ask, and any of the employees are happy to help. I'm a happy customer!

I really enjoy this company and location. Good size and great assortment of good quality foods. We have gotten everything from Cat Trees, Dog food along with Dog toys and all the Rabbit needs we have had. There are self Dog washing stations available also. This is not the cheapest place to buy your pet needs but worth a small upcharge. One opportunity is around the loyalty program. While I have the card I have no idea what benefits if any come with it. Have been coming ever since the place opened and I am not aware of any discount or savings I have every received?

Feeders Supply must have one of the worst online experiences. And, it is consistent.They text me a coupon, $5 off an order of $25. So, I need to resupply the cat's food and attempt to put an order together.Well, the Millpond location is out of stock on everything I attempt to purchase.So, I try the Harrodsburg Rd. store. Same result.I need confirmation!So, I was going to pick up my order anyway and I get in the car and go to the Millpond store.Turns out they DO have two of the items I wanted in stock. BUT, it won't allow me to apply the code for the $5 coupon.OK...so I take my items to the register and plead my case to the employee at the checkout.I explained my issues with their website in hopes of getting a fair resolution. I'm willing to purchase $25 to get $5 off. I mean if your website doesn't function, it's not my fault.So, the tall guy tells me, "you need to call corporate" and "there's nothing I can do".Wrong answer, that's just lazy.There are lots of pet stores here in town. I'll take my business and money elsewhere.I decided to go to the Harrodsburg Rd. Feeder Supply store. Turns out they DO have have some of the items in stock that their website said were not in stock.I approached the young lady at the register and proceeded to explain my experience with the Feeder Supply website.Without hesitation, she told me to gather up the items I wanted and she would honor the coupon.JUST LIKE THAT.People, while this was frustrating I didn't get upset or angry. I just knew somebody with some common sense would provide a sensible solution.Feeder Supply, you need to get your website cleaned up.Millpond Feeder Supply, I will not be back in your store.Harrodsburg Rd. Visited the store on 1/16/2021 to buy a 20 gallon long reptile aquarium that was priced for $45.89 on the shelf when took to the register to have check out unfortunately it rang up as $74.89, $30 more then what price on the shelf said. Even after taking the associate back to show him the price on the shelve he refused to honor what the pirce on the shelf said stating those are old tags. My family will not do business at this store, we were speechless, we just left. Very sad way to do do business. No stars you have to put one to make the post

Make sure to keep your receipt for gift cards... I purchased gift cards to use myself a few months ago. I had one that was brand new and the cashier said it wasn't working. The store manager came over and said he'd have to call corporate and would call me back that day. He did let me take a few cans of food I was buying at no charge, which was really nice. But he didn't call back like he said he would. Went into the store a few days later and he wasn't there so I left my information again. Heard nothing. About a week later I get a message that he called corporate and hadn't heard from them and he'd call me back when he heard something. It had been 2 WEEKS at this point. A few days later, I go into the store again and he was there. I was being really patient and understanding. He said he verified the gift card did have the money on it and that there was no problem. I told him again the details since he had forgotten. He refused to check the card to see what I meant and got quite defensive for no reason. It was not a happy scene for a while. He called corporate again. They told him to simply take the old card and give me a new one. Why couldn't that have happened the day of? Not 3 weeks later? They evidently have this happen often where the server goes down while activating a card and then it doesn't work. Later on, I told my mom about the whole ordeal and she said she had it happen to a gift card she won at an event there. She said it was no problem for them to replace it. In the end, this was a 3 week stressful ordeal and no telling how long it would have persisted if I hadn't been proactive about it.Even though it's changed hands, I've shopped at Feeder's Supply/Incredipet for 15 years.

Disappointment of a pet store. I commonly see multiple dead fish there. Consistently always behind on ordering, lots of empty/un-stocked spaces and vivariums- as well as fish tanks. Everything is overpriced… not a fan at all.

They have a friendly staff that are willing to go above and beyond to help their clients. They also offer fair prices. Plus their do it yourself dog cleaning area is fun for you and your pup. It is also priced right.

Went to give our dog a bath around 4:30pm and there was not hot water! I asked one of the employees if there was something wrong and instead of recognizing it, he made it sound like it was my fault for showing up late in the afternoon. They offer this service until 7pm every day, so they should do something to prevent hot water from running out. Or at least let customers know before paying for it. Bad experience.

We use to like coming here but, it has gone down hill. We usually buy the larger bags of dog food since we have a couple of dogs. The smaller bags are $30 for 14 pounds and the larger 28 pound bag is $48. It’s clearly most cost effective to buy the larger bag since we are feeding multiple dogs but, they have been out of the big bag lately. When asked if they would sell two smaller bags for the same price as the larger bag the clerk was rude and told us no. I guess we will just take our business back to chewy where we can get the larger bags for less money and it will be delivered.

Today I went to look at some fish and saw that the tropical section of fish including guppies platys and tetras had ick/ich a fish disease. I saw many dead fish and more struggling to live dying slowly. I also saw a cockatiel trying to get out of its cage frantically. It was horrible to see. I have always gone to feeders supply with no problem but this millpond store was a loud hot mess air pumps everywhere everything out of order. I also saw a 35 dollar 15 gallon fish tank and then saw a 10 gallon for 16 dollars which made no sense at all. I will not be shopping at the millpond feeders supply until they start to clean the place up and get a hold of things.
