Don’t try to run there the last 20 minutes they are SUPPOSED to be open because they close early every time!!!! Had a manager look me in the face and shrug her shoulders at 9:44 pm on a Saturday, which according to Google and the signs on the door the closing time is 10pm. They just close whenever they feel like it so don’t trust Google, or the store because they are NEVER open until 10! Smh

I attempted twice to make a return (once at another location) and both locations gave me ridiculous excuses to not take my return that were both purchased within the last month. I simply didn’t have a receipt. This location wouldn’t even attempt to scan my items, never opened with tags and the other said, “we can’t take returns during the holiday season.” Horrible customer service.

This location only got one star because I had no choice. The gentleman that worked tonight was very rude and told me that I could not shop there if I was going to take long it was 9:00 pm and I guess they closed at 10 pm he looked very intoxicated or impaired. He was very loud with me and made me very uncomfortable! I actually had about 50 dollars worth of rugs and pillows that I put back and walked out. I would rather take my money elsewhere,than have to be yelled at and rushed, no told that I COULD NOT shop. I have never been treated that way anywhere before!

Awful. Group of employees outside smoking while I waited 7 minutes to pay. Also 4 other customers in the store behind me. I was the only one in line.

I witnessed several people stealing, while i watched employees outside smoking, as i waited to be checked out. "Finally" one comes in heavily soaked in cigarette odor. Yuck !!!!
