Couldn’t find what I was looking for so I tried to find an employee. Wasn’t sure if the person I was talking to was an employee cause they didn’t have a name tag but they seemed like they didn’t want to be there and sighed when I asked a question. The prices have went up to outrageous amounts, if it isn’t on sale. The store looked good, just needs better staff!

I went there to get my usual pre work monsters. The lady had a mask on and gloves. Rang in and touched money from 6 people in front of me. Then proceeds to grab the tips of my drinks with the dirty gloves. Then I get a bad stomachache bug not a day later. Not to mention it took her 5 minutes to take my money. No exaggeration it was literally 5 mins. I Will literally never go back. I’ve been going there for ten years. The lack of customer safety there is terrible.

Family Dollar in Beaumont Center is a Great Place to run and pick up those little odds and ends with out the crowded chaos of those larger stores. The Ladies that work there are One of the Main reasons I shop there. Very attentive and friendly. Making your visit a pleasure as you walk in the door with a Hello and a 😁. The store has pretty much everything and anything you might need. Minus Gas and alcohol sales. So if your on the Northside of Lexington KY and might need a few things to pick up? Swing into the Family Dollar Beaumont Center on the left if Kroger's. It might just brighten your day!*UPDATE* This family Dollar location has been Revamped with More for your dollar! Freshly updated refrigerated Lane with a Plethora of fridge food & a Frozen food section. Also a New cashier area with multiple registers. Did I tell you that now you can get your Balloon 🎈 On with there new wall of custom balloons or have a pack of regular filled in store for your party needs! These upgrades have made this location even better then before!

I was not happy. There were Children's back packs on sale under neath the register.I inquired about them, both of the cashiers looked at each other and acted like they didn't know what to say. They then said that a customer was coming in in a few minutes to buy them. At this time it was 8:45 pm, and they close at 9:00 pm I told them that they shouldn't put items under the counter for them to buy on pay day. I had wanted one of them for my granddaughter, there was at least 6 or 7 under the counter. I just felt that was very unfair and unprofessional. I hope that this gets addressed, thank you

All decked out for Christmas rt now! They have some nice things out and always reasonably priced. If you want to get ahead on gifts this would be a great place to start. Kids toys, clothes, decorations, candy and etc.

The customer service was good, so I can't complain. There has always been some very polite employees running the cash register, every time I've went shopping there-and I appreciate that!

It was awful! The air was not working and it was HOT! The employees and customers were cranky! The debit machine stopped working so after shopping in the heat, I couldn't pay for the items.

Most of the times I have come to this store, there are some people who maybe are not in a good mood, and they serve you in a way that is not appropriate when you are friendly with the staff...therefore 3 stars are enough
