I am a bit disappointed by the quality, considering the price. I bought a golf bag tag as a gift, and when it arrived it was beautiful, except there was a typo (see image - one of the parentheses is backwards). I had my original copy of the order and confirmed that it was not my mistake, so I reached out and was offered an expedited replacement, which I really appreciated! However, I received the replacement today, and although the mistake has been corrected, it appears to be of lesser quality than the first one. The engraving is not as deep nor as bold (see image). Since it is a Christmas gift, at this point I think it's too late to do anything about it

I ordered a belt for my husband on December 14 and finally received the belt on January 13. I was not ordering for Christmas and was not in a rush, but to wait a month for a belt was way too long. When I received the belt, it was sized incorrectly - my husband couldn't even get the strap through the belt buckle. It was way too short - obviously not sized correctly from the moment we pulled it out of the box. I measured for the belt according to the instructions on the website. My husband needed a size 36 belt according to the instructions, and that is what we ordered. He also wears a 36 in other belts, and when I compared this belt to others, it was at least 4 inches shorter than all the others. I called the store and let them know that the belt was way, way too small. I was told I could exchange the belt but I would be charged shipping. This means I would have to pay to ship the belt back for exchange, and would then be charged again to have the correctly sized belt shipped to me. This is completely unacceptable when the error was made by the shop. This was not my error. It's not worth it to ship it back - I'm going to keep the belt for my 11-year old son who will grow into it soon enough. Yes, it's THAT small. Aside from the shipping and sizing issues, the leather quality, stitching and name plate of the belt I received is very good, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Let me add that I followed the instructions provided by the vendor to size the belt EXACTLY. This was not my fault - it was the vendor's fault and the customer service was terrible when I called to inform them of their mistake. In fact, they admitted that they have sizing problems all the time.

Purchased a belt that was returned to the sender (carrier wouldn’t deliver to a PO Box). I emailed a week ago and have left a voicemail with the business but haven’t heard back. Will update review if I receive the item I purchased.UPDATE: Upon reaching out again I caught Ashley, the manager. I explained the scenario and she corrected the issue and even overnighted my package to me so it would arrive by the date I needed it! The belt was in good shape as well. 4/5 stars just because of the headache with the other employees. Thank you Ashley!

Really negative experience. I dropped my saddle off on Monday for some leather work done. I was told the guy that does leather repair is off Mondays and I would receive a call Tuesday or Wednesday for a quote and to let me know if he could do what I needed done on it. I didn’t receive a call so I called Thursday. I was told they hadn’t had a chance to get a quote, etc. but I’d get a call by the end of the day or the next day, Friday. Still didn’t get a call back by Saturday. I attempted to call but they closed at 12 so I sent a Facebook message seeing if I would be able to get some info on the status of my saddle. I received a message back today, the following Monday, that he’s able to do it, but unable to give me a quote and he’s off today. So I ended up just going and picking up my saddle without having them alter it. I do realize I’m not the only customer but a phone call with updates would have probably kept my business. I was without my main riding saddle for a week with no progress to it. In addition, when I went to pick up my saddle, the person working that I worked with when I dropped it off (unsure of her name, she was blonde probably in her 30s) didn’t even acknowledge me walking in the store and getting my saddle. She was on the phone but not even a wave or eye contact to acknowledge me, she literally walked right past me. So I just picked up my saddle and left, which reassured my decision of taking as my business elsewhere.
