Though I had a super long wait on my prescriptions, Ken (Representative) was very kind, informative and attentive to my allergies. As I was waiting, I overheard Ken speak to numerous customers. He has a very kind yet professional demeanor that really stood out. Sometimes the service you provide means so much more than an inconvenience in waiting. My opinion we all need more people like Ken, manning the front lines of businesses. Great job Ken! Keep up the friendly patient attitude ð

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy and worst pharmacy overall I have ever visited in the United States. They messed up my motherâs prescription, the doctor called them to fix it, and when we got there it was still messed up and they offered no apology. Theyâve messed up my prescription numerous times. Done. Oh and look at the picture of added. The sign says both lanes are open but they use an upside down cart to close a lane. Real professional.

Go someplace else if you need your prescription. They don't fill hardly any someplace else fills and then maybe you will getit next day.

Every time me and my girlfriend go in there every single day and spend at least $50 every single day sometimes more closer to 100 and every time we come in there they treat us like we are thieves if something doesn't change we will go to corporate about this situation three employees will follow surround the whole entire time we're in there they Mark every single $20 bill we give them and don't do it to nobody else they act like they're stalking the shelves and they follow us while we shop and watches the whole entire time and make us very uncomfortable. They card us everytime. I have a job and I don't need to steal.

They do not have a lot of medications in stock. It takes several days and usually a week or more to receive medications that are out of stock. My entire family has had a multitude of issues when trying to get a refill, or a new prescription filled. There is no other pharmacy in town that accepts Tricare so we are left with no choice but to put up with this. I cannot imagine someone easily confused trying to get their monthly medications refilled at this location. It is extremely frustrating.

No one answers the phone, and when they do they are extremely hateful. Will not refill my meds because they keep saying it's an "insurance issue" or they need a "prior authorization," when my doctor sent them repeatedly. Very frustrating and annoying. Would not recommend.

I am wondering why everyone in the pharmacy must take lunch at the same time and completely shut down? Twice now, in the last month, I've been next in line to get meds, only to be told I will have to come back later because they are now closed for lunch! Two days ago, I was next in the drive through, and same thing happened. Do you know how long it takes to sit in the drive through What? What ever happened to true customer service? I was trained that the customer comes first. My time is very valuable and I can't always come back "later." Surely one person can run the register for 30 minutes while the others go to lunch. I am really considering taking my business elsewhere. This behavior is rude and inconsiderate.

0 STARS! Leitchfield ky pharmacy is the worst around. Wait forever and always some reason they dont have your prescription. The staff is not in a timely manner at all. Been a costumer 4 years and its never changed. Changing pharmacy today!

Ruddest staff I have ever seen. I spend a ton of money in there but they still act as if I'm stealing. I work everyday and come in there to attitude and following me everywhere. The blond lady with the glasses is nasty and checks even my $5 bills for counterfeit. I can't believe they still have jobs.

Over the last couple of months there has been a noticeable drop in quality of service at this location. Wait times are on average 30 mins or longer. When they are backed up with customers there is usually no more than 2 people working the counter in the pharmacy. One instance I waited around 25 min to get a prescription picked up. The prescription was called in around 1 please that day. I arrived around 530 to pick up the prescription. I was told it would be another 30-40 min for it to be ready. I told the tech that I couldn't come back. They said they would check on the medicine. Within a minute they had the prescription ready to go. I'm not sure what is going on at this store but I believe it has to do with the addition of prescriptions from Rite Aide closing in town and being sent to Walgreens. The store does not seem to take into consideration that more customers means they are busier and need more workers. Because of the poor service I have taken my business to Midway Pharmacy. I am seeing much better customer service too. Even at their busy times I can get in and out in about 10 minutes or so.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Grayson Co. I will explain why...I had an early doctor's appointment due to the Labor Day Holiday and was giving my prescription that was not due to be filled until September 6th which is Labor Day and all the pharmacies would be closed. My doctor advised me that they should be able to fill it up to 2 days early wherever I take it due to the holiday. So I called Leitchfield Walgreens, to make sure they carried my medicine, which they did, so I drove there 15 miles one way, as it was the closest pharmacy to the area I am at visiting for Labor Day. I went in on Sept.4 at 11am local time and the initial interaction between me and the pharmacy tech was excellent and professional. She advised me it would take them an hour and a half to fill the prescription, which was fine, it was busy due to the holiday.I went out to my car to sit and wait in effort to try and save gas money, within 10 minutes I received phone call from Walgreens telling me they would not be able to fill my prescription until the following morning and asked if that was okay, to which I replied yes, the parts on the phone told me that they would open at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow morning and my prescription will be ready to be picked up then. So I drove 15 miles back home and went about my day.Next morning I woke up went to Walgreens, at 10:15 I pulled into the drive-thru, and was given a laundry list of excuses as to why the prescription was NOT ready.They then proceeded to tell me it would be another 2 hours to have the prescription filled... Now they had this prescription for over 24 hours at this point, I was a new customer, and I have wasted 45 miles worth of gas just trying to get a simple prescription filled. They were rude unprofessional and extremely slow.I feel part of this was profiling due to the nature of my medicine and I will not be back to this location or any Walgreens location moving forward.My regular Pharmacy is a small Mom and Pop type prescription shop, my local folks the level of detail professionalism and courtesy is unmatched compared to these big box stores to whom we are nothing but dollar signs and cattle to be heard.WALGREENS STINKS AS DOES THEIR PRESCRIPTION STAFF IN LEITCHFIELD KENTUCKY!!!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. You will sit in drive thru for an hour but if you go in it'll be just as long! Never been to a pharmacy it takes 1 hour to get meds that are already filled. I believe I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

Hope you have an hour to spare...thats how long it'll take to get your "ready" prescription in the drive thru. Slowest pharmacy I've ever seen and the other reviews pretty much agree.

Walgreens forces money out of their customers by telling them that their insurance won't cover their medications when reality is that they don't run the insurance correctly if at all! They had us paying out of pocket for meds until we switched to Etown Pharmacy and suddenly all of our scripts were covered under our insurance. Insurance coverage doesn't change from pharmacy to pharmacy. We only use this location occasionally now if we've been to Twin Lakes. But from now on we'll just drive to our regular pharmacist in Etown. Walgreens is no better than a thief, deceiving their customers this way.

I'm new to this area. Walgreens listed as providing pharmacy. My physician faxed two scripts over I called to see if both scripts were ready for pickup. I was rudely informed that they couldn't tell what script was ready . I'll never use this pharmacy. I'll travel to Etown if necessary

If Walgreens would take the time take the time to answer their phone and give their customers courteous service then I would give them more than one star but until that time they're not even worth one star avoid at all Cost Leitchfield Kentucky's Walgreens try Walmart instead

Took over an hour to take care of a scheduled booster shot appointment for no apparent reason other than staff incompetence including ignoring me instead of properly attending me or giving me the forms required, the biggest possible waste of my time which couldâve only took 5 minutes max theyâve made into a horrendous hour wait
