We went to Tractor Supply to find some medicine for our dogs. The manager "Andi" helped us. Let me add that she was a delight as well. Andi went above & beyond her job helping us in every way possible. I couldn't Thank her enough for all of the time she spent with us. (Andi Thank You Again) If your ever going by Tractor Supply in Leitchfield Ky down the street from Walmart I recommend stopping in. They have nice sales also. 😁

While finishing up our purchase yesterday, my daughter volunteered to load our items, rather than tie-up an associate, one of the sales team made a less than appropriate comment that items located outside were based on an honor system, implying that we were less than trustworthy. We will travel an additional 30 minutes for future purchases. Educating employees on what is offensive to others would be a plus!

5 people working but only four helped us. It took and hour just to get our swing, one guy knew where it was but didn’t tell anyone. Another said he would be right with us but kept disappearing. No one was wearing vests and I didn’t know who was actually a worker. Their needs to be better service and communication.

I wish they would hire some older people who know more about products and have more experience to draw from when helping. It's aggravating when you get a dumbfounded look from an employee when asking about your products or recommendations. That seems to be a trend around here at home improvement/hardware/farm stores.Customer service has become a thing of the past.

Been to Tractor Supply stores all over the United State, and this one isn't impressive. The women that work here are really nice and helpful; the men... Not so much. But it is a small town......

I was shopping for 2 6 volt batteries for deer feeders. Went to Service Desk and was directed to look in the wrong place. And a second wrong place. Finally, I said, I have groceries in the car so if you don't have the batteries, I'm leaving. Turned and got 3 steps away when he said there was 1 more place to look. That place was adjacent to the Customer Service area...and there were several 6 volt batteries. Either the Customer Service Rep doesn't know the stock or he was screwing with me. I left feeling like he and his 2 hangar ons were laughing.

The Leitchfield location is always a favorite place for us. We can find anything we need for our dogs and they can come with us. The employees are all so awesome with them and our boys love getting all the attention and a treat before we leave!

I bought a welding gas tank from TSC 4 years ago. Its a Hobart tank. I took it to the store today to get exchanged and was told that it could not be exchanged because its not a blue "Thoroughbred" tank. So I would have to either buy another tank or take it somewhere else to get filled. So to sum it up TSC changed companies on tank exhanges and I am paying for it. That is not how you earn customers trust and support.

TSC in Leitchfield seems to have a better supply of kids clothing than other Tractor Supply stores I have been in. They also have a decent inventory of toys and home decor items especially at Christmas.

I would give a 0 star if I could. The manager there named Dana was terrible. Hateful and seemed a little stuck up. Went for a job interview and she told her staff workers that I was high little did she know they were my family and I don’t use drugs.

Employees change regularly, employees sit on counter and laugh about no carts in the store and tell customers they have to go to the parking lot to get a cart. Shelves stay empty a lot.
