a little bit more expensive than the big box stores, but when its one of the only games in town I guess they can price it higher. the staff are super however. very friendly and helpful. I must say I am happy they are here. It saves me from driving 35 miles to the big box stores.

I walked in at 5:50pm on a Sunday, not knowing they close at 6. I had a water leak that needed to be fixed and it was hard to find the fittings I needed. A couple employees helped me for 30 minutes and none of them mentioned that it was past closing time. They were nice and worked hard to make sure I got what I needed before they went home.

Great store, great employees. Very helpful, even though they didn't have in stock what I needed (which is unusal) they helped me find a different store in town that did have it.

With the cold Temps and weather; all local stores out of propane, we decided to try Ace Hardware since they fill tanks. We get there they say yes we sure can, go out there to where the fill station is and the employee says sorry I can't fill the tank its older than 5 years old. We just had got the tank from a store 2 weeks ago. What if we needed this propane to keep a local family warm!! Pathetic!!

They destroyed our only bowling alley just to sell more high-priced stuff your products are outrageous and price they should be shut down because they're robbing people

Always helpful staff and the place is always neat and orderly. Prices can be high on some items, but I'm just glad we have a decent hardware store open on weekends.

They never have what you need in stocks, employees are mainly high school-aged kids who would rather talk than stalk the shelves. Was even told when asked if they had an item, they said, "In the back. It will be restocked tomorrow." They ask if you found everything when you check out and when you say not really everything is out of stock they say, "that's a common thing we hear." Just poor customer service on my opinion.

Nice, clean, friendly and handy. Leitchfield really needed them. Love that they usually have what you need, but oh man the prices, wow!! Ever feel like you may have to finance a bolt? Craftsman tools, but you can pretty much buy those at a truck stop now days.It's a nice convenient little hardware store but you're gonna pay for the convenience.

Was looking for a tool box lock. The first time I came in the woman was helpful but gave me a mailbox lock and said If that didn't work to bring it back and she had some tool box locks in a different isle. Well it didn't fit my needs so I came back the next day. The lady at the counter was very nice and tried to be helpful. She asked the manager were the took box locks were. Manager without even looking says they didn't carry any kind if tool box locks just mailbox locks and said I should go to TSC. Was kind of rude.

We've been remodeling off and on for 3 yearsAce is the first store we try for many items, including paint. We've needed alot of help and guidance with several things, including plumbing . The gentleman was very knowledgeable , helpful, and friendly. I've always been helped quickly. The prices are a bit high on some things ,just as with any store. However, they do run great sales ,offer military discounts, and have a rewards program.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about the items they sell. If someone you are talking to does not know the answer to your question, they will find you someone who does. I highly recommend Leitchfield ace to anyone coming through the area.

This place always leaves me disappointed, whether they don’t have what I need or their prices are crazy! But they did reply to my review w a solution to my problems by offering to order in anything I might need! So thumbs up Ace! U got me!

Wouldnt exchange an item i bought earlier in the week cause i had no receipt. My receipt was in my other truck. This made me feel like they were saying i stole it. It was only like a 5 dollar piece of hardware. Id just spent 100 earlier today. Im new to this town and I already know I wont be back.

Everything is overpriced compared to Lowes and Home Depot, but they usually have what I need. Keeps me from having to drive to Etown.

They greet you at the door and say "can we help you find something?" You tell them what you are looking for and the reply I got was..."if we have it, it would be in aisle 13." GEES THANKS!!! it was actually 4 aisles over. A LOT OF HELP THEY WERE!!

Bought a light bulb, dropped it on the way out pf the store. One of the employees saw what I did and told the manager what had happened. Manager said to go get him a new one. Great customer service.

Would not exchange an un-open chain saw chain. I simply got the wrong size originally. I try to buy from these local to the lake stores to support local business. I am a rewards customer. Lowe’s and Home Depot both would have exchanged this item. Guess the big box store provide better customer service. Guess is should buy from the box stores before i get to the lake. Took chain to a difference ACE, exchanged no problem.

Nice small hardware store with just enough stock to keep projects moving forward, Aisles are clearly marked but if you can't find something someone is there to help you.

Any hardware will have a hard time competing with a axe but this location is well stocked and friendly staff but their power tool selection was smaller or normal for most Ace hardware I just can't get enough power tools lol
