Great place I love it when the people come up and always ask for my receipt to makes me feel so secure all of them are so nice grab stuff out of your bag just to make sure that you would never overscan or cost yourself too much money and they also are a good staff βš•οΈ they have very clean bathrooms and they need an assistant to help you get stuff off shelves so why not put a button if elderly person couldn't get to an item I believe someone should be there to help them on shopping carts as the overall experience is so great I ate a bowl of chicken and rice and the staff was real nice to me and they also backed up my groceries for me.

I called 40 minutes before they closed, just to get a price on a necklace chain for women. And for 40 minutes the phone rang. I wouldn’t have called so late if it didn’t happen so late 🀒 sick of people in LEBANON KY not answering within the hour they close!

I cannot walk into store at one end to have to walk a block to the other end to check out!! I don’t need an electric cart, I need to be able to check out where I walk in!!!!Why do these big stores do this. I avoid them because of this.

The self checkout lady was quick to help everyone which was good at since that was the only way to purchase things at the time I was there. I accidentally scanned an item twice, she quickly corrected it and then went back to the next customer. She's efficient.

I was followed, when I requested help, I was passed over, but eventually received assistance. I also had a comment made by a Walmart employee, didn't think I understood English. I was born at U.C.L.A. Hospital in 74'. I speak three languages including American. People in England speak English. I speak American. Just because I look and am Hispanic doesn't mean I am not educated. That was written and phrase exactly as intended. We has a Society must do better.

I love, love, love the fact that you can pull up the Walmart app and search for whatever you're looking for and it tells you the aisle number to find it. No more wasted time searching for things, especially if they don't have it in stock or it's a online order only. πŸ‘πŸ€—

For some random reason I know almost every worker at this place and I don't even know how. They got a good layout. Sadly the transformer toy section is lacking right now but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they must be ordering some more.Good place.

This is closer to a Neighborhood Walmart than a super center. Do not expect much diversity on products. Very few cash registers open ever mostly self checkout. The deli roasted chickens make for a improtu supper though with some there cold dishes like the Amish Tater salad etc.

It's always being renovated. I don't like all the new checkout. It's like I can never find any employee. I always have to hunt someone down for help. There is a lot that can be improved.

I go to Walmart because living in a small town there's not many options. I use to take up for the employees that work there . Not anymore . They are rude ,lazy and the last thing they want to do is help someone . I would never ask for help but half the time items are not marked and if they are it's usually the wrong price . It's disorganized and chaotic. All I see employees do ,what three or four you can actually catch are stocking . There is no one in any of the departments and God forbid you expect them to move out of the aisle so you can shop . There is no such thing as customer service . I don't know what caused this major turn around in how you treat customers but it's definitely their attitude now . I often go to Lebanon store because Campbellsville has gotten so bad .

My wife and I live in a small town with a Walmart that we can always get in and out pretty quickly. Everyone just needs to understand that our Walmart is not in a large town so it does provide the common items that we need to get by with. We are glad to have a place to get in and out pretty quickly. Thanks Walmart!

An array of different supplies: for home, personal, vechiles, clothes, electronics. Good sales sometimes. Decent prices for now. Definitely need more lanes open to get people checked out and on the way. I appreciate everyone who worked thru the pandemics and every day!. Prayers for one's lost. This store is always cleaned and well maintained to shoppers eye. Love this family store! Just please add more cashiers.

The last several times I have been here they have not had any carts. Today when I went they were telling people they had to go back outside and find carts to use. My almost 15 year old man son would be more than happy to be a cart gatherer if they'd hire teenagers his age. But they will only hire 18 year olds. I understand everywhere is understaffed but I feel if they could just hire teenagers just for cart gathering this wouldn't be a problem. Christmas is coming up and it's only going to get worse.

Walmart wasn't too busy in the middle of the day which was good because they were understaffed & only had one door unlocked & one register open, besides the self-checkouts. The lady from the service desk was opening another register when she wasn't helping someone at the desk. The employees were kept running everywhere to help people but everyone was patient, in a good mood & wearing masks. The wait to check out was not long. My only concern was that it wasn't easy to find someone to load the heavy items into my cart. But there was a worker who promptly came to load those items into my car. Overall a good experience.

About as good for Walmart as you can expect... Though if you're brave enough to step inside you might see my elusive sister in law in all her glory lmao.Seriously though service with a smile!!! I enjoy the people who work there. But! I hate the way stores are converting to the self check outs. I'd rather help feed someone's family than deal with a robot or computer program that can't process certain types of payments at times.

The Wal-Mart in Bardstown is redoing the store again it is very confusing and I have a hard time finding anything that takes me twice as long. You need to stop moving things around all the time. And I think if we use the self check out we should get like 10% off as we are doing all the work and to be truthful about it takes another person job.

I see I’m not the only one who has had issues with this store’s customer service. Went to the electronics department to purchase a laptop computer and headset. The moment I got the sales associate’s attention to come out behind the counter to wait on me, her speech was very curt, bordering on just plain rude, as well as displaying an obviously condescending attitude. She was of no help whatsoever when it came to finding a solution so that I could purchase and receive the laptop. She seemed to only want one thing, and that was for me to go away.So, after returning to my vehicle I whipped out my iphone, opened my Amazon app and ordered the items I needed. They are to be delivered in just a couple of days.It’s just sad that good customer service skills are obviously lacking in so many stores and businesses nowadays. Maybe I’m old school, but I frequent and support the stores and businesses that respect me as a customer and assist me when I need help. Those establishments with poor customer service lose my business and prompt me to write reviews such as this. Even though I doubt that anyone at the management level reads them or really cares.

Our local Walmart needs to have a training session with customer service and cashiers. We purchased a battery for my truck today. We brought in the old battery for the core exchange. Neither the cashier nor customer service knew how to refund the core charge. They didn't even understand the concept that by bringing in a core that we deserved a refund of the core charge. CS called for a manager who never showed. So the CS opened her cash drawer and gave me cash for the core charge. She did no documentation to show the shortage she is going to have in her drawer. Tried to explain several times why we deserved a refund but couldn't get her to understand. I blame management for this because employees working CS should know about this.

The only thing my wife & I don't like is the speakers blasting music & other noise at the entrances. What are they doing, entertaining the cars in the parking lot. We live in a noisy enough world without this. Walmart does most things right. What bright bulb thought additional noise pollution was a good idea?

Absolutely the worst customer service that I’ve ever received! I was there to exchange an air conditioner and the cashier in the customer service area was clueless. She called for a manager and after waiting 10 minutes, here comes a lady dragging around the corner sipping out of her water bottle like she didn’t care that a customer was waiting. When they were finally done, I had to struggle to lift the heavy air conditioner in the cart by myself while they just stood and watched. I will never go to this Walmart again!
