I've used them a few times and always had good service until this last time. My opinion had changed drastically over how they treat their patients and customers.I took 2 rabbits in and I only got to bring one home. They were brought in for stitches from a fight and to be neutered.There is always a risk with any anesthesia, but when I talked to the vet, he told me that my rabbit must have had some type of sensitivity to the anesthesia (he's been under anesthesia before with no issues). When I asked him how many rabbits they typically lose he told me "under 10%." This is insanely high compared to the national average. It felt like he was trying to placate me and making excuses for the loss of my animal under their care.If you have small animals, I would go elsewhere.

She definitely will add up a bill without your permission on what is being done I was waiting on my fur baby to get treated my bill doubled without asking me first. and then she had enough nerve to unprofessionally talk about my job and how I would not allow someone to come to my job and pay. Very unprofessional just want that money. I went an hour and a half way because someone had referred her and yet she accused me of coming that kind of distance to not pay a bill she said that was very suspicious not if you have a good referral but she totally turned unprofessional.

TERRIBLE . Told me a price of $200 then did extra things to my furbaby WITHOUT my knowledge and charged me $400 and the Vet tech had enough nerve to say well I thought you wanted to make her better. What the heck it's my money and she did unnecessary things gave her fluids she didn't need and wouldn't give me the medication if I didn't pay and then got in my face because I was upset about the price and then brought my job into the conversation and she said I had came so far from home and that was suspicious it was telling her i was trying to get out of paying my bill.and at my job you order something and you are quoted a price and if you chose not to get it before it's served it's ok. Unprofessional and disappointed in the non caring and unprofessional service I had received.

Drove 2 hours round trip 2x just to bring my rabbit there to be neutered... was WELL WORTH IT! Front desk staff were nice and helpful when I was there and when I called to see how our fur baby was doing they gave me a report happily. Thank you!

We just left Town and Country vet. They did an excellent job! I'm so happy with them. Dr. Ballard is awesome. I had my puppy's ears done. They look awesome. They called as soon as the puppy was done to let me know it went good. Today my puppy had her stitches removed. When they brought her back to the car she was happy and licking the vet tech. I could tell they treated her great. Wonderful vet. Great staff! Thank you!

I will say this about Town and Country Veterniary. I will continue to take my fur baby there. They got her in quickly and took very good care of her for me. She had a broken toe nail, got all her nails trimmed as well. I was expecting a huge bill for a saturday walk in. I will return, very caring and understanding staff. Thank you all for taking care of her, it is and was greatly appreciated.

I drove over an hour to take my rabbit there, once they remember Opal was a rabbit they were so excited to see her again. They spayed her for me a couple of years ago makes you feel good about the drive and the service they provide when everyone is family to them.

A friend of mine called for emergency care and they refuse to care for the dying animal because that dying animal had been seen by another vet previously. So they ultimately let my friends dog died. And it was a puppy. So it should’ve still had plenty of life before it. They don’t care about animals. They care about their pockets.

My Boston terrier who is also my service dog got very ill I called on Easter Sunday they took her right in she stayed several days and where absolutely amazing with her care she has gone there since a pup I would never take her anywhere else n I recommend them to all my pet lover friend regularly any time I have called they have got us rite in or answered questions I just can say enough great things about them

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! They gave my cat an infection. They tried to blame it on us. If you are looking for a good vet take them to Ridgeview.
