Prices and selection is pretty good. Customer service is NOT. 1st occasion the guy told me " I don't know iam a city boy working at a farm store". 2nd time had 2-3 workers, working right next to where I was looking (obviously not sure what to get) NOT 1 acknowledged me or asked if I needed something. 3rd time went to return 2 halters because being to small, first she was telling me " I shouldn't return anything in a tractor supply bag" (they never gave me a bag when bought it). Then she found a little bit of dirt on them where we tried 1 on our horses the other never touched a horse (probably dirty from being on the floor at the store when we got it) then told me no she cant return them. 3 strikes your out....Update: I had a response from owner I guess, stating my halters were to dirty for resale and tags were off. Yes tags where off but all with it and the receipt easy fix in my opinion. Their was some dirt yes one from trying it on that is all, too small to fit so took it off. Other one never touched the horse. Found the halter on the ground when I bought it maybe thats where the dirty came from or from not giving us a bag to keep it in.Thank you for responding. I have always found the employees to be helpful & the items I needed at fair prices. They have a good variety of animal supplies including wild bird seed, & everyone was wearing masks. I've never had a problem shopping there before so today I was surprised to see 4 dead chicks in with the live ones under the heat lamps, & no one seemed tasked with removing them. This concerns me.

I love this place. I always end up walking the entire store just to look at look at everything and get ideas for stuff I don't need to buy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I used to love this place but that's changing day by day. Christmas sales ad started today with 30 pack Rayovac batteries on sale. Needless to say they were out before noon and no rainchecks. Completely disappointed.

Norbys is a great place to shop if u are looking for a descent price. Most of the staff is friendly and cheerful they lack trust in there customers as I was followed through the store and watch constantly

I love going to Norbys. The people who work there think that i am silly. I can act silly there and they dont want to throw me out. I always have a good time when i go. Things are expensive there but i get what i am sent to get. I dont shop around. I always get my onion bulbs there.

I really like Norbys because you can get in and out fast and the prices are lower than Tractor Supply and even walmart. They stock everything from toys to chain saw parts. I recomend Norbys

Very friendly and helpful staff, there prices are somewhat in line, but this company is from Iowa, and I think some of the things they try and do reflect on that, but I think they are doing very well.
