Pilot app was having issues. Reserved parking on app wouldn’t work either. Once inside you could smell the cinnamon rolls and fresh coffee.Employees were pleasant and spoke to you which was nice.I checked out the laundry facilities and they seemed clean. Women’s restroom was the cleanest ones I have seen in a while. Smelled like they take care of them. Didn’t smell dirty at all.There were no boxes left in the isle’s like I have seen on other stores. No one person standing around without something to do. Everything was organized and full. Nice to see that this pilot cares.As a truck driver I see all kinds of places not cleaned or that anyone cares. Pleasantly surprised here this AM. I will be here for my reset so maybe the evening shift is where the complaints come from.. not sure. Will review again if that’s the case.There is a truckers chapel, several little spots to just sit and read or watch a show on your tablet.Today’s weather is freezing and the only thing I wish they would have done is provide the buckets non freezing window cleaner. Everyone I checked was frozen solid with wand stillIn bucket. Wouldn’t take much to fix that issue for the truckers.

Lots of parking but still get filled up nightly. Not sure of Pilot owns the property across the street, but it’s is very much appreciated and would be nice if all major truck stops had lots like this & really they should. Nice McDonalds & Subway as well.

Smaller fuel stop, but the bathrooms were clean.It's a little tricky to get to after coming off northbound 65, but only because people pulling RVs and some truckers struggle making the left turn over the R/R crossing.There's a Cinna-Bon for morning stops and some it's freezing compared to FL, I purchased a KY hoodie to put on immediately.Not a big selection of clothes for travelers as this is really now of a trucker's stop.There is a McDonald's & Subway here as well

Nice pilot truck stop that has plenty of parking and easy access off the interstate, this pilot also has a chapel.

Made a quick stop here today to get gas and a snack passing through on my way back home. The inside of the store was clean and it's also spacious. There is a McDonald's inside as well. The women's restroom needed a little attention but it wasn't too bad. They provide a selection of phone chargers, Knick knacks and numerous other things. The station was not busy at all, I arrived around 9pm.

I paid for parking 4 hours before arrival, but when I arrived there was no space for me. I contacted the Pilot employee, to which I received the answer: park where you want and canceled my reservation. people don't want to do their job. i paid but got nothing but a headache looking for another place to park. the employee did not want to look for a person who did not pay for paid parking but is standing in a paid space.. bad service..

They need to work on the restaurant it was lacking in cleaning and toilet paper that’s crazy with the amount of money being spent there.

Store clean, bathrooms clean, has showers you can use for a small fee, and employee's are friendly. I love the fact that Pilot has pretty much everything you may need available in one convenient location. Defiantley a one stop shop. There is a McDonald's and Subways connected to the store. They have Gas and Diesel and their prices are normally the lowest around.

I've never been treated so badly in my life! I reserved and paid for parking 5 hours ahead of time because I knew I would be late getting in. Rolled in about 9:40 pm and they were extremely rude and refused to ask nonpaying people to move. Sam, the manager, rudely declared that she didn't have to and refused to do her job. The paying customer means NOTHING to them. I spend a lot of money there every week. Should definitely be treated better. She rudely refunded my money and told me to leave. Did the same to the poor guy behind me. Don't waste your time or money there. I never will again!

This is the worst Pilot ever! The women’s restroom was beyond nasty and disgusting. As soon as I walked in the restroom I noticed paper towels all over the floor. Then I was overwhelmed with the smell of urine!! In the stalls there was toilet paper on the floor, not just one stall, EVERY STALL. The handicapped stall was the worst. There was an extreme urine smell and the floors were wet with urine, I assume it was urine. The cashiers didn’t seem to care when I brought the conditions of the restroom to their attention. I guess that made them mad because they charged me for a cup of ice that I didn’t get. I like Pilots and flying j’s above all truck stops but this one is just disgusting. Negative 0 stars is the rating I give them.

Worst pilot that ever visit and will never visit again as a driver working hard after drive all day and arrive at 1:00 am I reserved in advance an spot as usually I do and when you get there not spot available and employees said we can not do anything the only thing We can do refund your money, oh wow great solution when you the only thing that want on that time is get your spot to rest, that never happen to me before in any other pilot they always check in reserved parking if all driver has a reservation ticket and if not they move them, and to complete shower are dirty towels are old and spotted thanks goodness I always carry my own towels the service is not professional.The only good thing in here is the manager he was friendly I spoke with him in the morning to complain and he was nice just because of this 1 star the rest is completely a mess and no human deserve this service.

As truckers it’s hard to find customer service so friendly and helpful and bathrooms were beyond spotless. Thank you both so much for all you do for everyone. The women's and men's restrooms were disgusting. The store seemed clean upon entry but the restrooms needed to be desperately tended to. They were not overly busy, so it's inexcusable.

Stop to put water in one of our tanks was getting to hot from the heat we hooked to the water put like 5 gallons to in the tank that was steaming the manager come over like blocked us in like we was doing something illegal! The guy in the inside said we can get water, wow never in my life have delt with someone. So rude!!!

Probably the best pilot I’ve been to in a long time. All of the staff was friendly the showers was clean and omg the pressure the shower I had was simply amazing need more workers like these workers here and need more showers like the showers are here. Has a McDonald’s and subway inside

I reserved a parking spot. When I arrived they all full by none paying drivers. Told fuel desk they say we not allowed to go out after 7pm to make anyone move...I was told to go park on the on ramp... so I guess if your in a reserved spot by 7pm its free parking, and screw the other drivers that actually need a reserved spot . Will take my business elsewhere.

Really bad men’s room; hold it if you possibly can. Two toilets had no paper, the third one was plugged and overflowing from having too much paper. The hand towel machines both had towels inside but neither worked so you couldn’t get to them. Just an awful experience; we decided to go across the street to fill the car

I didn't catch his name but younger guy with longish red hair was working the counter and I forgot my wallet. I offered to cashapp him and he went ahead and paid for me to get some gas. Wouldn't accept my money. That's the kinda employee you need to appropriately value.

Paid for a reserved spot WELL IN ADVANCE, get here and all are full. The cashier was really nice about it, but was told that management won’t do anything regarding people parking in reserved spots that didn’t pay. So, my understanding is don’t pay for a reserved spot you’re just wasting your money because they won’t kick you out :)

Is this what we calling clean now? With all that standing and talking you'd think that meant the job was done. You trying to say this is worth $16? When showers were $10 they seemed cleaner. I can understand missing something but you didn't even try here. Pitiful. Problem is the corporation does not care enough and it's shows on the lower levels. This is a good example of never trust someone else's version of "clean". This one of this location they gave a lil face lift and slapped some paint and new signs on and figured that was enough I guess. Still as dirty as before

Pilot is having problems at about 9 out of 10 times that I visit. Not just this one but all over the country. And it is always a pump problem. Not the employees. I'm not sure what the problem is but I travel in multiple states and see a consistent problem going on. Also..update the APP and highway signs for stores you sold off.

Literally made my Christmas and I'm being dramatic but it's true! My dad and I went here in hopes to find something for breakfast and there was so much cheer inside. Most people are really bitter and mean when working on the holidays (we had a bad experience on Xmas Eve somewhere else). Anyways we walked in here and everyone was smiling and all yelled merry Christmas and they had cinnabons, we almost got cold ones and the lady offered fresh warm ones instead. They were just all cheerful and nice. And Merry Christmas! We aren't big on holidays but it oddly made our day and I had to leave a review!!!!

Good coffee but the restroom was disgusting, I've seen cleaner port-a-lets on construction sites. Staff was friendly enough. Coffee counter was exceptionally clean. Store area was clean and well stocked. Again the restroom was poor even for truck stop standards, I have never seen a Pilot restroom this bad. I guess there's a first time for everything. I have been to this Pilot more times than I can count the restroom has never been in such a nasty condition.
