Very nice and professional! We had our two toy poodles boarded and groomed here while away for work. Tessa (groomer) was very nice and willing to work with my dogs who have a lot of anxiety about getting groomed due to a bad experience at Petco. She was very understanding of this and wants to work with them to give them a more positive experience with being groomed.

I have two dogs that I boarded. One is special needs and wears diapers and the other one is very shy. They treated our babies WONDERFULLY! Both were happy and very clean. We had a 5 day reservation and came back a day early. I fully expected to pay for all the days, but they gave us back a days fee! Very reputable business!! Wonderful and compassionate staff!Highly recommend this kennel!

They are great with our dogs( Boxer, and Aussie). Both are older and cranky. They are allowed to be in same kennel. They have Sunday afternoon pickups.

Sharon is one of the best trainers around! I've gone through training here and boarded my dogs and never had any problems. She has a deep love and passion for animals and I highly recommend her!

We have a 8 month dalmatian and we use the kennel for when we are on vacation and just once a week for doggie daycare to let her play and run energy off. She loves it there and all the girls enjoy her company. We highly recommend them. Super sweet staff!! Thanks!

We have used them several times to board our Husky. He loves it there. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I can imagine taking him anywhere else. I would highly recommend!

Although a bit of a drive from Louisville, Pawsitively Professionals is a top knotch facility. We have boarded our dog with them several times already and found the staff to be professional and eager to please. Best of all they take an interest in our pets!

Great service. This is the first kennel we have found our dogs are excited to go to and be at. When we pull in the drive, they are excited. When we pick them up to leave, they don't want to get in the car.

I’ve left my pups with family before and they whine when I show up and are very excited. When I leave them here, they are happy to see me but not as excited because I think they have a great time.

The girls was very nice & place looked clean what I could see . But our 7 month old German Shepherd was kinda disoriented not acting like herself ☹️ We brought her home and she killed my 2 pd Yorkie by biting her 😭😭. They were raised together and the gs never showed any aggression towards her . I don’t know what happened she finally getting back to herself today .. I am wondering if they gave her some sort of sedative or something ...
