This McDonald’s is located at the truckstop plaza in Lebanon Junction Kentucky. It’s serving the community as well as I 65 in a large area of a food desertThis McDonald’s has been a staple of my existence for many years since 1990They have a good drive-throughAnd their customer service is excellent With a true greeting from real personThis is a very busy place because of the interstate and there is nothing around for miles and milesBecause this is the plaza truckstop, there are lots of amenities at this place gasoline, bathrooms, Cinnabon, subway, and moreI was a little disappointed in their new screens on the windows, as I cannot see when the customer representative is ready to help me, I do not like the screens🍔🍟🥤🥛 🍗🧀 🍔🍨🥚☕️🥩🐡🥔🥟🍅 🥗🌯🥓🥞 🍦🍎 🍞🥒 🥐Vegetarian options: I’m totally unclear about what they offer for vegetarian I don’t go there with my vegetarian or vegan friendsParking: Giant parking area for all sizes vehicle parking area with gasoline since it’s a truckstop in adjacent overnight parking if necessary very large space for parkingKid-friendliness: No play areaTruck stopPlace to walk dogsWheelchair accessibility: Yes it’s the law

Well done, McDonalds in a pilot gas station. Layout of the restaurant offers lots of soft leather seating and plenty of it. Staff wasn't overly pleasant worth noting. Quick stop for a treat while traveling. McFlurry is always a favorite with tons of M&Ms.

We ordered some food to go, and when we dug in, we discovered three of our nine sandwiches were missing. Unfortunately we were back on the interstate and couldn’t get the missing sandwiches.DON’T leave without making sure your order is complete!!!

I watched a manager yell at employees twice. The first time I thought it was a stressful day but the second time a week later they were not busy and I watched the same little lady manager yell at a worker from 7 feet away while she was with a customer. Then when the worker continued with the customer the manager still yelled over the customer interrupting the worker for the second time. SAD no wonder they can not keep workers... BAD MANAGEMENT!!

The google hours are wrong.What I was told by the pilot cashier tonight. 5:30-6am and they close at midnight. Disappointed hoping to have breakfast this morning. But I gotta go load gotta roll. They used to be open 24 hours.

I was in the drive thru and we have 5 people in the car keep that in mind, and the girl on the speaker said “omg they’re ordering the whole menu”. We instantly left and went somewhere else because that was very uncalled for. This place needs to learn how to train their employees about customer service, we definitely will not be going back.

Does that cheese look right? Its supposed to be made fresh. The third shift manager wanted to argue with me about how all the orders were made fresh. How she going to lie straight to my face? If you want a milkshake or any type of icecream you can forget about it on third shift. And your probably going to have to go in because most the time on third the drive thru is closed so many things wrong with third shift I don't know why i evan bother going.

Went there yesterday grumpy old rude male manager I'll never go back he yelled at me through the drive through and when I went to replace my iced coffee that was sour after buying it in the drive through he argued with me that there was nothing wrong with it! How did he know? Was HE drinking it? What ever happened to the customer is always right? He tells me in the drive through "you're talking too fast and I'm trying to do three things at once!" Is that my fault?? The other older heavy set woman that was working yesterday morning as well just started laughing as he yelled at me that my iced coffee was good! Bad business and awful staff AND MANAGEMENT!

I'm going to assume they were not fully staffed today. The drive through was so slow I started questioning whether I should just go across the parking lot and have a sit down meal at the barbecue place nearby.Wish I had asked for fries without salt .. but that's my fault.Great job on putting the burger condiments dead centre on the burger ... lots of places don't do that.

I walked up to the counter and ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins no cheese and a hash Brown. What I got was one sausage egg mcmufwith cheese and a hash Brown for $6 And change then they refunded me my money and told me. It would be $10 change The original receipt said two Sausage egg muffins and a Hash brown simple order can't get it right and where do the extra four dollars come from

As a truck driver, I drive past this Love's every Friday, and I can't help but bypass any other truck stops to come to this one for lunch. The food is served at a good pace even if it's busy, staff are fairly polite, and food is hot and delicious. I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my life, and this has to be in my top 10.Parking: It's apart of Love's. So plenty of parking for truckers and smaller vehicles.

In anything you do, do it with your whole heart and a smile. Lana and Scott are the sweetest people I have met at any McDonald’s nationwide. Their kindness, compassion, and attentiveness should be recognized throughout the McDonald’s corporation.The breakfast was great and my frappe was made fresh. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting. Next time I’m in the area, I will stop again. ❤️

Placed order at full drive thru. Got to 2nd at window. Took a while for that person. Then I finally get to pay for my food and then the girl come back and asked me to pull forward. I do so and they served 6 vehicles. I walk in and ask for my money back and to cancer my order. He stayed they had not started my order yet. I told him I will not be back again and walk out.
