I went in this Walmart to purchase a video game. I tried price matching to an online price of $12 cheaper than buying it in store. This price was for the item being sold and shipped by a third party company, so it could not be done. However, the game was $6 cheaper online when sold and shipped by Walmart. The manager did not think this was accurate and the individual working said “I mean we’re talking about a $6 price difference” which is SO RUDE! In our current economy, being told to not find a good deal and saying it’s not a big deal is very disrespectful. Will not be shopping for anything electronically at Walmart again. The manager also walked out with two other employees with her and they were very obviously talking about the whole situation while I was paying. Overall a really upsetting experience

I'm glad this Walmart delivers to my part of Versailles, as i don't drive which makes it difficult to get to a Walmart in person. Since they offer delivery i can save money & buy more food, rather than buying all my food at the local Kroger which would be a lot more expensive for people like me who are on a limited food budget... some things i buy at Walmart i can't even get at Kroger, or would probably be paying significantly more for. One time my delivery order was missing an item, & another time it was missing 13 out of 26 items (a lot of them were multiples of the same items). Not sure if that was the stores fault or delivery persons fault, but i got the missing items in both orders refunded pretty quickly & easily.

Well I went to this store to find me some pepto or something for the awful case of the runs I had developed sometime after mommas Maytag finally give up and quit running. First Maytag I ever heard of to quit running like that. A Maytag is the Mercedes Royce of household washing equipment if you didn't know. So I was surprised. So I went down aunt gertrudes trailer house and was borrowing her little ol whirlpool washer to try and get my sleeping clothes took care of, after all that episode with the possums the other night and what went on down at the chicken house the day before. I'm sure y'all heard about that. But amongst all the washing and coffee drinking, Gertrude went down uncle Roy Anne's place and got me a turkey neck sammich and brung it back. I reckon I ate the biggest part of it before I noticed the stank what was coming off from it and I took to barfin and a carryin on. It weren't but 21 minutes later I had the awfullest exploding and a blowing up outta me out the wrong end and it was a might terrible how it was all over the kitchen. So I went up to the walmarks and bought me some flavor packs for my water bottle that I drank out of on sundays for church. And I got me a camera and took me a photo of this rug I got down there at the house about ten year back. Thank ya. Amen.

YES I WAS MISLEADED TO LARENCBURG KY. STORE FROM A EMPLOYEE FROM HARRODSBURG KY. I WAS TOLD THIS WALMART HAD MY ITEM. WELL THEY DIDN'T HAVE ONE I-PAD COVER. BUT AS I WAS THERE THERE WAS HELP NEAR BY, WHICH HARRODSBURG DOESN'T HAVE. ANYWAY LARENCBURG WALMART WAS BIG, SO CLEAN, FRIENDLY, FIRST TIME BRINGING MY DOG 🐕 OUT AN SHE ACTUALLY ENJOYED HERSELF AND TO THE GUYS THAT BROUGHT US OUT A MOBILE CART. I BELIEVE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH CHECK DAY I WILL TAKE A DRIVE AN DO MY BIG SHOPPING, AN SEE THE HARRODSBURG ONLY FOR THE SMALL THINGS. I went to request a service for my car and received terrible service!! It is possible that the young man serving is racist, his reluctance is noticeable and he acts in a contemptuous manner. It is the only place in all of Walmart where I have received very bad service.

Hyper Tough brand straight finish nailer is garbage. The warranty is garbage. Do not purchase it. The store is fine. The nailer malfunction two weeks into a job.

Rude people working on day shift here no manners at all I don't know how these people get jobs at this walmart because I thought customer service is number 1 but they have none of that bunch of people need to be replaced here they have no respect for customers or manners corporate look into this send someone in to investigate

Called the auto department and someone answered in under a min and very professional. For over a hour I called every single Walmart near Cincinnati or the I-275 loop and I all I got was being put on hold Or my favorite "what U wan" After 10 mins on hold from the (Colerain by cross county) Store. I called 9 stores for 1 hour 12 mins of time wasted. Then I called the Tenth store Lawrenceburge and 5 mins later my wife is on her way to get new tires. Don't waste your time at any other Walmart Lawrenceburge is worth the drive.

From the moment I walk scooted into the store I was met with smiling faces!I have now been to this location a few times and I have found the staff to be very helpful. Once I needed one of those scooter buggy's and the cart staff went out into the parking lot and got me one!I have had help from different departments and even management and it was all with the most genuine friendliness. It seems the staff enjoy working together to serve customers.

TeenageKids constantly running around throwing balls playing with toys all over the store and are actually as two of my sons friends told us they work there and are secret shoppers who get paid to watch and report thefts. So they can afford to pay secret shoppers to watch you and wreck your shopping experience but you cant ever find more than one actual cashier.,two and its a miracle,they canthire cashiers to serve you quicker.

There are several ladies who work there that make it very pleasant even on crowded days. Its best to go early morning. I find what I need, check out and go.

Very sad that this is one of the only choices to shop in our city. The store is clean, and many of those who work in the floor are considerate and helpful. Soundtrack playing and shopping seems so pleasant. Then…oh then…to the checkout! Like other Walmart stores most of the checkout is self checkout. Reasonable and expected for a quick stop. However, if you have a weekly grocery visit planned, go elsewhere! All the charm and service is quickly forgotten when you experience the checkout service. It’s laughable! Not once, at all times! It’s as if the cashier is intentionally punishing shoppers for daring to expect service. Another question, Is there no accountability? No management in sight-ever to at least try to witness the unbelievably fiddling around and motivate! Sam’s Walmart is no longer. Wonder what Sam would have thought?

I travel all over this country I am and over the road driver, and I work in the oil fields all over in the country and I must say this is one of the most Pleasant Walmarts that I have been to in years clean had everything in stock the prices were awesome I'm very happy the people were very nice very cordial the people shopping and the people working there were very nice and I love the prices the prices were very reasonable

Got a 85 dollar tire and was charged for a 120 dollar tire plus all the additional fees which I agree to the balance of the tire mounting the tire and disposal of old tire just disappointing the sale guy said they only had the more expensive tire but I found 2 for the price of 1 tire he was trying to sell me. The techs were great but the big guy was not very helpful and was kinda rude. Plus charged me 35 bucks more for a tire they had but didn't buy.

I stopped in this parking lot while passing through on a motorcycle ride. I only needed to stop and check a map, so I was pleased to find an open parking spot where I could take a quick rest and stretch.A+, would pass through again.
