Absolutely great customer service at Lawrenceburg Tractor Supply. I came in with a warrantied item and their team was ready to take care of me! So kind and helpful. I will be returning here rather than the Frankfort store on US60, which is highly lacking in customer service and knowledge of warranty programs. I know Lawrenceburg location values my business.

Brandon The manager (apparently been working 5 years) is RUDE AT THE LAWRENCEBURG LOCATION, doesn’t care about customers only lying to them and trying to get everybody to get a credit card, he is rude to certain employees as well favors the ones that are good at deceiving the customers and rude to the honest ones, I think it’s more important to be nice to your customers than to meet a quota on your cards just saying

Now that TSC carries the 49# bag of dog food our girls love, no more drives to Frankfort!! Thank you TSC!! The staff is fantastic, friendly, professional and knows their store which saves us time. They claim to price match the shelbyville store for chicken feed. I called and got the prices but they wouldn't match it. They said we only match whatever the website says. So basically they DO NOT price match.

Best place to get your pet food (I recommend 4 Health brand), puppy pads, cattle feed/horse feed, car essentials, etc. tractor has it all! If not, you can go to their website Tractorsupply.com and find it there and have it shipped to your home or to the store! And very friendly workers! You can also get 5 dollars back every $100 spent when you sign up for a tractor supply card! I will definitely be returning to this store for anything I need.

Love our Tractor supply! Only problem is they run out of items frequently - corporate orders for them so you never know when it will be restocked. Mess up inventory system. Employees are nice. Many things for house and farm. Clothing too!

Apparently they've gotten everything you need for dogs, but you'll have to order online or drive out of town to get anything you want for a cat. They have Hills brand but NOTHING for kidney health. Skip this place!! Waste of time!!

Great experience, couldn't find what I was looking for, so a young man Justin Brey was very helpful in helping me find the right feed and a few other items for my horse. Was very impressed with the young man. If your ever in there and need help, be sure to ask for this young man. If management reads this, you should let him know he's doing a great job.

Nearly every time I enter thisvplace, I am greeted by the friendly staff. They always welcome me in. I'm asked if I need help better than 50% of the time. When I check out, the staff remains friendly and helpful if there is a price break on some item I may have selected.I have no hesitation in returning to this specific Tractor Supply in Lawrenceburg.

My visit to Tractor Supply was excellent like it always has been. My grand daughter worked at the store here in lawrenceburg, Kentucky and she had horses and still does and she got me interested in everything they have. I have spent a lot of money there so I decided to get a credit card and put her on my account so she could use it in Florida and she still buys all her dog, cat ,and horse supplies. I love the store

Friendly employees. An almost anything a farmer needs, and people who take care of their yards including shrubs, trees, flower bulbs and seeds of all kinds plus assortment of repair parts. You also can call before going, they can tell you if they carry parts you are looking for. It's an all in one store.Plus a couple days before Easter, they have a variety of different kinds of chicks and ducklings at this store. They have everything you need to start, including equipment needed in hatching eggs. Love this place.

I have been here several times each year. They carry the canine and feline shots I need. They have a good selection of tools, hats, boots, gloves, and shirts. You can find mowers, chainsaws and large outdoor farm items like troughs as well. Very large parking available.

Wandering thru Lawrenceburg's Tractor Supply is always a trip down memory lane... the staff, I think, understands this as they watch me walk around and look (I buy as well). The staff is polite and professional... nice place to buy a gift that is out if the ordinary. There's an awesome rewards program, too...

I bought a gun safe there Tuesday. I had problems once I got it delivered because there was a defect in the knob opening the safe. Kat researched the problem, came up with a solution and fixed it. She took pride in solving this 500 pound problem, because i couldnt simply return it. It's now working perfectly. Thanks!

This store is nice to shop at. I don't shop here much, but when I do , it's nicely stocked & mostly I find what I need. Prices are o.k. Some items are expensive. But, the real issue I take is w/ store mgr. The company is trying to hire ppl during this pandemic. And, I applied & sent resume' in. Called to check on status several days if not a week or more ltr. He didn't know or act liked he'd looked @ said application. & said he didn't need me. Cut to a week or so after this, he called, & left a message telling me they were hiring. Ok, what? I hesitantly touched base again, & we scheduled to meet on Friday. Well, thankfully, I called that Friday b4 I was to meet with him. Bcuz, as a store team member told me, he was OFF that day. This manager is totally inept. Totally. I think he's new. But, with how he has handled hiring & or lack thereof, & ppl skills, he won't last long. Needless to say, he could've had a great potential employee....but he missed the boat.

The Lawrenveburg store wouldnt stand behind their 3 yr warrantee (extended warrantee) night shift mananger was a royal butt , we bought this product in this store, left that store went to Danville store , their mananger DID warrantee their product , store and staff was really nice and gave good service , all my shopping will be in the danville store
