Amy and her staff are marvelous! On the morning we were scheduled to drop our dogs off, one of them met the business end of a skunk. We dropped of our two dogs for an overnight stay and added a bath!! They looked and smelled fantastic when we picked them up! They did such a great job. We also love the fact that Ruff Country is out of town. It’s a very peaceful, beautiful place for your fur babies when you have to be away from them. The prices are extremely reasonable as well which is just the cherry on top of your dog boarding sundae!! We will definitely keep coming back.

I have NEVER left my dogs with anyone, when the opportunity for me to have my first vacation in 13 years, I knew just who I could trust with my babies. Amy trims my dogs toenails and cuts the hair between their toes regularly, so they already love her. I could actually rest and relax knowing my babies were in good hands! I pick them up tomorrow, so excited!!

Our family has used Amy (Ruff Country Retreat) for a little short of 2 and a half years and we have never had a single complaint. My husband is always in and out of state in the summer time for work usually so sometimes we use her for a couple months at a time back to back and our boston terrier/pit bull Sadie always comes back WELL cared for. She is also very accomodating for emergency situations as well such as if an emergency was to happen in our family and we needed somebody to care for our dog in a few hours from now, she has always been able to take her on a short notice like that. ZERO complaints from us and will continue to use her for the years to come God willing. This is her passion and it shows!

We have used this groomer for several years. Also boarded dogs when we went out of town. Had up to 5 dogs. We boarded in their early days- owners kids took a liking to our dogs. She treated them like her own. When they needed a vet she called one forl us as that is what she would do for her dogs. She is also an excellent groomer. Does it your way rather than her way.
