I’ve typically never had a problem here, but in the last few months or more I’ve noticed a difference in the employees. Not all of them- but several just always having a sour puss, or they act like they can’t be bothered..and what’s with the guy with long hair in produce always buying flowers for women? It’s sweet and all, but gets a little creepy after continuous approaches whilst I’m shopping, just saying. Digital coupons are always messing up too. Fix that please 🙏🏼 thanks for your hard work to everyone else!!!! ❤️🧡

Check every single item you buy here as they are consistent in selling expired items. I’ve got everything from expired cereal to kimchi to frozen items. This has went on for years and then when I notice and go back to be refunded for it, they act like THEY are the ones who have been inconvenienced as if they aren’t already there doing their job.The pharmacy employees are some the most horrid people I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across in my entire life. Always so rude and for what? As if they didn’t choose their profession. I will never understand.

Kroger is a great store. The only issues I ever have there is the Pharmacy drive thru line is always backed up and the traffic coming and going doesn't make waiting on line very safe. Just keep an eye on the line and passing cars.

I had one small issue with missing items in my pickup order. Clicklist mgr fixed it and store mgr was excellent in fixing my pricing error. I love shopping this store! Awesome employees!

Employees are friendly but the store needs a face lift! Parking lot needs some work! Shelf’s were full of product but the vestibule needed some work as well as the main entry!

Spend 10 minutes trying to install the app to use digital coupons, WITH STORE PERSONNEL, and it wouldn't work. Not complaining about the store personnel, but the designer of the app making it too complex for your own people to use

The reason for the 2 stars is due to unfriendly staff, cashiers and personal shoppers.There was once I was trying to use a digital coupon for baby formula and it wasn't working properly. The cashier look annoyed and didn't speak a word to me while I was apologizing for the inconvenience. I inevitably went to the service desk.A few personal shoppers are not curtious and will shove there way in front of you without saying excuse me.

Okay, so I never post reviews but My girl Barbra came thru for me yesterday so I HAD TO LET THIS GEM & her employers know how amazing she is! I was rushing for a birthday party & the number balloon was wrong & I told her just to 86 it bc she’s up front idk if she had any experience with it & didn’t wanna hassle or overwhelm her well y’all she went above and beyond for me and even made the ribbons pretty and everything. It meant the world to me !! Thank you again to Ms Barbra !!! & the man who also helped I can’t remember his name I’m so sorry but if you’re reading this and you helped blow balloons The 2nd of August YOU!! Thank you both. All the employees are great but these two shined for me

Staff let dogs roam the isles and not seeing eye dogs untrained mutts lcking and sniffing all the products it could reach. Was so offended by the dog owners neglect for sanitary practices that I left the store

Clean store and friendly staff. Poor bagging, wish they would fix their self checkout so you can do a cart or groceries. Every time I leave I have to fix my bags so my items don't go busting out because they don't double bag and over stuff them. I rather do it myself

Perfect small kroger, they have plenty of great deals and pleasant staff that are always happy to help. The bathroom doors have this thing so everyone can open it from the inside with their feet, thus not having to touch the door after hand hygiene, this small thing adds a great deal of comfort knowing that my food is handled safer by the staff and customers that practice good hand hygiene.

While I was in the produce section, I was trying to get the attention of the associate, he seemed to be deliberately avoiding me. I thought maybe he was busy with something else, so I continued to shop. I came back around, this young man was very rude, not only to me, but to a fellow employee. I don't know what was going on with him. I put my produce down. And left the store. Just walking in and being ignored. I wasn't sure about the rest of my trip

Would give it a zero star but won't allow me. This store is nasty... It sells bad meat have bought 3 packs of bad meat on 3 different occasions. I have bought 2 loaves of bread that were bad. One loaf had gnats flying inside and one loaf was hard on the bottom. The manager Rhonda was horrible ... Not sure how she became a manager... But she has bad manners. And don't even get me started on Steve.. He tries to ACT like a manager..bless his heart.. His momma tried... I will never stop there again. Will be taking my and my families business to Wal-Mart or save alot.

This location just called me for a job interview to come in on a Wednesday !!! And when I show up. They already hired someone with in the company and couldn't even just send an email or call me to not come in. Sigh unprofessional. You like the other kroger in Frankfort.

I enjoyed my Kroger experience today. The atmosphere was clean and organized, presenting the goods in a manner in which they could be easily found. The employees were very helpful, demonstrating a very organized and respectful management.

Kroger in Lawrenceburg has done very well to keep up with the expanding business but still keep that small town feel. The staff are always very helpful and will greet you with a smile. Please don't hesitate to ask if you cannot find something because everyone works as a team to make this location one of the best in the area.

The pharmacy needs to speak with David. This is the second negative experience I've had with this gentleman. I thought the first one may have been a fluke and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Today assured me that his gruff demeanor and appalling manner in which he interacted with me is his usual personality. The entire process felt like a face off in a back alley after sitting in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Lawrenceburg deserves better than this !

Well the people are nice but I have had several occurrences where I have purchased meat that wasn't good. When you spend 14 to 15.00 dollars on A ribeye you want to be able to eat it within 24 hours after purchasing it.

Small town Kroger great employees had to ask where items were they dropped what they were doing since it has been recently renovated and walked up and down the isles to help me find what I needed that's what makes me happy to return to a smaller Kroger where they introduced themselves and said i hope you have a great day that's what I'm proud to say now is my home town grocery store

Staff is always very friendly. The store is not SUPER store large so finding things quickly and getting in and out is convenient. Produce and meat is better and fresher than Walmart!

Always satisfied with my shopping experience except today when I couldn’t get waited on for chicken and when I asked for help the manager confronted me and asked what was I complaining about. I explained the ladies needed help because they were so busy. That’s not how You address a customer. 👎

Kroger in Lawrenceburg has excellent customer service, cashier, deli workers and an awesome meat department. I visit about 4 days a week for odds and ends and always well stocked. Great Store and employees!

I usually give this Kroger store a 5 star. I went to the dairy to get a special buy 4 get $4.00 off. The cage free eggs were all gone so I asked a guy that came flying out of the swinging doors if he could check in the back for more. He came back a few minutes later & stated that he didn't see anymore. This was the very first day of the special so you'd think they'd be well stocked. I have had several issues with dairy products not being in stock with this Kroger location. They did make it right with a substitution.
