Most of the employees are nice and helpful but there are a couple one being the assistant manager or she could be the manager that are extremely hard to get along with. Once I had used the app to find an item. Once I located it in the store and took it up to the register it scanned $10 more than the price that was on the shelf as well as the price that was on the app. This manager wanted to argue with me that the price was tagged wrong and that the website AND app was also wrong as well. She finally fixed the price after I mentioned us calling anf letting cooperate figure it out. Ever since she has been nasty every time I shop there.

Had what I needed, 2 people in line, way too long check out, because no one was at the register. Had to call the store to get someone to come to check us out. And the person that did check us out, had an air pod in and was chatting away, but not to the customers.

I visit this Family Dollar Store about 1 time a month. Typically, I go in for a specific item or two, then I will browse just to see what they have new. I'm a bargain shopper and I shop all year for special occasion gifts for family and friends. Often times I will find something unique to add to a Christmas stocking or as a little extra item for a gift bag. Prices are reasonable, the store is typically well stocked, it's great to have someplace local and close where I can go to pick up some kitchen staple or cleaning supply that I might be out of. I hope our local community will continue to shop at our Family Dollar Store in Lancaster so it will stay!

Everybody seemed to be doing there job and not playing on their phones like the bigger majority of places these days. Everybody was really friendly and dog friendly even without my dog having to wear his service dog harness.

I am there at least once a day to get something. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their inventory is generally stocked up but sometimes they may not have this or that. You couldn't ask for a better place to shop though. 08/27/2022- Shelves have been a little bare in certain aisles from time to but still a main staple in my day to day life

They close the store before closing time, if you get there within 10 mins of them closing the doors are already locked. I got yelled at because of use walking in with almost 20 minutes left along with another girl that walked in behind me, was told to hurry up that they had to close real soon. Im sorry but im sure people know they close early cause everyone in this town talks about them locking the door up early and everything. Another thing the people that work there are not very nice at times and just straight up rude.

Very good experience here this evening. The staff was very friendly. We were asked if we needed help finding anything by one nice young lady. Another shopper had dropped a $20 on the floor and the girl asked if anyone had just dropped it and made sure it found it's way to the owner. This young lady deserves a raise for her honesty and hard work. A young man was at check out and he was friendly and chatted with us as he rang us up.

Stood in line for over 15 minutes and finally had to walk out. Cashier was very slow and never called for anyone to stop stocking and come help her. There was 7 ppl in line all with several items in there buggy.

The do have a large parking lot but the family dollar doesn't have exactly everything you need but it is a nice store they've got alot of things but not everything I supposed between this and the dollar general and two liquor stores makes ip for the fact there's no Walmart but seriously if you need anything in that area that's your best shot or you gonna have to drive over atleast a county

Got there at 8 40 when the door clearly said close at 9 and the doors where locked 2 girls that worked there was behind there counter laughing. That's ok I'll spend my money somewhere else.see ya.

Great amount of parking had 2 cashiers checking people out so there wasn't a big wait the cashier I had was a young girl very friendly liked her a lot

My experience was not all that too well they asked a friend that works there what I was doing loitering around the store when I was actually walking around trying to find an item that I needed to purchase so I will not be returning to that store
