This is a BIG store for a TS. Had a large selection and a dedicated online order pickup spot. Took 10 minutes, start to finish. Only knock was my package was a little beat up and it was not loaded gently into my vehicle but nothing seems damaged.

After shopping at this tractor supply location for our family farm for years, we will no longer be giving them our business. We have been trying to get chicks for a couple of weeks. I have two young children, so leaving the house to get chickens isn’t the easiest task for me. After multiple phone calls, being told chicks were there, I took my kids to go get new chicks and they were not there. Jeff, who was not helpful or kind, told us the new chicks were there and in the back getting acclimated and would be out in the morning. When we went back this morning, we were told by Logan, the new chicks in the back were on hold for someone else. I didn’t realize putting chicks “on hold” was an option. I do understand chicks go quickly and are not guaranteed which is why we called and made several trips to the store trying to get them. We were told something different each time we called or went into the store. And then we were laughed at when we expressed our frustration for being misled. This is not a business I can support any longer. We have a family farm with horses, dogs, and soon to be chickens from somewhere else. We will be buying our farm/animal needs from somewhere who values customer service and their loyal customers.

Little disorganized, carts all over. Only one register open and the line was about 8 people deep. Waste of my time and the lost a sale. I can buy everything elsewhere with less hassle

Service was a plus. Yet, as far as quality in product.. that lost them a star.We had purchased some materials, along with four (4) 10 ft. cattle gates. The welding joints on the gates did not receive proper grinding, resulting in a lot sharp surface points. The gates were also coated in a grey gloss, yet were painted after the hardware installation. As a result of the improper paint treatment, the gates were rusted under any and all hardware points.I'm sure my client will have us back out there in a year or so to replace the low quality gates that we paid high quality prices for.

I don't often leave negative reviews unless it's just a terrible experience. Drove over 30 minutes to pick up a product that was shown as in stock online. Got to the store, couldn't find it, asked for assistance, was told it's probably still on a pallet in the back. How bad do you need it I was asked? Well I drove over 30 minutes to get it. I was told to check back in a few days. Unsat. I'll take the extra trip to Shelbyville, Carrollton or Louisville from now on.

There was a store associate, Jeff, who may have been the store manager. He was super helpful and friendly to everyone! I loved how he took the time to teach other associates how to do things like cut lengths of chain and look up items without a barcode. Never exasperated, he used everything as a teaching opportunity. There needs to be more Jeffs out there!

Only Tractor Supply that I visit!! They always have the Victor hi-pro plus in stock. Store is always very clean and associates have always been helpful and knowledgeable about any other products I may need to purchase.

The store manager went beyond the call of duty. I lost an item in his store and he actually did a google search to track me down via my cell number and let me know he had it (and where I had lost it) before I knew it was missing. Very much appreciated and overall nice guy. thank you.

Update: I got my dump cart. The manager was very helpful so I’m changing my 1 star to 3.I ordered a $300 dump cart online. Got a text saying it was ready to be picked up. I drove about 30 mins to the store and waited for someone to help me. After a few mins a great guy (Nathan) showed up to help. He pulls my purchase and… Ops, it’s the wrong item. No problem, they’ll get it worked out and have me on my way, right? Wrong! I get the ol good news, bad news scenario. Good news is they have it the bad news is it buried about 30 yards behind other equipment and it’s going to take, awhile. So I left, and drove 30 minutes home sans dump cart. I do wonder what retail stores will do on this downward trajectory when customers get tired of the poor service? But let’s see what happens when I make a second trip up there tomorrow.

Please be sure to properly train PAUL! He actively avoids doing his job at all costs, ignoring the cashiers MULTIPLE pleas for help in front of customers. Took 35 minutes to return some items due Paul’s lack of professionalism and work ethic.

Came into the store looking to buy a hitch and rent a trailer on 5-3-22. Jeremy was an excellent and knowledgeable employee. The vehicle's tow package was irregular and Jeremy found the right and safe combination of fittings. He even came out into the parking lot to make sure the new hitch was correct. Next time you are in the LaGrange, KY. store ask for Jeremy!

Very knowledgable of their inventory items, but when they didn't have detailed info that I needed on the spot, they pursued it with the manufacturer and called me back promptly. (Thanks again Allie)Tractor supply has a nice trailer and accessories inventory, that is always priced very competitively with the big box stores. This is a fun place to shop.

Very grateful for the employees who had to stay open until close and risk their safety for all the customers I must first say that. I hope everyone made it safely with the ice storm going on here in Kentucky!Yesterday afternoon put in an online order for some salt and it was slow to get to store due to internet etc.no fault of the store at all..Was in a hurry do to the ice storm. All employees very helpful and assisted me in getting my product and taking care of my issue. Very thankful for the help. Not the 1st time this tractor supply has gone above and beyond to help me or my husband out. Everyone is always happy and courteous here as well.

Fantastic experience every single time I shop here. They have top quality products and their employees show excellent customer service. The past two times I've been up there to buy feed, they bring it out to your truck and load it for you. I didn't even have to get out of the vehicle. Would recommend 100 %

Employees are always friendly and very willing to point you on the right direction or answer any questions you may have. The store is clean and well maintained. I enjoy looking through the clearance section. My only complaint is that sometimes the shelves aren't well stocked and I have to ask for assistance.

The people are friendly but lacking in product knowledge. If you are looking forward to stock outs, not having the farm equipment you need(which is ironic given the name), and extremely high prices, you will absolutely love this store. The most recent trip ended with this particular store not having 4 out of 5 pretty basic and commonly used items in a farm setting. The trip before that called ahead to verify they had a product... of course they did not, “well the computer said that we had one” I even asked if he could go check before I drove there. Fail after fail, their yard decor section is expansive, if you are looking for either an LED chicken for the yard or a four foot tall metal chicken, you are in luck!

Always clean and staff helpful. Though they didn't have in stock what I needed, they offered another solution, which they in turn did not have in stock either. Was looking for heat tape for water line. Still love the place, good prices and a most always someone nearby to help.

I pick corn up from here atleast once every three weeks. The corn is for my geese and they love it. Never has this place been out of stock, nor have i ever had a bad time here. Only problem is the lack of cashiers. Anytime i go theres always a wait because of only one cashier.

I love the product here, however, my frustrations come from the back of customer service. I bought a bale of hay for my rabbits here plus two large bags of feed. Not a single sales person offered to help me as several stood by and watched me struggle. I will return to buy feed and hay for my animals but will bring my own help next time.

Took my new puppy to see Dr. Morgan today. She was very kind and gladly accepted his puppy kisses! The puppy shots, wormer, and microchip was way less than i expected to pay! And there were more dog food choices there than even knew existed. I'll definitely be back.

Saturday at noon, one line open and backed up 6 deep. I wanted propane. Went inside and told the guy who said he would call someone. Went back out, waited 10 minutes then called the store to tell them a couple of folks were waiting for propane. Didn't take long after that. Then went in to be number 6 in line to pay. 2 stars because propane price is good.

I've been here twice. Both times it was hard to find a salesperson to help me. One time I simply left. The other time, I did connect with a salesperson but went home with the wrong item. Limited selection but great parking.

Buyer beware if you buy a Winchester Safe from here and something goes wrong with the safe you will be on your own. I paid 800.00 dollars for a safe it is stuck in locked position their phone number for tech support n one answer's gonna coat 300.00 dollars to get a safe person to work on it

Tractor supply is way overpriced, after visiting Rural King. And the tractor supply always has a real long lines. But if you need something, I guess it’s a good place to go for farm items. But rural king is way better. And has so much better prices

Recently read an article that panacur and ivermectin is a cure for cancer in pets. I will not make the claim it works but am giving it a try to save the life of my dog who has huge tumors on her groin. This is my first stop for pet supplies because their nearby competitors are more expensive. Lots of neat goodies in the store. One of my purchases there was a gun safe.
