Update: I have audio recording of the hotel manager refusing to refund because I wrote this review!Owner checked us out and charged us $391 for a pet we didn’t have! House keeping was in our room and agreed there were no pets! Owner refuses to refund us. It’s not my fault if there were pets in the room before we came in. Owner refuses to check the cameras to verify. I have the proof I didn’t have a pet yet I’m being charged. Hotel was run down and broken. Curtains missing and ripped, desks broken, ROACHES crawling in the coffee pot and in the bathroom, handles falling off, holes in the wall, trash in the pull out couch, etc.Heather and the house keeper were great!Rooms: TrashyNoteworthy details: Be prepared to pay an extra $400 for something you didn’t do

My daughter was getting married , and called to see if I could check in , extremely early. They did not only accommodate me , but were extremely helpful and supportive.The room was immaculate , perfect , and cozy !This motel , show be a 5 ⭐✨⭐✨⭐Thank you againWill only stay here , while visiting , Lagrange !

People were friendly, however, did absolutely nothing to try to please their guests or improve upon anything outside of giving the general manager’s phone number out. They don’t bring anything to your room… you have to go get it… they don’t have enough supplies (we asked for an extra blanket because there weren’t any on the pull out and we were given one but were told it was the last one they had… what about all the other guests?)… no housekeeping in the evening hours so guests trash piled up… definitely not a hotel we would recommend.

Our family of 5 checked into this hotel late in the evening. The front desk staff was very nice, he gave us our room keys and we proceeded to our room. When we walked into our room, the room was a bit dated with a bit of a musty smell. Our 2 year old needed to use the bathroom so I helped her get situated and as we were in the bathroom she points towards the bathtub and says “mommy, bug!” I immediately turned to look and saw 4 small and 1 medium-sized cockroaches. I yelled for husband to look and he confirmed. As we all were collecting our bags, a large cockroach crawls up the wall above the headboard of the bed. We all immediately went to the front desk and informed the receptionist and requested a different room. We were placed in a different room on a different floor. We walked into the room and it smelled of cleaner. We looked in the bathroom and no sign of cockroaches. As we set our bags down, once again, a medium-sized cockroach was sitting in the middle of the wall. I managed to take a picture of it so I could show the front desk receptionist. We all went back to the front desk, our bags in hand, and I informed the gentleman at the front desk and showed him the picture. He was very apologetic and we told him that we would just like a refund so we could find a different place to stay for the evening. He gave us our refund and apologized again. My husband travels for work and has stayed at many quality inns and suites, and he stated that this was the worst one he has ever seen. This 1 star rating is due to the infestation of cockroaches and the major updating and good deep cleaning that this hotel at this specific location desperately needs. We ended up staying at the best western down the road.

Rooms are not cleanly, my 1yo found a pill on the floor, fridge was stagnant and hardly cold, both rooms we are in have an unpleasant odor. Rooms are very dated, linen is not overly clean either. I wouldn't stay here again. We called comfort in down the road and they were booked, I was assured this was a partner company so I thought reviews would be similar and boy was I wrong. The first room they tried to put us in, the bed had a crater in it. Amenities are minimal, vending machine is very basic with minimal selections. The only cleanly smell in this hotel is the pool.

My family of 5 checked in around 2 am since we had a birthday to go to the next day, we drove all the way from Ohio. Room looked nice and once we woke the next day and started to get ready we woke up to find roaches on our shoes, in the closet, and bathroom. We seen a total of 4 and we know at night we did feel itching at our legs. We told the lady at the front desk and she had an attitude and acted as if it was nothing, wrote down that we seen 3 roaches all nonchalantly. All she could tell us is call the manager on monday, 2 days from our check out because they weren't there. So we woke up with roaches and all she told us is we will notify maintenance

I'm staying here while working overnights near by.The hotel was full and the water was less than room temperature in my room; so, I called the front desk and after they spoke to the owners they were given permission to turn up the hot water heater and within 30 minutes I able to take a hot shower after working all night.The furniture is in need of being updated but all in all I am sleeping well.The staff has been Great!We'll be there for awhile and I don't foresee anything but rest and good service from this establishment.

Exactly what I would expect for a Quality Inn. It was clean and quiet. It has a nice indoor pool and breakfast is included. We stayed 2 weeks in a row (one night each) On our second stay the air conditioning was not working in our room but they happily gave us a different room as soon as I told the man at the front desk and we didn't have any other issues. Great place to stop for the price.

Don’t do it. Thought it would be ok for the low price, location and indoor pool for the kids. The staff are nice, when you can find one that is. They are almost always outside smoking. There were never towels in the pool area. The room was gross! Clearly did not clean between guests. There were Doritos and crumbs in the floor. The pull out sofa was so disgusting we closed it back up and didn’t use it. Housekeeping seems to be non existent, that or they shouldn’t still have a job. Our room smelled horrible like smoke though supposedly it’s a non smoking hotel. Any time I tried to have them a resolve a situation they would apologize and say they will “make a note of it”. There clearly is not any management overseeing this location or surely it wouldn’t be this poorly run.

My family had a 2 night stay and here are the reasons for my review.1. Cockroach in bathroom2. Found a master key to open all rooms in the parking lot.3. Breakfast was poor quality and never had enough food out to accommodate the guest.4. Never enough towels at the pool.5. Hotel staff was hard to locate toresolve any issues or concerns.6. Mattress was uncomfortable and felt like it was worn out.7. Hot water wasn’t hot and went cool.

Booked a room via choice website, accidentally booked a handicap room. Front desk wouldn't let me change it. Room smelled off and musty, the bathroom smelled horrendous. Like someone just used it. The mattress was old and bedding felt rough with holes all over. I woke up with a sore throat after running the ac during the night, which tells me it's either extremely dirty or has mold. The shower is a joke, low water pressure out of a mounted hand wand.No one is ever at the front desk

The room was dirty. The curtains had stains on them. The trash can had a smell to it. When I took out the trash bag there was trash and liquid underneath it. The room was freezing cold when we entered it. The bathroom, where to start it was moldy, the assisting chair was rusted, thankfully neither of us needed it. The ceiling and door were both damaged. The toilet barely had enough water pressure to flush toilet paper. Then there was the noise. You could totally hear just a regular conversation going on in the next room. Every step a person made upstairs sounded like a timpani drum being struck.

It is really bad. The smell was like a strong disinfectant. Everything was dirty, and I mean dirty!! Ragged and outdated, we could not use the pullout the mattress was worn out and hard. The bathroom was in need of better paint job and calk. The floor was dirty.Don’t do it even if your car broke down on the interstate and you had to wait 4 hours for a tow, don’t do it. I think Quality Inn must not inspect their hotels. This place has not been maintained for years.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY HERE!!!BED BUG INFESTATIONStayed for two nights at this location, wasn’t super impressed at the hotel to begin with but was the only one with availability for the weekend. First night we stayed, seemed fine woke up in the morning with itchy bumps all over my skin and other family members also had them, so instantly checked for bed bugs, didn’t see any.Second night, woke up at 4 in the morning to find 4 bed bugs running around on my bed, then found two more on the other bed, took the bugs to the front desk and all we were told was that the manager would be informed.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Unless you want to get eaten up by nasty bed bugs do not stay at this hotel!!

Horrible place never go, they charged us $150 claiming that we peed in the bed and then an extra 100$ for cleaning plus an extra 5$for whatever the reason! They are not trustworthy people, and lied about it all and didn't budge about giving our money back! DO NOT STAY HERE OR EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, THEY MIGHT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU😡The room was clean and the breakfast was ok, but would NEVER go back!

The staff is among the most pleasant I have encountered I the many motels in which I have stayed. The g.m. went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs. The rooms are spacious and relatively well maintained. Shower was great, beds needsome attention. One of ours was relatively new, however the other was sagging. Breakfast had mostly what you would want though the preparation may need to be varied. Eggs watery, biscuits hard and gravy Luke warm. Microwave fixed the biscuits and gravy. Eggs not so much. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality. Will be up for work again and will be staying here.

Not horrible but could have been and certainly not what we expected based on the price we paid (overpriced).The shattered and broken road sign should have been a dead give of away of the entire condition of the hotel.We would have given this hotel 1 or 2 stars but they get 3 stars because of how friendly they were and the EFFORT to keep and old and rundown hotel clean. Not deserving of anything more than 2.5 stars. The place is in serious need of an ENTIRE remodel. Mildew INSIDE the windows, room towels that have already served their duty and were no longer white. Bugs (ants) in our room, the refrigerator in the dining area during breakfast was LOUD and the creamer had a cheesy taste to it.The price of the hotel should match it's quality and in this case our expectations were a lot higher. We paid hotel price for old motel-like experience.

Great place for a good night's sleep on a budget. Clean room, very friendly staff, and quiet environment. Located on a dead end road, there is no traffic and besides a little noise from the highway that runs near the hotel, it is a nice quiet place to stay. Generous space in the room we stayed in and bed was super comfortable. Pool was closed while I was here but appeared to be receiving maintenance. May also have been closed for maintenance because of the current virus situation. No complaints of any kind. Would absolutely stay here again.

My company stayed here . We had three rooms ,house keeping didn't touch our rooms all week had to asked every evening for towels and toiletries. One even I came in with a pizza I had eaten maybe 3 to 4 piece's on way and to my room . So I set my pizza box on TV stand go to bathroom and to drink machine ,come back to my pizza and it's covered with pissants .... I'm mean it no joke . Very bad experience.

First of all the clerk that welcomed me and my family was very nice and caring! Harold was such a delight! He cared about our stay and made sure we would be comfortable in our room. He was a pleasure to converse with and so down to earth! This was our second stay at this hotel and it was well worth the money! The hotel was clean and welcoming! We will stay here again!

Very bad experience. First my husband stayed for a month at this hotel and there was roaches everywhere. I complained to the front desk and they offered bug spray. Anyway he left early because of all the roaches. And two weeks later he was charged for a night just randomly. We called to find out why his card was charged and we was told we couldn’t get a refund and was hung up on. We’ve called multiple times to speak to someone and they keep giving us the run around and would not offer a reason why we was charged. We had to call the bank to dispute. Never again!!

We had a decent experience at Quality Suites. The front desk clerk was courteous and helpful, though they were so busy she really could have used some help. Our third floor room was large (we don't often reserve suites, so it seemed huge to us). The shower was hot with nice, full water pressure, but the drain was slow. We did see an ant and a couple of larger bugs (no roaches or bedbugs), but was glad to see an exterminator when we were leaving the next morning. The rooms and common area were a little dated, but clean. I felt that overall this hotel was a good value.

The staff is amazing. The older gentleman, i can't remember his name but very tall, is just the best. Great interaction with the guests. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Showers are very nice. Was hard finding the ice machine. But the continental breakfast made up for that. Great selection of food.

Door in bathroom already had punched in places. Screaming kids in the pool, (old enuf to know better) with their mothers all lined up against the wall, not in swim suits & the men/dads all outside, doing nothing. Paper thin walls. People in next room sounded like they were in our room, all night long. After 11 pm and we could hear their entire loud conversations. Got woke up again by man & boy in the hall at 3 AM, yelling. Seriously Went down to breakfast & looked like a pack of wild animals had been there. Burned waffles in the machine. No spray for waffles, nothing refilled, no eggs, no syrup no napkins, several people just took it upon themselves & hunted thru all the cabinets to locate all the missing items. Juice machine just gave out water. Terrible place to stay unless you just want to just party & not care about anything except being selfish. When asked for extra towels, t.p. very helpful house staff. But to fix the waffle machine, refill food & clean up breakfast area, it was barely barely done. Not recommended to stay for families that actually care about anything.

The night employees were very pleasant. The linens sheets and towels very old and stained. Bathroom had mold.. window sills had mold and the AC blew it into the room.. carpets we're sticky. Pool needed cleaned. Some employees couldn't even understand me. Ceilings had cracks and mold too. I've always quality suites but this one definitely needs improvement
