Over all okay experience. Returned an item I had bought the same day at the Brownsboro location. Return went fine, they didn't have a replacement. One register was blocked because the cashier was talking with a friend. Okay over all.

Groomer AT LaGrange Feeders wouldn't shave my English Sheperd because she said he has a "Double Coat". Corporate won't let their groomers shave a "Double Coat". News for her....English Sheperds DO NOT HAVE A DOUBLE COAT!!!Corporate needs to educate their groomers!I won't be back!!!

I recently brought my German Shepherd, Schazi, to Feeders for a grooming session and I am extremely pleased with the results. The staff at Feeders were not only friendly and professional, but they also did an exceptional job with Schazi's grooming. His coat looks absolutely stunning and he smells amazing too. The attention to detail and care that the groomers put into their work is truly impressive. I highly recommend Feeders for dog grooming services. They exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be bringing Schazi back for future grooming sessions. Thank you, Feeders!

Well, I used to be a loyal customer and to be quite fair their prices are ridiculously high, their customer service here is ridiculous. I have spent thousands here an simply stated the truth, an I hate to say it but a redo of the staff is much needed. I miss joey and the others now its a group of clowns!! Beth really needs to go. Theres only three that should stay. I cant help they have sensitive skin to the truth..

Staff is always friendly and their love of animals paramount. Vast variety of animal supplies: high end to low end - food, treats, toys, clothing, medicines, grooming, ... . Loyalty bucks,, buy 12 bags of same brand of food and get 13th bag free.. buy 12 pet washes get 13th free..The discount section is in the far right corner of the store, savings as large as 75% off.The pet wash stations are always clean and well stocked for washing and grooming..Feeder's is a locally owned and operated company.

We went in to give Zeus a bath, (dude got skunked) the staff was super helpful and nice. The faculty was clean and lots of towels and multiple shampoos. Zeus had a time. We will totally come back! Hopefully before Zeus gets skunked again!

The store was very busy, but Hank was there to provide excellent customer service. He greeted everyone in the store and kept everyone entertained while we waited at the check out. Only 4/5 because the Cherry Shrimp were up to high to even see them

I couldn’t be more disappointed in this store today. I took my large dog in to use the pet wash because it’s so much more convenient than doing it at home. All the stations were dirty -I figured they had just been busy. All 3 towels they gave me were ripped and holy, there were no cotton balls to put in her ears or to clean her ears, and there were no treats. Between all 4 stations, there was only one dryer nozzle, and I couldn’t get it to fit the dryer in my station. When I got my dog home, she smelled bad. At first I tried to pass it off as wet dog, but quickly realized it was a sewage smell from the water.I paid $15 to use the pet wash station to have to come home and get my dog in the tub at home and bathe her and dry her AGAIN. I’m frustrated and super disappointed in the store. I will not go back to that location.
