I had a list, when I walked in the door. I completed everything on my list but 2 items ...but I bought several other itens, because of the great deals!! $1.25 an item.....you can try something new....everyday!!I had alot of fun shopping yesterday!!!

Some lady come in to buy like $1000 worth of gift cards. Cashier should have been aware of limits due to fraud issues. Her and the other woman let people stand in line over twenty minutes over trying to get these gift cards to work which they kept rejecting. People use gift cards to do not so great things sometimes so yeah there are limits on transactions. The cashier kept telling the other woman there she needed help. The other woman should have pulled gif card lady over to her lane and let the cashier check the 6 people in line out. One woman who had been waiting the longest had a toddler with her. Keeping a toddler occupied for almost 30 minutes bc you can’t get checked out of a store is not easy. Work smart and not hard. You wouldn’t have had a line of upset customers if you just would have thought about what you were doing.

The store is very organized and clean. Manager is always there and very polite and helpful. All the staff are very friendly and eager to help customers. Great shopping experience!

The cashiers are friendly and helpful, the managers work very hard, and the store is organized and clean. They have a Dollar Tree Plus section with $3 & $5 items. The holiday choices for decorating are excellent, as is the party section. They also gave a large bin of markdown items.

I don't usually go to Dollar Tree. I was looking for drawer organizers and found just want I wanted. This is a very large store and it is very well organized. The staff was friendly and busy putting up new stock. The only negative I have is the outside of the store had a lot of litter and cigarette butts. It would be nice if someone would sweep up the entrance in the morning.

I like this place everybody there that works there is one their managers is a sweetheart and Some day of her choice would be a lucky guy to be with a sweetheart like her I know I've done talked to her God bless you too and I hope these days you find the right one to my opinion go there though everybody out there in that store is very friendly I keep going there on a regular basis because of their manager I'm always in there

I seriously have nothing but mixed feelings about this location. The store is stocked, fairly clean, I ALWAYS find what I need AND MORE LOL, and the employees are nothing but great and helpful except (and I say this pure embarrassment for the store and the other employees whom deal with out) the new Store Manager. She seems to young to do her job or to even care and I have first handedly seen her talk to her “lower position” employees like complete garbage. Not a good look for her at all!!! Angie definitely should have stayed!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. One cashier with at least 8 people in line while three others just stand by and watch. Had to call them out before they would open another line . Pretty sad to say the least.This is an update. So many fake reviews, store always trashed, staff like zombie's can't get checked out in a timely manner, never! Why won't they call for backup cashier's?

Went in the other day and could not help but take notice the manager taking time to walk around with and elderly lady helping her to gather all of her items needed in her list including helping her pick out just the right birthday card for her grandson to send. I loved seeing that. Take time for others :). I will definately go back.

Big ad states new craft items!! Where?? This store never has anything. NEVER!!! You order in bulk just so you can have what you want and you have a 50/50 chance of ever getting the items~ and the employees don't care!! Every store should carry the same items period...

I can't wait till the manger that went for more training comes back. There is only one other person there that is doing her job, the rest is either outside smoking or standing around. Went in there one day n someone had took all of the boxes in the books n coloring books area off the shelves went in following day n they was still there.HURRY BACK MANAGER THAT ALWAYS HAD THE STORE STOCKED N EVERYONE WAS WORKING NOT SMOKING OUTSIDE OR HOLDING UP THE WALLS AKA LEANING UP ON THE WALLS NOT DOING A THING .

Clean, as far as things I buy frequently it's usually in there. My one complaint is the staff, some are very friendly and greet me as soon as I walk through the door, some glare at you, won't acknowledge you at the check out and if they do they are VERY rude about it. When those people work I usually leave and shop elsewhere.

I've only been to this Dollar Tree about 3 times and each time there was only one register open. It's Christmas season, you need more than one register open. Other than that; I love Dollar Tree!

Unbelievable what you can find in a store where every item is a dollar (except some things, like some greeting cards are 2 for a $1). They have everything from helium balloons to oven pans, ceramic dishes. Wide selection.

I called this evening to see if they sold a certain product. The response from the clerk, "I don't know if we have them." Then hung up. She didn't bother to look. I you can't make a minimal effort, then you don't deserve ANY business.
