Room extremely loud, hearing elevator and exit doors slamming all night long, room meant for 4 only had two towels, empty liquor bottle left on floor, beds was hardest thing I've ever slept on. Seriously, I'm a big guy and when I sat on the bed it didn't move an inch. Very little sleep was acquired this night, first hotel i gladly left early from.

Ok this is my second review I deleted the first one because the manager apologized got my room cleaned and everything she’s great. But that was the only time it got cleaned I’ve been here 6 months for work and my room been cleaned 3 times seriously 3 times I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve ask and there’s a super rude lady at the front desk with black curly hair all the guys at my company hate dealing with her and the back door been broken for over 6 months I been here 6 and they said it was broken long before I got here if you could get your room cleaned here it wouldn’t be half bad but you still can’t get in the back doors like I said the manager here is great she always takes care of me but I shouldn’t have to run to her and complain to get my room took care of I tried to ask for her on the phone yesterday after I got off work and whoever was on the phone was rude I think it was curly hair but I don’t know there’s one more good person here whoever is working now helped me get my room together today I think she drives a moped her and manager needs a raise everyone else need to be replaced in my opinion the owner must be terrible also because the doors are constantly broke and there was caution tape out front for the longest so they obviously don’t care about it manager is the only one holding this place together everyone else sits at that front desk staring at the palm of their hand like they never seen a cell phone before if you don’t clear ur throat you might stand there all day

Towels were disgusting. I was told that no one would enter my room unless I requested it, yet after my first night housekeeping had definitely had been in my room. This really upset me.

The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were really comfortable, and I had no issues with noise while I was asleep. The AC worked just fine.Breakfast was excellent. Soft fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, pastry, and good ☕.Everyone was really friendly and I enjoyed my stay.There's a Walmart right behind the hotel. Walking distance to Burger King, Starbucks, a liquor store, and Speedway.Walkability: Busy area. A lot of stores are nearby butI would drive, not walk. Heavy traffic and not safe for pedestrians.

Drug use, horrible customer service, ill prepared rooms, but good location. Not up to standard for a Best Western. Rooms were not ready and when went to desk to ask for Blankets that were missing from bed, got serious attitude from front desk.When complaints were made about the pot being smoked in the rooms on our floor, we were told that is some of our regulars that we talk with them again.Safety: Locks were malfunctioning amd forced swimmers to walk all the way around outside to get back in.Drug use on premises common.

I spoke to hotel before making reservation and told they had a pool. We arrived only to find an empty- unoperational pool!!! We had very disappointed children and because we had prepaid we were not offered an option to leave after speaking to gal at desk.This wouldn’t have been an issue except someone told me there was a pool. I shouldn’t have had to specifically ask if it was operational.We would have stayed elsewhere.Website shows a pool too.No manager follow up. As members of their rewards we will not be staying at this location again.

So this was a nice hotel at a nice price. The room was clean, but the ac didn't cool very well, the bathroom tub would NOT drain!The elevator wreaked of urine, as though someone had urinated in the corner. Breakfast was typical but yet subpar.We would stay again despite.. Hopefully, we will have a better experience. Best Western is a great chain.. from past experience.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and clean; only issue was the sink’s stopper had to be removed because it wouldn’t open. Staff was reporting it for maintenance to fix.Overall, decent price for one night stay.

So far our experience has been great! Drove 8 hours because my dad was admitted to the hospital above Cincinnati. We stopped here cause we were to tired to drive the rest of the way tonight. Booked a room online and got here and check in took less then 5 minutes. The outside was clean and parking lot well lit. The room upon entering was clean and better then I expected. Beds are comfortable, but not as soft as I would like, but that’s just my personal preference. Room has a TV, Microwave, and a Mini Fridge. Thanks Best Western for a great stay so far! Would highly recommend this location to everyone passing through!

I am a local author, and I came to La Grange for Karen's Book Barn's 7th Annual Independent Authors Fair. Since I was on two panels that Friday, and the book signing event was the following day, I decided that it would be best to stay overnight. The staff members were extremely helpful, and the accommodations certainly enhanced my travel experience. Because of the excellent service that I received, I will certainly recommend Best Western Ashbury Inn to anyone travelling to the area.

Could have been better. Pros: nice size room, evening staff pleasant, TV, mini fridge& microwave, comfortable bed. Cons: last guest wet towel left hanging over door, all floor tile was sticky-we actually got a mop and bucket from them and mopped ourselves. When telling morning staff she insisted it wasn’t their fault as they had a new cleaning staff in training 😳.

Convenient to the interstate. Fair price for a "night of" reservation. Large room was fairly clean, but could stand to be updated (especially the stained rug). Beds were comfy, but the sheets were a bit worn. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but did at least offer a waffle iron and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches.

This property shows a little age and needs some sprucing up, but my stay was comfortable enough. The room appeared to be scrupulously cleaned and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good for access to every place I needed to go. I didn't eat breakfast. It appeared to be the standard free breakfast one can get at any hotel anywhere. My only complaint was that I was awakened at 2 a.m. by loud snoring. This truly isn't something the property could help.

I'll start with the good things first. The hotel was pretty quiet considering the number of cars, and the beds were fairly comfortable.This facility is definitely in need of some maintenance and modernization. The entire facility could use a good cleaning. Outside was dingy with overflowing trash barrels. In the rooms, faucets were rusty, and the room at the very least needed a fresh coat of paint. The drywall seams on the ceiling could be easily seen.Just not a very inviting place overall.

Located near Wal-Mart and other businesses. Only problem I had was turning into the street by the hotel - I should have turned in on the next block. No bid deal! Very friendly checking in. Large, clean room. Good TV and comfortable bed. Used the pool - cold but clean. Had a good breakfast - they had microwave sausage sandwiches - very good! Person checking out also was in charge of the breakfast - very pleasant!

First room, smoke alarm was going off for new batteries. Moved us across the hall. Second room, tub wouldn't drain. I fixed it by removing the glass in the drain and a few hand plunges. Day 2, no water. Plumber was working on an issue that morning. By the afternoon, we had warm enough water for each of us to take a quick shower. We requested a couple of extra towels because the 2 wasn't enough for us to have a dry towel for the next day. We were not allowed. Day 3 we asked again and got a couple more. The rest of the time was fine. All worked out in the end. Also....funny perm smell coming from the stairs. We never complained. Just took a little convincing conversation for towels.
