Relax Inn is my favorite hotel to stay at on a road trip I take periodically. The owners are so nice and kind, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and I really like being able to park directly in front of my room door. It's incredibly quiet as well. Fresh towels & sheets, hot shower with good pressure, and a very comfortable mattress. Reservations and check-in are simple and easy. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to or through the area.

Was looking for a last minute hotel for my family and I’m so glad we found this place! What a hidden gem! Was the cleanest motel/hotel we’ve stayed at. Staff was so friendly and had already prepared the couch bed for us before arrival, despite us only booking about an hour earlier! They even gave us extra towels on check in just in case we needed more. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve never stayed at a motel (plenty of hotels) and was a bit nervous. The limited hotels nearby were booked and we were in the area for a local race. I saw the low price and the great reviews and thought I’d give it a shot and I was so impressed. Service was great. They called to confirm the reservation shortly after I made it, called the day before to confirm as well and both individuals were very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was as well. The room was SO clean. Definitely updated. Had a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of space. We already agreed we’d like to stay here again for next years race. We left before breakfast but I love that it is served so early as well.

It's a 2 star motel, but everything was brand spankin new. Room smelled great. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a hot breakfast. I would definitely recommend!Rooms: My room was fresh. Sheets smelled great, room was updated and very comfortable.

Owner is highly conscientious and truly cares about his customers and employees. It shows in his well-maintained and clean rooms. One of the best rooms we've ever stayed in, as far as cleanliness and amenities!Noteworthy details: Rooms and breakfast area are well-stocked for travelers.Young man at front desk provided a seamless, welcoming relationship with us, from our call to make the reservation and beyond!

I wish all older motels were kept up this nicely! The convenience of parking right in front of your ground-level room cannot be beat. The pet fee was $25 and our pet-friendly room was clean and odor-free. The bed was comfortable and the fixtures all worked well. The breakfast was good -- it included eggs and biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again when passing through.

Property located off the highway exit. Friendly, helpful and informative staff. Quiet, Older hotel charm on ground level with parking in front of your room. Comfortable beds, clean updated room, all lighting fixtures worked and were quite adequate, with two chairs on wheels, table, desk, couch and coffee table to provide area for the family to relax. Easy to walk to breakfast that included hot scrabbled eggs, biscuit and gravy. Black top parking provided extra room to walk afterwards. About 15-20 minutes drive to Grand Rivers, KY to Patti's 1880s Settlement Restaurant for Dinner (reservation needed). Which was the reason we stayed the night here.Nearby activities: About 15-20 minutes drive to Gift Shops, Outside sitting patios with drinks or snacks, Music, Game Activities, Restaurant, etc or if you just want to stroll about the grounds at Patti's 1880s Settlement Restaurant.

I left a review from our stay last week under a different name after our van broke down nearby. Came back and stayed this weekend to pick up my van from the mechanic. We were upgraded to a King room and it was as nice as the 2 queen room. I liked the toilet location better in the king room.My only negatives is the wifi is real slow and was on the opposite side where our queen room was and the vending machines needs upgrading. Still a 5 star place as it's so very clean. FYI for others, our AT&T and T-Mobile phones had slow data in that area too but it was ok.Breakfast is really nice too. Good channels from DirectTV. A lot of good parking.DoorDash does come here btw. Took them a while last week but they did deliver from Hucks and Dollar General across the interstate. We didn't have a vehicle last week to go over there.

Just passing through & needed a pet friendly place to stay for the night. After being warned about the pet deposit online, I made sure to choose a “pet friendly, nonsmoking room”. We were welcomed by friendly staff & happy to see the very clean room (little musky in the bathroom) & comfy beds waiting for us. Breakfast started early & smelled great but we had to hit the road.

This is the second year in a row we have stopped here and have been completely satisfied both times. Our party gets multiple rooms and all have been clean and well maintained. They even contacted us to let us know we had left a phone charger in one of the rooms and if were still in the area we could stop by and pick it up. What great service.At 6:00 in the morning the staff was sweeping the parking area and watering plants. That should tell you how the rest of the facility was.We will stay there again next year.Nearby activities: Golf at Mineral Mounds was our calling.Food & drinks: Excellent restaurant nearby and plenty of fast food joints.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. We were traveling to Kentucky and just needed a quick convenient place to stay overnight with our pet dog. The front desk clerk Shannon and Michelle were very nice on the phone as well as in person.The place doesn't look to impressive from the road, but our room was very nice and clean, smelled wonderful. Hot breakfast was served the next morning, I would definitely stay here again.Rick, Hien and Winston

Honestly I never leave a review even when it is bad. This place is amazing. It is a good priced, clean, and super friendly place to stay. My son and I have been traveling only stayed here a night kind of wished we could stay longer. After I made the reservation they called to confirm which was great and surprising. Came here got an upgrade for whatever reason. The room is very nice, clean, and everything works. If you need a place stay here!!!!!

This is a motel. Clean. Sufficient for mobile service workers/road warriors. Our breakfast was meager as we ate during the last 35 minutes so that's on us, otherwise tasty, but nothing was restocked nor offered (mainly speaking of milk and juice). And the breakfast teardown first took all the items we could take to eat on the road, which was annoying. Bed was comfortable. Late night staff was very hospitable, morning staff not so much. Good in a pinch, but value-wise won't be our first pick.

We decided to stay there based on the reviews. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good also.We did have a couple of issues with our room though. Our phone in the room did not work at all. Also, someone had defrosted our refrigerator and they didn’t wipe it out and turn the temperature back down, so it was full of melting ice and water which made a huge mess that we had to clean up using our clean towels. I had to take the wet towels over to the office to exchange for clean ones.Despite our problems with the phone and refrigerator, we would probably stay there again, since it was a clean room at a fair price.
