The workers are very helpful and courteous,the store is at the worst times understaffed and in my personal opinion it's at the times they need stock workers to help out and complete the new inventory and keep product on the shelf's ,with that said I hope the management reads this rating,so maybe they might consider just one over night stock person .in summary I would say that the dollar general store here on Kelley Rd is one of the finest dollar stores I have had the privilege to shop at . The parking is never to crowded and they are always ready with a smile and a helping hand , thank you employees for the wonderful experience!

Used to be my favorite DG. Now, even connected to their wifi, the DG app doesn't work inside this location. I'd rather not drive to Paducah, but not at least I can use the app at the Paducah locations

They are always ready to help when asked, I even got help with my DG app digital coupons on my phone ,! One of the cleanest dollar general stores I have seen around! And that is saying something! Thanks DG on Kelley rd west paduach!

I would really appreciate all stores carrying the same merchandise in the same areas. Having to drive to multiple stores for items is a hardship. It is more convenient to go to a store that has everything in one location.

Well stocked, in-store pick-up available, several clearance items in store, and coupons available on the app. Hand sanitizer available and easily accessed. Masks required.

I love this particular store. I pretty much know all the staff. They greet you when you walk in and they take the time to help you no matter the volume of other customers. Their staff is always friendly.

At 70 years old they ID me to buy cigarettes and scan my ID. I refuse to give them that information. It's crazy to ID someone 70 years old and possibly sell my information or their system getting hacked and my information getting out there.

Workers are very friendly and helpful. If you ask about a certain item A.) They will actually take you to the item, and not just point to where it may be. B.) Try to explain the item if need be.

Its really easy to buy stuff and u dont have to stand in line out side of the store just to get in during a pandemic.... Unlike Wal-Mart.

Always clean and conveniently placed right on the highway. I never have any trouble with the DG. Great place to stop to grab a few essentials on the way home.

These were not helpful I had to reach to the top shelf to get a pot down for planting a plant in when I grabbed the pot several fell off of the top shelf onto my head down the side of me one of your employees come up from two rows over and said oh I see everything's okay and walked off did not attempt to clean up did not attempt to see if everyone was okay I will not be going back

Just down the street from me makes handy when I need something last minute. Usually have most anything I need.
