We take our Lily to Wilderness Trace to have her groomed. She's deaf and laid back, so they are able to groom her without sedation which is nice. Other local clinics insisted upon sedation which really increases the cost. We're lucky to have a friendly staff who's helpful and professional to care for our sweet little kitty girl. The last picture below is close to full fluff. She's leaves looking like we left half a cat there! Lol

I have 2 dogs I took the pup to an appointment everyone was nice and cool the dog loved the vet and the vet assistant I mean it was a overall great experience and they diddnt overcharge it was good but then I tried to schedule an appointment for my bigger dog but I was running late to the 2nd so I called to see what the best course of action is, the way whoever answered that phone talked to me I will not be going back now I'm polite and use manners but I aint gonna just let whoever talk however to me. I can say that who ever the A hole is that answerd that phone and she knows who she is but she cost them 2 patience.

Very! Great! Veterinarian. Major my half rot half husky ate a rope and some plastic. Dr Stephanie was a God sent. She removed the rope and plastic. She made Major feel at home, she treated him as if he was family, me as well. Zack was there by Majors side to help the whole way, he took the time to thoroughly explain and answered all my questions and concerns. I would say they treated him/me like family. I would give 6 stars but it only let me put 5. God bless Dr Stephanie and her staff.

Not happy with my experience at this vet office! I rescued a pit bull and it was getting time for his shots again. First the old lady at the front jumped when my dog tried to greet her. he was very stressed being in a small room and a place that was not his home. a lady came in the room someone told me that it was the owner I’m not to sure about that. She handed me a muzzle I could not get it on him no one would help me at all. I never put a muzzle on him so he’s to use to it. So I just handed it back to her she proceeded to tell me that he acts the way he does because he’s always gotten his way pretty much saying that he was a bad dog. I told her that this place was not a good fit for us that I was going to take him back to the vet that I knew he had been to before because we never had this problem there. She says I think that’s best I don’t want any of my people bitten in a really hateful voice! He has never tried to bite anyone since I have had him! I immediately called the other vet and asked if the vet put a note on his records that he was aggressive they said no!I have had him in doggie day care and he has spent two weekends at his daycare while I was out of town and no one has ever talked to me like this about my dog!It was a very traumatizing experience!DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BIGGER DOGS THAT ARE RESCUED OR GET STRESSED EASILY!I hope they were just having a bad day and don’t treat others this way!All she had to say was I don’t think I can do this or I don’t want to and I would have immediately took him elsewhere.

This veterinarian clinic is a wonderful place we have found to take our kitten babies. We had a bad experience with Wilkey in liberty ky and had to bring our kitten here to undo and repair a terrible job of spaying that Wilkey performed which made us very untrusting of the professionalism of vets but thank goodness the staff at Wilderness trace treated us with professional courtesy and took care of our kitten baby. We are grateful for the professional care Dr. Raispis and staff gave our kitten and the patience understanding and kindness they have shown us. Our trust was restored by Wilderness Trace in the skill and knowledge of people caring versus just making money from someone.

I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Stephanie and her staff at Wilderness Trace Veterinary Clinic. We've taken our three cats there for a few months and always been happy with the service, but even more so recently. Our kitten Benny stayed with them for a week and a half before passing away due to a genetic condition. During his stay, he was treated like a member of their family. Dr. Stephanie and her team provided exceptional care to our Benny. We were kept in the loop about his condition and his treatment plan. They always had time to answer our questions.After he passed, they gave us a keepsake with his pawprints, name, and the year stamped into it. It was such a thoughtful gift. It's always hard to lose a pet, but it brings us a sense of relief to know that he received the best care by an amazing team.

Everyone that works here is amazing. And Dr Stephanie is so kind and is great at explaining things that are going on with your fur•babies. You can tell she not only loves animals but, also her job and what she is doing to care for your fur•babies . I feel 100% confident in things she has done to care for my babies and my mom's. I highly recommend Wilderness Trace veterinary.

Our first experience sadly ended with having to put our sweet Charlie too sleep. But the staff was amazing. So kind and sweet. Ann Marie took care of everything and was so very helpful and just the sweetest. I highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic,their wonderful staff and Dr Stephanie.they treat you like family and they are all so caring as well as professional with your fur babies.My baby Seth Kylar had a issue with his eye.they boarded him for me,treated his eye,saved his eye and part of his vision.they loved him gave him special attention because he was depressed and having anxiety issues being away from his home and family.they also treated me as well.their kindness and love is such a rare thing in today's world.i would recommend them anytime to anyone.they also treat my sister in laws babies.they genuinely care about you and your fur babies.many many thanks to all of them.
