We did the self check out and I understand that some people probably try to steal from the store but everyone is not like that, and the guy standing there where you check out. Made me feel like he thought we were gonna try to steal something. I get that he was doing a job but it was like he took it to the extreme. Ya know. I just really have had that on my mind ever since the other day. An so I thought I'd put it out there..

The only refrigerated goods they had were milk. It's very small, so it definitely didn't have everything we needed

We all know about the Wally world your go to grab whatever's food clothes even tires if ya need them highly affordable an I recommend u stop bye.

Didn’t know they still had Walmarts without food. This place was tiny but very well stocked. The store was very clean and friendly workers.

This is a smaller walmart, not a supercenter FYI. If you need groceries, the IGA is reasonably priced

This Walmart was recently remodeled and is great to shop. The employees are always helpful and the prices are great.The only downside is because of the size they don't have a full grocery department.

First time being back at this walmart since I was a kid, which was about 25 yrs ago. Compared to other walmarts, this one is extremely small and isn't stocked stocked very well. Could be the times we are in or just that this store needs an upgrade. It has a hometown feel, though, so I'd gladly go back and search for items I don't need:)

I just love Walmart they have everything I need at the right prices! They have lighters, Home Furnishings, College stuff and back to school sales Plus socks!! I can even get tires!

Going downhill since the update in 2022. Don't even sell copy paper anymore. Told me wife we were like client 500 that asked for it. Not like we have other office supply stores here. Seems like a store manager could pull some string to get it back in stock. They get it in stock, and I'll be glad to update the review. I can understand not stocking ink. Every printer takes different ink. But every printer uses standard paper.

I just tried to call Walmart needing help finding out if they have the item in stock bc I’m located far away and when I got in touched with resource they was gonna transfer me and ended up hanging up on me by accident when I call back it rings and rings and rings and then when they finally answered it was long enough to pick up and hang back up on me this is not professional and it’s rude and distasteful

Old lady not working with customer much bcz busy with cell phone. She may have been shoppin' for herself😶 now Walmart has an App that gives prices and locations of items in their stores. Reducing customer services. Now, customers look up everything, with no reduction in price?? Sometimes workers will look up the item for you, but sometimes workers will tell the customer to get the app.??

Walmart is awesome. I have a service dog and I been taking my service dog, Bitts there for for 4 yrs. Now and we love Walmart. They very friendly and helpful. They never complain, even if I ask them where 20 different things are. Always willing to help.

Walmart in Jackson, KYvis not a super center, they don't have the super centers hours of business, they don't have the stock of a super center to shop from. They are much more than super center. They have friendly staff, most the time the most help staff of showing where you may find the type of item your looking for if they have in stock, if not they try to find the most suitable substitute item they have in stocks of the item you are looking for. They may be small, but for a small town its really all we need. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because I lived in bigger places where there was supper center and loved the 24 hr hours business hrs and hey, we all know how busy Walmart can be, just easier and a lot less people after midnight that shops. Plus there the parking, a little crazy, but hey what Walmart don't have crazy parking situations. They don't have enough of the handicap parking, because unfortunately there is a lot of disabled people that can't or have hard time walking that far, and during spring and summer months, it is worse with they flowers set up in the parking lot.. I would still recommend stopping by Jackson, KY's Walmart, you won't be disappointed. Friendly and out going staff, can't beat that.

Cashier was great but the store is a crazy setup can't even see the back half of it because of the diaper aisle and items that were marked as clearance I was charged full price for.

I never use to have a problem with Jackson Walmart but now it absolutely sucks. I don't recommend this Walmart. I live in Wolfe Co so it was the closes but now we are gonna find a different one to go to. We came to Jackson Walmart last night for a few things and didn't find anything that we went for. So I called them today and ask if they knew when they would be getting it in and they were rude also told me they had no idea. I explained that it said on the website that they had the water that I was needing but the lady got hatful about it. So I have nothing good to say about it. Just try to find another Walmart even though it might be outta the way.

Just needed to run in and purchase a straight talk wireless card for myself. Quick, easy and painless at the customer service desk. 2 minutes in and out! Store was clean as usual, plenty of buggies and visually obvious that the employees made sure of thrn being clean, ready and easily accessible.

It’s cramped & outdated… but the shelves were stocked & the customer service was on point. I’d take that over the big, flashy, empty ones.
