Family owned business. The Collie's are wonderful people. Their employees are always nice.The last time I was there, I ordered bologna and egg sandwich on white toast, with mustard, lettuce, and tomato. It was great.A lot of times I order liver and onions meal. Always great.They support me in my business. They sell Climax Spring Water.

Absolutely love this place, my last visit wasn’t very pleasant. Food was great but the young girl working the window (long brown hair, very bad customer service as well as attitude!) she was handing me my food an I’m trying to grab it and she pushing everything into my hands & I was trying to grab everything an she shoved my canned beverage into my hand & says “there” an immediately turns to walk away . I responded with have a good day an she stops an looks at me & honestly I was like “b*tch & walked to my vehicle. Other than that, one of my favorite places to eat when visiting home! I would have given five stars but as you read in the review it made y’all lose a star!

I recommend this amazing place! In fact, my grandmother told me that this dairy bar had been around for a very long time! She told us really interesting story’s about this place, her favorite flavor was”peanut butter” and she liked it as a milkshake(she’s 56)My father hasAlso told me some amazing stories about this place too his favorite flavor is “Cookies and cream” and he likes it best as a milkshake(he’s 38). My favorite flavor is the” Birthday Cake” and I like it in a bowl and wanna try it as a milk shake.

It had been 20+ years since I last ate at Holcomb's. I was in the area and knew I couldn't pass up the chance. I am very glad for this decision. Everything I had was wonderful. I am very happy to see the business thriving after all these years. Holcomb's is a classic Eastern KY dairy bar and I hope it survives many more years.

We no longer eat here. Got spoiled ice cream about 2 years ago. We were told nothing was wrong with ice cream, so we made the decision that our money could be spent elsewhere, and get unspoiled ice cream, better tasting food, and more food, for a lower price, at other places.

Got 4 ice creams and hot fudge cake for 9.50 and didnt wait long on it at all. Also they have bloomin onions, fried green tomatoes, breaded cauliflower, and great corn nuggets. Cant beat this place.

Really good place for milkshakes. I recommend the Reece's Cup Milkshake--chocolate and peanut butter--not candy pieces.Cash only, so be prepared.

I love their variety. Wish they would get funnel cake. Blumming onion is delicious. Ice creams need some work. The chocolate is way to strong.
