As suspected from the run down exterior, the inside was in no better condition and neither were the animals in there. They were all in cramped spaces and it was filthy. All the dogs in there are clearly from a puppy mill. Don’t know how this place is still operating but it should be shut down for the sake of all the animals

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will not even sell you a pet unless they are sure you already have everything set up that's necessary for their survival and they have at least a 24 hour guarantee on the fish. Great varieties of pets and can answer any questions you may have.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY GET THERE PUPPIES FROM BREEDERS WHO LOCK AWAY THERE DOGS IN CAGES AND FORCE THEM TO BREED! i've had people who were friends with some of the workers tell me and others that it's nothing but puppy mills.... you're better off looking for a breeder outside this business! also if u want me to go into other things - the fish tanks are horribly dirty and have dead fish in them - also the bettas are kept in small glass bowls which are not suitable at all- do not believe them when they say they can live in them - Guinea pigs are put together regardless of gender- this is a terrible because it causes stress on the piggies and also can cause unwanted pregnancy imagine buying one not knowing it was pregnant? and guinea pigs can reproduce when they hit 4 weeks of age.... it can cause a overpopulation fast and they don't sell guinea pig cages there big enough to even hold one! - don't get me started on the hamsters or mice smhyeah this place? needs to be shut down

Terrible service. Hours online and ON THEIR DOOR states that they open at noon on Sunday. Drove 25 minutes, the owner, who was at his dog grooming business next door said, nope they open at 1. It has been that way for years and that is why it says it on the door. Except, it doesn't. Told me he would help me at 1, when they open. Not the way to do business.

These people are horribly rude!! And I bought a poodle puppy off just because I felt sorry for this 3 month old baby that couldn’t even stand up in her cage, got her home, and she’s absolutely eat up with worms!!!! She’s throwing them up, they’re awful!! (They told me she had been wormed 4 times) they’re liars do not do business with these people!

I got my dog from this pet shop and it was awful looking she was supposed to be a full stock pitbull but she’s not. My dog looked really neglected and every time she would try to touch any of the dogs in the pet shop they were terrified of her. After I got my dog out of there she started looking so much better now she is very healthy and my family loves her to death!!

This establishment is very run down, not even a tad bit clean, and even the fish tanks needed to be cleaned. They had hardly no pets available and the lady at the register was not so nice. I recommend finding another pet store fr.

It is the worst pet store every thing i have bought has died in two or three days their puppy have worms and parvo and thay are very mean to the dogs that are groom there. In the store it smells like dead fish and dead rats i dont know how that place is still open. Some one help the animals please

Worst pet store EVER! The animals are piled into overcrowded cages. They are NOT cared for at all, and there has been a recent outbreak of Parvo virus in the dogs. Numerous complaints have been made and the owner is rude and refuses to refund money or have his remaining dogs checked. The only reason this place is still in business is because the owner had political ties in the county. Please report any sick animals you purchase from this place.

Unfriendly people that act like you don’t matter unless you are spending a lot of money. I asked a question and the worker wouldn’t get off their phone long enough to answer. Never even looked up at me to acknowledge I was even there! Never been treated that rudely in my life. This has happened every time I have been here. Don’t waste your money at this awful place!
