Dropped two rolls of film with photos of my sister who recently passed to get printed, never got a call that they were finished. Came by two weeks later and they had lost them. The girl working said she would find them and then give a call when she got them. Never got a call. Came back again two weeks after that, they had no idea what I was talking about. Been a month and still heard nothing.

** edited** THIS IS THE 3RD TIME NOW THAT THEIR FAST PASS DOESN'T WORK. So I have to pay for my prescription TWICE, and then wait almost 2weeks for the charges to finally return to my bank account. This is ridiculous and complete unacceptable, in my opinion.I will NEVER use the Express Pay Pass again!! Saturday morning they charged my debit account $430 because they hadn't run my Good Rx discount for my prescription . It was supposed to be $50. So they charged my account $430 and $50 so I could get my prescription. It's now Thursday afternoon, the charge is STILL pending and NO ONE can help me. I'm supposed to get the $430 back in my debit account. It was literally ALL the money I had in that account and I can't speak to one live person that can help me get my money back. This is RIDICULOUS!! Do NOT use the Express Pay Pass account!! It's not worth the headache if something goes wrong and no one can fix it!!

Might make things very well. Wouldn’t recommend though for pharmacy. Very lazy and slow. They need to have rules too like no grocery check out at the pharmacy. They let customers do that and it just holds up others when other places are smart to only do prescription and for other items go to checkout. They don’t even keep up with stock or alerts to let you know very well. They will tell you it’s done in your setup email or phone then when you arrive they will say sorry it needs 15 minutes. Then be honest from the start with the alerts. Don’t bother with this place save your time.

Amber and Stephanie the cashiers at the front were so nice and helpful when I doing the photo machine. They even looked up discounts for me. They went above.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription 4 hours prior and told them I would come back…of course wasn’t ready when I arrived. Obviously on a time crunch and had to wait again-I got upset (didn’t scream, didn’t yell-just stated, you are making me late for my kids game). That is the point things got very frustrating-two of the 6 people working in pharmacy walked toward the back and started laughing at me getting upset! Called corporate and clearly didn’t get a response from them (not surprised)-taking my business to Kroger. So done with this place.**Side note-should have been done a few months ago after waiting on hold for an hour to talk to someone about prescriptions and got disconnected…went to pharmacy about getting hung up on and the response was, no one hung up on you, because we’re not answering phone calls today 🤬

Everyone at Walgreens has always been very pleasant, helpful and friendly to me. Today Ashley one of the pharmacist went out of her way to help save me some money. She knew of a website that could give me a better discount then what is generally offered through store. With everything going on in the world today, saving a few bucks is always great. Would leave 0 stars if possible. This Walgreens has absolutely terrible hours, if you work...you will neber be able to pick up your medication. Not sure why they do not hire at least a PT pharmacist for later evening hours. Their customer service isn't much better either.

The pharmacy is a joke. They are terribly slow. They are terribly rude. Prescriptions are always late and no one cares. Their communication is terrible.

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost a year now and every single time it’s been straight lunacy. I will get notifications that my prescriptions are filled and they’re not. I’ve been told it would take forty-five minutes to be filled, came back three hours later and was told yet again to come back in forty minutes, even though I had been waiting in line for the last thirty minutes. Don’t come here to get prescriptions filled if you actually need them on time or at all.

Very bad experiences with the staff at the pharmacy. They do not seem to have a grip on what they say they have filled and when. For the last few months they have had trouble filling my wife's prescription, in a timely manner or at all, and they have tried everything from blaming the doctors to blaming us. And they are always eating behind the counter. It is disgusting beyond words. I see them go and "hide" behind a shelf, take a bite of a hamburger or something, and then sulk back to what they were pretending to be doing, trying to hide the fact that their mouth is full of quite a large bite of hamburger. I am grateful for my vigorous health, because I do not think I could contain myself if I had to resort to begging these shambling gluttons for medicine of any kind...only to find that the inside of my prescription bottle is filthy with beef grease. I am begging anyone to come forward who has the power or will to fix this, because while we can go to a different pharmacy, this is not possible for everyone, and nobody should have to suffer through the degradation of having to ask these people for anything.

I am so disgusted with this entire corporation its unreal, they aren’t filling ANY prescriptions Unless you call and specifically ask for them, which is 100% illegal. Everyone at this specific walgreens is rude and snotty, its always filthy and genuinely disgusting.

Clean store and friendly staff. They usually have what I’m looking for and if not the associate will attempt to find something similar. I enjoy the Kroger option inside the store. The wait times at this particular location varies for checkout.

Rude manager. Asked me if my dog was a service dog when she clearly had her service vest on. Wasn’t nice at all when she asked. Very unhappy.
