I normally love this location. However, I just went through the drive thru. I ordered an assortment of the munchkin donut holes. This is what I received. Notice the size difference between the donut holes. I opened the box expected to receive the donut holes all the same size as the glazed one pictured. The smaller donut was about the size of a quarter. I feel I just wasted my money. I’m a little disappointed in what I paid for. This usually does not occur.

Great place for donuts obviously but last time I was there, the staff were acting unprofessional and were messing around with other staff members and weren’t being very serious in front of customers. Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.Parking: The parking is open and easy to park in.Kid-friendliness: Nothing out of the ordinary and simple.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the first floor with little to none curb.

This is the second time I have gone to Dunkin Donuts in Independence for a simple Hot Coffee with 2 creams and both times the Coffee was bitter. Yesterday when I was already home I went to drink my coffee it was beyond disgusting! The cream was even bad. I have attached pictures. WHY? The person making my cup of coffee can see what the coffee looks and smell like before putting on the lid. SO DISAPPOINTED 😞

There’s always been a line at the drive thru since Dunkin’ opened but it moves pretty fast. The app is great; it makes it super easy to order and even easier to pay. The rewards are pretty good. I’ve also gone inside and the line moved fast, the staff was very friendly. This is a great addition to Independence and I’m glad they managed to ‘keep’ the mural

I’ve visited every Dunkin in NKY many times & this particular location is hit & miss. Sometimes the coffee isn’t hot & my drink isn’t made correctly. I use the app religiously & don’t have a complicated drink but I will no longer order in the app for this reason. Order inside. A little disappointed because I love these locations on my commute.

Customer service is always great but if you requested light ice, 2" of the cup will be empty. Evidently everything is premeasured and you will get nothing more regardless.I ordered 2 large Chai lattes with light ice.

Brought our family here for a donut run while passing through independence and we were so impressed with the customer service. I wish I would have gotten his name but the guy helping us at the counter (has long blond ish hair and a beard) was so helpful, kind and overall just made our day better. Thank you for great service!

My favorite Dunkin in all of nky! My coffee always tastes good, and the morning staff are super friendly. This store is honestly a little out of the way for me, but I don’t care because I atleast always know my order will be correct and handed to me with a smile!

Orders are never ready at the window and you either have to pull up or into one of the spaces.This morning I only ordered a bagel with cream cheese and had to wait in a space for it. At least 4 other cars were in and out of spaces waiting.Also, I see the same response on here from Dunkin' in Independence asking for an email if there is an issue that needs to be resolved. Clearly some of these reviews indicate there are issues that need to be resolved.

I have been a fan of Dunkin' Donuts since the 70's. They have produced a consistently high quality product for decades! There is simply nothing that they offer that you won't like. I love the breakfast sandwiches and their great fresh hot coffee. My wife is a super fan of any and all of their baked goods. She also loves pumpkin spice drinks and they have them. Welcome to Independence! As Always, Enjoy!

Edit to my review 10/16/22: today was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had almost anywhere the the food was sub par the hashbrowns where soggy and cold. Had ordered my daughter a pink iced sprinkle doughnut cause it was her birthday and she wanted that and a "coffee" (frozen hot chocolate for her) they didn't give us the doughnut I got her bacon as well it was basically raw and all clumped/stuck together In a ball. The worst part was the lady at the window stuff 3 very large drinks in a broken drink carier having issues even picking it up she sticks it out the window and just says here as I grab it the carrier broke spilling two of my drinks all Over me my fiance and my car. No remarks from her she basically threw rhe bag of food out the window and slammed the drive through shut seeing the mess she had caused. I will not be returning and this would have been made earlier and issues would have arose at the drive through but since I had stuff planned all day for my daughter's birthday I just drove off knowing I'd not be back.

This staff is so friendly. The egg bites are delicious!! They sometimes taste kind of “microwavy” but a small price to pay for the speedy and delicious service. It is always clean and the staff is happy!! Landin works hard to clean up after every guest.

Always seem to have some issue here on every order, but they always make it right. A lot of young people working here with an obvious high turnover in staff, which is expected. Management needs to keep in mind they are a "brick and mortar" store, and the people at your counter come first! Also, inventory needs to be adjusted to demand. They shouldn't be running out of product at 3PM when your open until 9PM.

Every time I go here I have a bad experience. Whether it's them being out of several different donuts at at noon, To me getting frozen bagel bites. How are you out of 5 different types of doughnuts by 12 noon?

SUPER INCONSISTENT. You could go numerous times and order the same drink in the same day and it will taste different every single time ! 9 times out of 10 you will be pulled so they can bring you your drink later, even when there is no line. And if you order a hot drink it's never full.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts around. I used to go to the one on 42 but it is always packed out and you can't even get into the parking lot. I started going to the one in Independence a couple weeks ago and my mobile orders are always ready when I walk in and everyone is friendly there and immediately greets you. I wish they had Baskin Robbins ice cream but the sweet foam cold brews are delicious.

Love having a location in Independence! My only complaint is that they seem to struggle with mobile pickup orders. 4 out of 5 times I've been in recently they forget the donut part of my order and I have to get in line to order them. Outside of that, staff is super friendly and food is always good.
