Hands-down the worst grocery cashier checkout experience I’ve ever had. No self check-out unfortunately. There were 2 cashiers on duty. We bought a cart full of groceries and placed our own reusable bags on the conveyor belt ahead of our groceries.He did not greet us and took a long time to even start scanning items although there were lots of customers waiting. I finally stopped placing groceries on there to say hello and figure out why he hadn’t started scanning. He ignored my bags and scanned all my items, while haphazardly tossing them in another shopping cart with no awareness of putting fragile items including 3 bags of salad, eggs, bread, chips, berries on the bottom and piling all of the heavy items on top like detergent, jars, cans, meats. He said my total and pushed the cart aside.I scrambled to pull out the fragile items and bag them myself. I pushed the cart to leave and he stopped me saying he needed that cart back.I was so baffled to have this odd experience. Not sure what to make it. Perhaps he had no training. It was so bad it felt like a comedy stunt, but nobody popped out to say gotcha.Wow! Won’t be coming back here.

Aldi's is incredible. I've always had pretty good luck at the independence location. The only thing that keeps us from doing all of our shopping at Aldi's is just that the selection is better at Kroger, so there's just a few things we can't get there. The quality and price at Aldi's always feels better comparatively though.

We visited Aldi’s today and bought dried fruit and olives. Both were unusual finds that we were pleased to purchase but there was little else in the store that interested us.

Woohoo Zero Carb bread is here. Supposedly a regular stock item now. I love Aldi for the simplicity of it. Good prices, good variety, super-friendly staff, no bags, and the Zero Carb bread is delicious.

This store did not have all the available Advent calendars. The staff is very nice. Store is quite clean. The cheese especially and the total variety is better at the Cincinnati Ridge Rd. Store.

I love the Independence location! Their selections are more varied!The Florence location is good too but often lacks the specific item I came for that they generally always carry.

We love to shop here almost every week. They keep the store up so we'll and the cart return system is very effective as you never worry about a stray cart hitting your car. The aisle are in a very simple layout and quite wide making for easy access and maneuvering around other customers. We bring our own bags and it's a nice feature which cause you to help make a tiny contribution to the environment by not putting more plastic bags out in the the landfill.

Who knew a grocery store is something you can rate with Stars? Well, all five are deserved. Great staff who work hard to stock what they have in a timely and efficient manner. They always keep a watchful eye for opening another register up front when needed. What a great team!

Very clean store. A large selection of fresh produce. Their meat selection isn't vast but it is pretty reasonabley priced and good clean cuts. If you'll need a cart, you must have 1 quarter. The quarter will release 1 cart. When you return the cart and click chain back into place you will get your 25 cents back. Also, You will need to bag your own order and will need your bags to do that. However they do have medium bags available at checkout for 10 cent each. This is what I do. I get new clean bags and they are reusable over and over.

Very clean and store easy to navigate. Love the specialty items. They also have items you wouldn't expect. Bought my mom an amazing yellow rose bush for mothers day. Always buy they're packaged chicken salad with cranberries and almonds.

Was pleased with prices, and organic produce. I had great coupons as well. However, I haven't seen coupons now, or none have been sent to me in a long time. I guess you may need to go in store to ask about having them sent. I was happy though with the amount of groceries I had for under 100.00

Prices are great for the most part but some things have definitely gone up in price a little. The store is clean, organized and shelves are always stocked. Produce can be hit or miss but as is everywhere else. The one thing I do wish is that there is more than one cashier. Every time I've gone lately I've had to wait in line for a while.

I went there to take a break from kroger because they're finding ways to make it more expensive to shop on top of inflation prices. I saved some money. I wish they were closer to Latonia.

They have anything you may need and the prices are always great! My favorite part is the general merchandise aisle! Such random stuff but yet very useful items. The store is always clean and the employees are always nice either by checkout or in the aisles.

Great prices, good products, clean store. Checkout sometimes slow, and I've found some dairy products near, at, or past expiration date. Selection isn't huge, but the unique brands they have are cost competitive. Like very much their pork ribs and dark chocolate.

Very disappointing experience. This was my first time visiting an ALDI store. The store was unneat, little variety of stock and obviously they had a staffing problem. The lady who packed the shelves was so busy and stressed out that she was unable to properly answered the client's questions. I later saw her at the checkout as well. The produce looked shoved into the shelves. In one corner we're a lot of buckets of half dead flowers. You also have to put a quarter in the shopping cart which is refunded when you return it. I couldn't get my quarter to return and after a long struggle another customer finally gave me a quarter and took my cart. I will not go back to that store again.
