If you want hit with rude comments, snide remarks, put on hold. Told 'Sure we'll fill that for you" to arrive and find out "Your insurance says, "It doesn't cover that." Then you get told off and treated like a 2nd class human that's the place to go. Sorry Richard They asked for it. I complained you didn't listen. Time for other measures.
