I ordered Reese cup blizzards. First time they were given to me they was vanilla ice cream only. I returned them so they put a piece of Reese cup in the same vanilla ice cream which had thawed turned into milk. I park take them inside, they also returned the same 2 cups of milk. I have never bought blizzards that you can use a straw. $12.06 for 2 cups of milk. I am a frequent customer but never again.

I definitely wouldn't eat here again. The staff is kinda hateful and it's clear they aren't happy working there even the managers obviously hate their job. The food is slightly over priced especially considering they rarely get my order right. The toast is always either soggy or old and hard there is literally no management and it shows. Anytime I've asked to talk to the head manager about something he's not there. If I could post this review with negative stars I most definitely would.

This DQ grill and chill is located in a very small friendly town, the employee's are friendly, very kind, professional and are willing to go above and beyond to help not only the customer but they're coworkers as well. The food is delicious and always served just like the picture you'll see on the menu board. I highly recommend the DQ restaurant.Parking: Hug parking lot with a lot of room and it's great to see other traffic as wellKid-friendliness: This restaurant is kid and family friendly. With a wide variety of food and ice cream for everyone to choose from.Wheelchair accessibility: This store does have wheelchair access ♿ and the door are easily opened.

This use to be a great restaurant but it seem's to have been run into the ground. The cooks rarely do a good job and the waiters/waitresses are slow and obviously have little to no interest in doing their job to the best of their ability. The sewer smell makes it extremely difficult to stomach to eat in there and the ice cream is almost always melted. The burgers are typically falling apart and they rarely get the right condiments on it. This is an honest review and I sincerely hope someone can improve DQ as it use to be one of my favorite places to eat in hyden.

Best food in Hyden. Their ice cream cakes are amazing. This place has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid and continues to be. Everytime you walk in there’s always a friendly (and sometimes familiar) face there and it just feels like family here.

Great experience everytime I visit.The people they have are friendly and make you feel like family.The quality of food and choices like onion rings and cheese curds is always excellent. So many choices of candies and cookies in blizzards keeps me coming back to try new stuff

This place is the bomb!!!!!!? I went there to get my rear main centrifugal bushing polished and ported and they did an exquisite performance. They were a bit rude and insluted my car, saying it smelled like peppermint and concrete, but that's quite alright, I sort of took it as a compliment 😊😊😊😊😊. Will return for differential spring bearing, that should help my headlights!

Back in the 90s my Uncle James E Cornette had horrible service from this Dairy Queen. He was so disgusted by how he was treated that he stills goes off about it today. He would have gotten better service from Sable and Vince Russo.

Other than my blizzard was not served upside down, the burger was cold and the fries were old. They did offer to heat it up. I was hoping for more of a re-serve. Cold food is old. They should have thrown it out and made another. I won't be back. Could have been a one time thing but it won't be me who tests it.

My friend and I visited the very same location Jim Cornette made famous , however our order came out in a decent amount of time the Belt Buster Cheeseburger basket was good. It was cool for a small town location .

The staff is friendly but it looks like it could use some TLC. Definitely needs some sprucing up. It was a little dark in there. The restrooms are right by the registers and while I was ordering I could smell them. It wasn't very pleasant.

They always serve fresh food instead of serving stuff that was cooked forever ago and has been sitting under a heating lamp for hours! However sometimes the service is slow but that's due to the fact that they stay packed with customers!

I love DQ In Hyden ky I drive from Perry co just to eat at this DQ location!! The staff is so accommodating and nice!! No to mention it's always clean there!! 💯

The cashier was very cordial she was also very informative with their menu which was very helpful as we were unsure what kind of breakfast we wanted to order Not only was the service fast the food was amazing also the cashier not only brought the food to the table were also make sure to bring a silverware and extra napkins with it which was not expected with a fast food restaurant this Dairy Queen was the true essence of southern hospitality

This is a pilgrimage site for wrestling fans, due to the "Dairy Queen Incident" of 1994, when James E. Cornette lost his temper and almost climbed through the drive-thru window. Worth buying a chicken basket and extra gravy.
