This Has to be the worst restaurant ever. I stood there for 24 minutes waiting for my food that I watch them hand out the drive-through window and somebody brought it back and they still handed it to me after another person had it in their vehicle in Done God knows what to my food on top of the multiple orders that were messed up sitting in the window for 10 minutes at a time while guests are standing there. On top of that my sandwich wasn’t right and for $17 for a sandwich, fries, frappe and some nuggets. I just threw it all away. I should’ve known better after stopping there yesterday and ordering a large frappe with Oreo pieces in it and paid extra and still just got a regular frappe handed to me.Come on people you got one job read the screen and do it right

I see good reviews so maybe they’re just having a bad morning today? But holy cow it was slow moving! Everyone was waiting around it wasn’t just us. All I ordered was a medium iced caramel mach. After getting tired of waiting I checked the time & we’d already been waiting 17 mins, so I asked about it thinking maybe somehow they didn’t receive my order but I was told it was put up on counter already? We were standing there the entire time & no one put any coffee up on counter. So now 20 minutes into waiting she finally puts my coffee up, smh, & I was given a large reg iced coffee with so much cream it looked white. So I called her back over to counter telling her it was the wrong coffee. Ughhhhh 27 mins later we’re finally walking out of McDonald’s… 27 mins for a coffee. & no they were not swamped with customers. The icing on the cake? No one could say “hey sorry about that, or hey have a nice day”, nothing. Unacceptable guys!

Place is a sad joke. First time here only one self ordering screen working. No one working the registers. Took 20 minutes just to get a breakfast platter. 2nd time here there's no self ordering screens working and again no one working the registers. After waiting awhile I left without being able to order any food.

Well they turn people down for the job all because their family works there!!! She said I’m gonna get to the point Joseph can’t work here because Raven works there and be her Other people in her family works there!! That is no reason too turn somebody down when they need a job!! Joseph was getting interviewed and I heard the whole thing then he calls them this morning with her saying she never said that!! They need a new hiring manger not someone that’s gonna discriminate somebody

Raw meat the last three times I been there haven’t eat here in 4 months come back again same bloody burgers. And wouldn’t give me fresh fries only the burger time I was home my fries were cold after two trips for a grotesque food this place serves

I always have the best experience at this store. I come about every morning for the past 5 years and I am always taken care of here. Usually it’s Gail, Laura, Dawn, or a lady I think is Debbie who takes of my order. If I ever did have an issue they are always right on top of it and handle It for us. It’s a clean store, and the food and coffee always on point. Do not believe these negative reviews, my friends and family never have any problems here. Top notch McDonald’s.

I was advised by the team at this location that McDonald's would no longer carry sugar free vanilla iced coffee. I would like to voice my objections with this decision. I don't know if this is a corporate or franchise decision. Please consider reversing this decision. I am diabetic and this allows me to have a tasty, ice cold treat without dangerously raising my blood sugar levels. I religiously stop for this drink while I am traveling through this region.

The best McDonald's I have ever been to hands down. Girl named Lora took care of us Thursday and she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I never do reviews on places but I had to give this place a shout out for sure. I even saw a rude customer complaining and the employees were extra nice and Lora handled it way better than anyone else would have. Cleanest and freshest McDonald's I've been to before.

The stars aligned today and we had the greatest experience here. Freshest egg mcmuffin ever, crispiest and most perfect nuggets, most excellent double quarter pounder. If I had to complain about one thing, the fries were too salty. In any case, this was hands down our best McDonald's experience - which is saying lots. We drive truck in the lower 48. Thanks yall!

You can count on this place to not get your order correct. Especially in the mornings. McDonalds makes their breakfast burritos by prepping them, storing them in a fridge, and then microwaving them before they serve them. I came through there about 10 minutes ago, and miraculously, they were able to put together the entire order. However, the burritos were ruined. Hard as rocks on both ends, and dry as a bone in the middle. Know why? They were microwaved too long. Know how their microwave works? They have buttons indicated by pictures. If this place took bets from Vegas, I'd be a millionaire betting against this place. I don't want a refund, I don't want compensation, I want a better staffed restaurant in the town I live in.

Very friendly staff, took my order for it to me very quickly. I order my coffee an easy but a specific way that a lot of McDonalds mess it up, this one did not and got it perfect!! So I'm my book, this alone makes them awesome, but at in the friendly service and quick service and you have a winning combination at this McDonald's, so thank you to all of the staff here!!

The place is clean. They actually bring your food out to table when you use kiosks or they will actually wait on you at the register instead of just staring at you It is nice to be treated like a customer again instead of a person begging for food from a prison guard. They also have some value menu stuff which seems to be non existent at truck stops.

I came here and ordered as usual. The girl at the front desk took my order and then proceeded to sweep the floors. While sweeping she went over to make my frappe. I got her attention and asked if she could please wash her hands because she was just touching that nasty greasy dirty broom and dust pan. That’s not a lot to ask, she proceeded to have an attitude because I asked her to wash her hands. Gave me my food and I said thank you and she ignored me as if I wasn’t standing there. I then spoke to the manager and he asked was there anything else I needed. Customer service sucked and I will not be returning
