Never had any issues until today. My sweet puppy grew an inch and we were charged at the medium dog price without being told there was a price change. I was just going to let that go until we got him home and I looked at his paws and they didn’t even take the time to file his nails down (which i paid extra for) leaving his nails peeling apart. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I’m completely fed up.

This place has been amazing with our anxious dog! From grooming to boarding to daycare, she has loved every experience here. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, I trust them 100% with my fur babies. 10/10 recommend!

My boys had such a great time with Tiffany and all the staff there! We came from Petsmart and I must say this place is next level! Everyone here is so patient, gentle and knowledgeable. My boys spent the whole day this time and were given lunch that I brought for them, had play time, potty breaks and their own little room instead of a kennel. The cuts came out fantastic! Tiffany was so thorough in explaining everything as we discussed what length and style to go for. My boys loved it there and had a great day, so happy I found this place.

My Charlie has visited twice now and we absolutely love this place! They send pics and give a report card, they make sure he gets water and potty breaks and when I pick him up, he looks so good and is so happy!

The BEST DOG Groomers anywhere!!! The owners are the sweetest and most attentive people I've met, my Bearly was very well taken care of and was pampered and spoiled by his sweet groomer and other staff as well. He is terrified of the clippers but they were so patient with him and used scissors only!! They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just check out his before and after shots! A totally different dog! Great place, great location. Brought Mimi in for an overdue nail trim. She loved the staff as much they love, love loved her. She couldn't be happier for that and for now on this is the only place for her. Good prices, fantastic crew.

Incredible service and trustworthy! I was so worried about leaving my dog at a boarding facility. Jon made me feel confident in their kindness and caring abilities! I loved how the facility required a meet and greet prior to boarding to make sure the dogs are a good fit and not too aggressive. Everyday I received photos and a report card, those made my day! I loved knowing how she was doing and general updates. I met the owner Tiffany briefly, she truly loves dogs and seemed like a good person in general, that was very important to me. They also did a great job grooming! Pricing for boarding was responsible as well. I highly recommend You Dirty Dog and will continue to use them!

Love this place, they take such good care of our dog. He comes home happy and of course tired from all the play and fun. The daily report cards via text, with photos let me know he is happy and in good hands.

Hands down the best our pup has ever looked!!! We're the owners of a spoiled white standard poodle and let me tell yall we have been several places including the "big chain" here in town and they could NEVER compare to the service we got at You Dirty Dog! We dropped him off looking a mess and picked him up looking better than we could've imagined! His haircut was perfect for the first time ever!!! I'm not exaggerating..not even a little! If you love you fur baby and I know you do..treat him/her to the best service this town has to offer!!

The gut at the receptionist desk was so helpful and delightful! I took someone else Yorkies there for their appointment! I had my little Yorkie with me also! So she hasn't had her first professional groom yet, but after visiting them I really feel they might be the ones. The price is great! It smells great in there! So yes so far I like them! When I personally do, I will come back and share my experience.

They are very professional and so super nice everytime I go! They are consistent and have great communication. My dog can be on the skittish side sometimes so I'm glad they have an option to have a report card sent to me on how my dog did while in their care, they take great care of her! It's hard to keep a white dog, white and she comes out white and smelling good for a long time! I don't trust taking my baby anywhere else.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to on this one. I normally go to Pet Smart but due to their poor customer service I was forced to find another groomer and I’ve been to one other private groomer here in Hopkinsville since my bad experience at Pet Smart which was meh 😕 , but You Dirty Dog did an amazing job on my fur baby and she was done in a timely manner… I definitely will be back and I will definitely recommend my family and friends to check out their services. It’s an A+ for me!!!!

I was very pleased with how they treated my beagle Tia. They got me in last minute for a bath and gave me a detailed report of her skin issues which I never got at other groomers. I could tell they really care about the animals and take their time with each of them. Prices were also great. Will definitely come again.

Excellent place to take your dogs. The owner is so nice, and is a true friend to all animals. Prices are completely reasonable. They are always busy, but never hesitate to help you get your dog taken care of in a timely fashion. You will not find a better grooming studio than You Dirty Dog. Call them today!

Tried to make an appointment for a puppy from the Hopkinsville animal shelter, was told have to wait ten days before they will take her in. This is weird, the shelter recommended and advertise at the shelter, appointment person was rude and not very friendly. I would not recommend, I'm visiting and leaving after Thanksgiving.

I have 3 dogs that have been groomed here and we all absolutely love, love, love them! Before I found out about them I had taken my shih tzu, Gizzy, to three different groomers and she had physically gotten sick from her nerves at each place but when I picked her up the first time here she was her spunky old self!!! From then on I knew we would never go anywhere else. They are amazing at everything they do and they genuinely care about your fur babies and treat them like they would their own. Thanks to the whole team at Dirty Dog's, you don't know how much you all mean to me and my three little ones!
