Given the location, this Wal-Mart is very clean! The staff are friendly except for the people who stand at the doors to check receipts-they are aggressive and rude-you can not honestly watch me check out and then you all straight towards you and expect to know that everything on my receipt is what’s in my cart. This Walmart did have a nice selection of Halloween items. The store was well organized and offered lots of different items. The bathroom was not clean but the customers need to do better on that vs the employees.

Literally the worst experience time after time when it comes to online grocery. Every time I get a pick up or a delivery, each and every item is in his own bag… why?? Who tf wants waste bags like that and have to take ONE item out of ONE bag. Do better. Not to mention that today I ordered two outdoor chairs for delivery… 3 hours later, I get a text saying the chairs are out of stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and guess what I see in garden center? Two very large stacks of the exact chair that I ordered. Definitely not out of stock. I’m almost 100% certain that the OPD person who did that oversized run was too lazy to pick the items or just decided they didn’t want to look and NIL picked my items. The OPD at this store needs a serious realty check and the team lead needs to get her people in order.

Bad Experience with team leader at Hopkinsville Walmart customer service desk. The team leader saw me and ignored me when I walked up to service desk with package. Then when she came to the counter she had a rude sullen attitude like she didn't want to wait on me. Very rude to me before I even said a word.She punched on the computer like she was irritated and was unable to complete transaction on an eligible return. There was never an I'm sorry we can't make the return today just more attitude. I can understand not being able to complete the return transaction. However her unprofessional attitude and rude behavior was uncalled for and unacceptable. I texted the store manager the same day but he never answered my text....guess employees with unproffesional behavior is acceptable at his store. I do NOT recommend this store.

Do not recommend curbside pickup! Every time I place an order I have a long wait time, which is understandable. However I’ve been here 2 hours! Someone brought out one order and said they can’t locate my second order, it was staged but it’s missing due to the chaos inside. Never again will I be doing a curbside order

I am disabled. When I arrived at the store, there wasn't an electric cart to be found. We found a wheelchair. I was pushed around for almost 2 hours. Kept checking, and no carts. I don't know how many the store has, but they definitely need to look into buying more. I doubt I go back with Christmas season among us. The store was very clean, and seemed to be stocked well.

Walmart is a good place to go, for anyone that doesn't mind waiting in long check out lines some time with the cashier, or u-scan,there are usually not enough checkers, and sometimes I end up leaving my groceries and coming back earlier or really late. maybe it's just me.

Would give no stars if I could. Use to enjoy going to Walmart to do my shopping but it is really getting ridiculous when you go to the store and the employees has to be rude to people. Prices are getting ridiculously high. I don't know if you'll have gotten to where you don't care whether people come and do their shopping there anymore or what. Need to go back and start careing cause without us customers the place would go out of business and then those rude employees wouldn't have a place to work

Worst Walmart ever. The workers treat you like a criminal when you ask for a price match, even got accused of using a fake walmart app by one of the employees. Then the employee was bad mouthing me to the manager all because "my tattoos make me look like a felon" and I absolutely am a good person. It took 2 workers and 2 managers to approve me for a price match, which is obnoxious. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because the managers were sweet and super helpful and corrected the workers for the way i was treated. You could tell they felt bad about the way the cashiers at the self check out were treating me. The managers verified the price match with me and honored it. Seriously should think about who you put at the self checkout though there was no need for all that hassle by the little old lady working it.

As in recent past posts of mine I might be looked up on as slightly aggressive and or rude some. I don't ever hear,see information from the world and or people in this world,past,present,future speak on change. Change is something that happens no matter what,where,when,why or how. Changes bring changes. And even in complacency that happens. However complacency isn't a good thing and it messes up people in many ways. So with that as it is I still mention my interactions with others as best as I am able at this time in my life. At the Hopkinsville Walmart Ctr I have experienced employees as sluggish in their environment and just sort of sleep walking while awake. Also not knowing where merchandise is in their store and also not knowing if it is carried as product within the store and or on shelves. And so therefore if I show even the slightest bit that I'm frustrated,annoyed at lack of energy,motivation, interest,knowledge lacking stuff going on,I looked upon as a problem,and they can't figure out for the life of themselves why.!!!!!!!. Yes America,my brothers and sisters of life before,here during and after,,, I accept you all as you are,so maybe you can accept my presence here also and my opinion of what I experience in truth within your environments there....Please Amen with me as i with or without you in my words express my mediocre expressions of truth being observed and shown to you what is..

Haven't been here for quite some time, but decided to go out from where I normally shop because my husband wanted lunch from somewhere right down the road! It was clean & well stocked - didn't interact with any employees though, so can't comment on their demeanors! If you want to take a ride away from your usual areas, this would be worth it!

This Walmart has a pretty decent variety of products. Good prices, not too crowded. The lines usually move pretty fast. The workers are everywhere so you shouldn't have to look hard to find someone to help you if you need directions to find something. The lady at the Automotive center was super helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed to change my oil!

convenient location, well stocked. only problem I have is I go after work at night. I realize they close at 11, but the workers are very rude to a hateful point. If your not in line they will shut registers down. I think they could be a little nicer to customers. other than that's just as good as all walmarts for shopping needs.

Needs some cleaning and the last time I was their was just disgusting it had rotten tomatoes with fruit flies everywhere and the entire fruit and veggies section smelled like fish not cool. Besides stuff like this good place to shop for other items and most of the staff are friendly some not so muche

buying couple new serta pillows these are awesome. Plus getting my oil changed in my Volkswagen Jetta diesel engine,so much cheaper here using same oil, I use in my big truck.Plus tire and balance rotation. Thanks walmart.

Register's never open even on the busiest day'sJust throw the whole Walmart in the trash!!! You go in for one item but you in line 15-20 minutes and instead of opening up register's they just standing around guarding the doors. But if they were standing in front of registers' ringing folks up they would know everything was scanned properly. Prices keep going up like they paying for cashier's nope why keep jacking up the prices if we checking ourselves out......Think about it

This is strictly for the bread company stocking this bread as normally this Walmart has some excellent produce such a tropical avocado and a nice gluten free selection for celiac and extremely gluten sensitive people. Wow. I wanted a simple gluten free breakfast before eating too much this Christmas. These are the gluten free English Muffins. I can't think no one buys these as they are very hard to find. Gluten free bread and options have become very common.... I hope Walmart fixes this! And... please keep the item.

Only the carts get good parking. There are so many carts outside that it's difficult to drive through the parking lot. Inside of the store is okay but the associates stocking where rude as all could be and had jammed up several isles in the groceries department.So yeah, typical day at Walmart...

The hopkinsville walmart is clean and in good shape. Staff is helpful and don't avoid you. You can get in and out pretty quickly on a quick shopping trip.

Had them at 4stars at one time but when i have to scan my own stuff ($248 worth) YOU WILL NOT stop me at the door to check my receipt and go thru my stuff... Walked right on past them and told them "No you wont" its rude and lazy, if you want to check my things out get more people on registers.... What will not happen is stopping me at the door and Light Weight calling me a thief

I was in the lawn and garden section (outside) and needed some patio cushions off the top shelf. The woman working (outside near the plants) told me to go find the other 2 employees that were inside of the of the store to help me. I found a cashier and asked him to help me. He did not greet me or talk to me the whole way to the section of the cushions and never acknowledged i had asked for help. When he pulled the box down there was only 1 more cushion, I needed 3. I asked him if he had any more somewhere and he still never spoke, just very slowly started moving cushions and we saw there were no more of that kind. I just put the 1 cushion I had back in the box and walked away. I have never encountered employees in a store who told me to go find my own help and then when I do that, this employee didn't even speak!! Very rude! I have avoided walmart for years and this reminds me EXACTLY why I do not shop here.
