Don’t do pick up order at the Walmart on canton st. Your order will be delayed for hours. What’s the point of having pick up at a designated time and gets delayed for hours. Also what’s the point of having phones for each department if you can’t get hold of anyone. Never again. Thank you Walmart for teaching me a very valuable lesson which is don’t do pick up order online.I would have saved time by going in the store and picking up the items.

Some of the rudest employees PERIOD and thts a low bar for Hopkinsville... But now they cant take cash 5 days and counting and DONT DARE call and ask if they are taking cash yet, because they notch up the rudeness and the two Managers one of which his name is Shane is completely incompetent. And 4.2 stars? Yeah rite... Look at all the 1star reviews, they have to have a Bot on the reviews🤣

Employee Samantha is rude and refuses to do her job when asked a question.SAMANTHA is not a good front end supervisor, is rude to customers and should not be in a position of any authority.SECOND time I was denied service 30+ minutes before closing.Don't even bother shopping here, staff is rude and they don't have any stock.

Overheard the self checkout lady talking about a person where everyone could hear her. I'm sure the person left feeling awful. The only thing unsanitary is the woman making comments to shame the person in front of everyone.

Late at night or early in the morning are your only chances of getting in and out in a decent time. Always a line of people. But it's Walmart, aint like we won't be back!!

No one answers the phone, there are never enough cashiers working, no one is friendly anymore, there is no such thing as a quick run in because you have to wait so long to check out. Ran in for something and the guys that are stocking were goofing off, being so loud it was very distracting. I thought I was at a highschool game. The gas station always seems to be out of something.. cups, icee, coffee,the tea is not fresh, etc. Food lion is so much better. Less stress.

The employees are always so friendly and helpful. We find ourselves going to the market place more than the superstore because of the convenience and it's better for my elderly mother. The young man that always works at the"cigarette" checkout counter is the best. He always greets everyone when they enter and leave. He's the best,I wish I paid more attention to his name instead of his friendly smile and conversation. Thank you.😀.

Awesome store just don't use the money service here or call them bc you'll get put on hold repeatedly and the money service they don't want to do their job at around 730pm they say it's closed even though money service doesn't close until 9 at this location

It's neat and easy to find what you are looking for most of the time, however sometimes it is very crowded and attitudes fly everywhere by some of the employees. In fact, their attitudes are what makes me drive to the other Walmart. I can't complain about the selection of items grocery wise. If you're making a quick trip for an item, this is the place. If I'm in there too long I walk out in a horrible mood due to the employees attitudes most of the time.

They always have fresh fruit and vegetables and great-looking meat! They just need to get more cashiers! The lines are always backed up. But the employees they have are super nice and willing to help!

I drive for a company who picks up customers groceries and other items. I’ve waited a total of 4hrs 30mins today and had to remove myself from 3 orders because they would say it was ready but when I got there it wasn’t even picked or started. The management team was poor and has lack of communication between one another. I’ve now been sitting here for 55 mins on one order. 8 cars have pulled 10-30mins after me but all have gotten there stuff and gone. I wouldn’t recommend this stores grocery pick up it needs a lot of work and a new management.

Christmas and holiday time so the store was very busy, crowded and not quite enough personnel; but, decorated and a pleasant visit. Pickup was easy and the associate thorough, polite and friendly. Groceries mostly here...Market not the Supercenter. We'll be back!

Very convenient place to make a quick stop for essentials including food, bottled water, and gas. Their gas station is always one of the least expensive ones in the area. They have pharmacy, and genuinely try to keep what people need in stock. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Only one issue I have found is that the Walmart app will tell me they are out of stock in something, when that is not the case. It's happened twice so far and I've notified their customer service team each time, hopefully that will help them improve their app.

Trying to figure out why later at night there's no register open, but 3 workers can stand in front of the self checkout...chatting, and on their phones....even when there's lines at the self checkout.

They're produce section could be a lot better. The fruit always looks old and unappetizing and I used to buy they're filtered water, and the taste was not good like the other Walmart, so I'm guessing they are not changing the filter like they should. Other than that I would give them 5 stars.

Everything seemed to be pretty stocked & neatly organized on the shelves, also around the store. I only wish they had more lanes open with cashiers. It can be pretty difficult checking out with several items through a self checkout.

We were denied entry at kroger's while the Tornado sirens were going off in Hopkinsville. This walmart opened the doors and let us in so we were safe instead of in our vehicle. I will always shop here just for that fact. Because we would not have made it home to Cadiz with the wind in our truck. Thank you!

I love it better than the big Walmart. Staff is friendlier, helps out when you need help. Not too crowdedI really love it. I use to shop at Aldi's, not anymore. Prices of food is cheaper.Customer service department is so friendly and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Each staff greet you with a smile. I thank Walmart Corporation for putting the Neighborhood Walmart in the area,it's not far out. The store is cleaner. The Big Walmart I just don't like it, staff doesn't show you nothing when you need help,they don't smile,they don't greet with a smile,most of the time they are not working,all kinds of boxes in the isles and you can't get down the isles to get what you want and you try to move the thing that is loaded with the boxes, most of the staff is standing around laughing among the themselves instead of working. Like I said before,I love the Neighborhood Walmart, only thing they need is a few clothes like stretch jesns,all sizes. I really appreciate the store. 5 stars top. It could be 10 stars as far as I'm concern. Keep up the good work. **********Stars rating!!!!!!

Yesterday, before the roads iced over, I needed to get money orders for rent and car payments, I went to this store cause it's close by, the customer service desk was closed. Not because the computer was down but because there aren't enough cashiers to run the areas needed.I had to drive to Super Walmart, their people got me what I needed so I could make it home before the big freeze.

Every Walmart I have ever visited have the same issues, pricing. They almost always have products that are put in the wrong spot with the wrong price. This one has pretty good markdowns in their deli which I have bought and it was excellent. They will mark down sandwich meat, pork, and sub sandwiches. Overall I like this store for getting stuff quickly. I love how I can go fill up my water jugs first, then pay, it's convenient.
