My family and I have been shopping at Tractor Supply Co. for over 27 years and we are always treated with respect and kindness, However today was the worst experience and the most horrible customer service imaginable. On 2/22/2024 at 2:20PM I asked to get help with picking up some Pekin ducks, when the manager, She said her name was Sandy I added the date and time in case she was lying, she opened the gate to the ducks and I asked if I could go around and show her the specific ones that I want, I was looking for ones that were eating and drinking. She replied harshly, 'This area is for employees only!', I replied nicely, 'Ok, mind if I peak my head in and point to the ones I want?' She snapped back, 'No! You get what I give you and that's called the luck of the draw, that's how this works here!' I asked her why she was being so rude and disrespectful, so she threw the duck box on the ground and said, 'FINE!! Which one's do you want?!'I will never give business to a store when treated like I was! I left without purchasing the Pekin ducks that I had called ahead and traveled from Tennessee to pick them up, as the store on Wilma Rudolph only had runners.I went to the store on Wilma right after anyways, with the same questions and they were sweet, caring and kind. SAME QUESTIONS AND DEMEANOR!! Sandy's attitude was Vile, unprofessional and straight up horrible. I was there with my Marine Corps sweat shirt on with a buzz cut. This is the wrong town for Sandy to be hateful towards service members or anyone for that matter! The rest of the employees gave no trouble, but they were silent as Sandy was the only manager on duty. I will never go to the Hopkinsville location ever again!

I went to the truckload meat sale and talked to Franklin. I was nervous about buying meat from a truck but I was happy I did because they were great. Tractor supply is always the way to go and I shop there a lot

I will not be back to tractor supply they do not honor their 30-day return policy I got my money back but one customer service representative has a attitude and said she didn't have time for this a walked away I bought the poulan pro 20 inch chainsaw and the clutch went out I understand about the short supply of chainsaws if you know we're going to have these companies need to stop chainsaws more frequently

I tried to return a new, unopened item, and because I did not have the receipt and couldn’t tell the clerk the exact time and day that I had purchased the item she would not take it back. Very unhelpful.

My local TSC is in Hopkinsville, KY. Love the store and folks that work there. I tried to buy a particular product, store showed 4 of them. Got there and ooops, they put the wrong product in the slot. Ordered what I needed in order to get free shipping to my home. This product started out about 100 miles from my house, went 300 miles to Memphis and is now stuck in Mississippi. What business in their right minds ships a product 700 or 800 miles to get it 100. I'll continue shop there but will be wary of shipping anything.

They store the pine pelletized bedding outside. You can see moisture inside the bags. This product is intended to absorb moisture. It's already full of moisture from sitting outside. Improper storage has rendered the product useless. The manager said that is where he is told to put it and there is nothing he can do for me.Edited to add that there is a similar review below from 4 months ago. Clearly this issue was never addressed.

Went to buy cat food and tags was so confusing. Both tags from left to right on inside said 9.99 but the pallet was apparently missing. Go figure so it was very misleading for the employee to just say oh sorry a pallet is missing. Gotta look on the opposite side for the actual price. Making customers very confused and misleading.

The peach truck was here today 6/18/19 this is more for the peach truck than TSC but it is great that TSC gave the space up for this event. The peach truck makes its yearly rounds of the area in late May thru most of June selling Georgia peaches, pecans and now a peach cookbook. You will have to google the peach truck's schedule to find a time and location. Very fresh, get by the 25 lbs box. Enough to pass out to friends and still get a pie and a cobbler. Still some to munch on.

I completly love this store, all the staff are nice, and helpful. I had a recent mole problem, and was given great advice on what to buy, glad to report no more moles! I may be wrong but think the managers name is Aaron, who was very helpful and kind to Chloe and I every time we come to the store. He is understanding along with the staff of my training with my GD to be a service dog. We love buying her favorite treats that are fresh, after a hard day of training. Their prices, are just as good as Lowes, long with a pet friendly store who cares!

I LOVE Tractor Supply! We always enjoy our visits, whether picking up pet supplies or something for the yard they have it! The staff are always courteous and helpful. The store is orderly and easy to find the items you need. Additionally, they are always willing to assist local charities with their fund raisers.

We got a new puppy and tractor supply was the only place in town that had a 30 lb bag of large breed puppy food of my choice. Anything I have gone into this location everyone has been nice.

This is the only place I get dog food. Their store brand 4Health is competitively priced and quality food. I also get much of my lawn care supply and some clothing here. My only complaint is that it is small, and doesn't offer much in variety.

I've always liked Tractor Supply, they nearly always carry the 40lb bag of my dogs food, and the employees are always incredibly helpful in making sure I have everything I was looking for, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for anything regarding their pets food or treats!

I had placed an online pick up on Thanksgiving day for a trailer from one store near me. It was cancelled the next morning. I reached out to customer service to find out how they could get me this trailer at the Black Friday price that was $200 off. They called another store about 15 miles farther away and had them hold a trailer for me. I did the online order later that Sunday night and picked it up the next morning. The process was quick and easy for such a large item. Thank you to the Hopkinsville KY team for taking care of me; great job.
