The store was very well organized and clean. However, they don’t offer many options for children’s shoes and men’s clothing/shoes. T.J. Maxx is a great place to go for home goods, lots of good luggage and coffee syrup galore!

Me and my family enjoy coming to this TJ maxx. Everything is organize and there’s a lot of kind people that work there, Betty is one of them. Every time I see her she helping a customer or she is organizing new merchandise. Every time she see us, she greet us and ask us if we need any help shopping.

As always, I was greeted upon entering and offered a cc when leaving.. I can't wait to go back to this area for this store. Although I have yet to see my local one. It could be just as nice and have similar items. But the decor was amazing. I love browsing, but I couldn't pass up what I purchased and would normally not spend money on. Or that much money on. Considering it would be called a holiday specific item. I'll make it year round as all the pieces were perfect.

I enjoy coming to Hopkinsville TJ Maxx. It’s a good place to shop there are lots of items to choose from. I told my daughter that I was not going to be in there shopping for an hour. Guess what I was just looking and browsing. I did purchase some items at a good price. P.S. I was greeted with a Hello and a Smile.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They might not know everything in the store or where to point you to something, but with so many products, I think it would require night school to know 100% of the store and where to find oddities one might request. What matters is they WANT to help you, so if they don't know, they find out.The lines are a bit long but like I said- lots of stuff to browse through. Can't tell you how many times I've discovered things I never knew I needed! 🤣

I arrived at the TJ Maxx store wanting to purchase one of their MK handbags. As the sign said, I pushed the button for assistance. A woman who worked at the store, mid sized, blonde, came over and turned off the button notification. Looked me straight in the eyes as I stood next to the handbags and then walked away as if I was nothing. I highly recommend not going to a store that doesn’t even acknowledge a customer in need. The customer service was a 0/10 for me. How do you look someone dead in the eye and not acknowledge them or even ask if they need help as an associate at a store? Worst experience.

Praises, praises, praises!! The store manager and assistant manager, work hard to ensure the shelves are stock and that the employees are on their A game. There was not one employee that did not greet you as went by and also asked if you needed assistance!! Love that!! The tall over 6ft young man with curly light brown hair,wear glasses, at the door did it for me!! He was so respectful and warm with his greeting to everyone coming and going out!!! Awesome job Tj Maxx family!😊You guys rock!! Keep up the good work!! Happy holidays!

Great stock in variety of things! Clothes home goods toys - prices great! Store is clean week organized & cashiers are amazing cleaning area between every customer & also wiping down credit card machine between every patron. Their Covid protocols are excellent!

We were in there Saturday night & the computer froze up during the middle of paying for our transaction. We were assured the payment didn’t go through & they moved us to a different register to complete the purchase where we added an additional item. When we were on our way home I checked our account & saw both amounts were pending. So I called & was told to come back in. Mind you, we live 20 minutes away. So we went all the way back only to be told by the associate that the manager said it would be back in our account Monday. Here it is Tuesday & I check our account to see it did not go back into our account & instead posted the payment. I called & spoke to the manager who told me to come in & she’d use the receipt from the second order & refund us for the whole transaction. So I once again had to drive 20 minutes there & the same associate only refunded me for the first amount that I was charged & not for the whole amount for the transaction like I was told I would receive. She had told me on the phone she would let them know what to do if she wasn’t there when I came, which she was on lunch according to the associate. So we had to use all this gas going back there Saturday night for nothing, then there & back today only for them to refund us the amount that never should’ve went through in the first place. They did nothing but extremely inconvenience us & give us money back that was already ours. So needless to say, we won’t be going back to this location ever again.

The store and staff were nice, clean, friendly, and organized. I'm not usually going to hit up a TJ for clothing purposes though, mainly for the other products they sell. I frequently shopped there when I was wearing sizes 8-12. Purse selections, beauty, kids clothing, and jewelry are always on point and hard to walk out without something.

This is the smaller of the two locations in the area. If you live in Clarksville, it is not a horrible drive, but if it is the only place you are heading to visit, you may be left wanting more. While this location is very clean and well organized, there is not a huge selection of products. The staff is friendly, but you rarely see them on the sales floor with guests. I love this company, so I will definitely return, but I will definitely make sure there is something else bringing me to Hopkinsville as well.

Rude and no customer service at all, I went to enjoy a a good shopping experience that soon turned into a horrible one. I was not recognized at the jewelry counter after saying "mam" multiple times. She saw us, me and my daughter in law, then turned around and kept working without a word. I then made a mistake by using the wrong pronoun "he" when a female employee was trying to get through the aisle. The employee then snapped back and said "I am a women".After I was corrected, I apologized and said it must have been the mask (especially since I wasn't even looking near her direction) to be snapped back again, saying "You can tell I'm a women". I was then ignored at the register and left leaving items in my cart . Itold them how bad their customer service was oonly to receive a sarcastic attitude back. Will not be back.

To the male manager working tonight who stayed late because my ite.s were not held they were put back on the rack before closing. I give 0 stars to the clerk that has a nasty attitude and likes to speak when youvarent speaking to her. I'm more than sure she put my things back. But that's ok I got most back and thanks to the manager I am giving them 5 stars. Note to people who work customer service and have a nasty attitude. Get another job because just as much as you hate your job , us customers dislike dealing with your catty attitude when we are shopping. Thanks to the manager tonight. You deserve a raise. I appreciate it!
