Even though they do not accept my insurance plan,this is the only eye dr I trust with my vision issues.The staff and the dr are so friendly and helpful.More than 5*****'s if I could. The eye dr is awesome !!!

I have been a customer of Summers Optical for many years. They have always been courteous and helpful with my glasses and contacts. Recently I was advised to try daily wear contacts where you can discard them after one day’s use. I took them up on the recommendation and it has been the best thing that has ever happened for me in regards to my vision. I don’t have to wear glasses over my contacts anymore when I do computer work or when reading. I have far fewer headaches as well. I would recommend this business to anyone who has vision needs.

Very attentive and professional. Adjusted my new progressive prescription sunglasses for fit and proper vision, then went beyond great service by custom adjusting the frame position to my driving posture, WHILE I SAT IN THE TRUCK, in order to assure that the progression changed correctly from straight ahead to dashboard & finally to steering wheel. Who else does that kind of service and cares that much about their patient’s safe driving? Kudos to Ruth and Summers Optical !!!!

Cannot praise Summers Optical enough. I've lived all over the world (France, NY, etc) and I'm not using hyperbole when I say no one fits a pair of glasses like Anita. I have a *very* high astigmatism prescription (if my axis is off, I vomit) and got my 1st pair of glasses here when I was 3 years old. Anita and her father (who used to run the store) spoiled me for life. There is nowhere in Kentucky I would trust with my vision more. They're beyond good: they know what they're doing.

It’s kind of sad I paid close to $500.00 for silhouettes and I had to beg for a glass case.I bet if I shopped on line I could of gotten thee pairs and I wouldn’t of had to ask for a glass case. I’m satisfied with the glasses but very disappointed in the company.Thanks
